2) How did you first get involved with...

I have been intuitive and tapped into energy my entire life, it’s never been something I went seeking after but rather something that has always been a part of my DNA. When I was about 7 I got really into Greek and Egyptian Mythology which led to an intense life long fascination with Astrology. I also saw ghosts, talked to spirit guides and angels, had an interest in crystals, remembered past lives, etc. At the time it wasn’t the “cool” thing to do so at a certain age I learned and internalized that I shouldn’t talk about any of it or I would be ridiculed by my peers.

I’ve always loved performing too so I was deeply involved in theatre and voice and that was my outlet to express myself and my multidimensional nature. In 2014 I was in school for a BFA in Acting and Feminist Studies at UC Santa Barbara when we had a shooting right outside of my apartment. The entire experience completely rocked our community but also influenced me on such a personal level because it brought to the surface all of the anxiety and depression I had been suppressing for years and the hurt I hadn’t processed. In addition to this, I had predicted the event because of my strong intuition and so I felt confused about why these bad things can still happen and I would know beforehand but no one believed me and chalked it up to just fear around shootings in general. It also made me feel like anything I predicted would be bad and I didn’t want this “power” I hadn’t asked for of being “psychic.” I ran as far away as possible from anything spiritual.

As a young child Katherine was highly intuitive.

She remembered many past lives vividly and connected easily with the divine, including speaking light language and seeing energy.

However due to trauma and societal pressure she hid these gifts until her soul (re)discovery, a term she has coined that means coming back to and remembering the soul self, in 2016. Follow-

In 2016 during the last week of my senior year I reached my breaking point. After years of denying myself proper care and therapy and instead secretly “self medicating” with drugs, alcohol, 04

Queen's Joy given me before leaving. As I was reading Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur I read a very simple poem “Loneliness is a sign you are in desperate need of yourself” and practically dropped the book I was so moved.

and sex at night while I took care of everyone else during the day and exuded the “perfect/strong friend” I gave in. Standing on a balcony and looking down I truly believed the world would be better off without me and I just wanted the pain to stop. I was about to take my own life when I heard a voice say “it’s not your time yet, you’re here to do BIG things” and in that exact moment my friends pulled me off and held me and I just sat stunned on my bed.

I just sat in my bed rereading that over and over again and cried for about 2 hours realizing why I had felt so broken and lost—I didn’t have myself. In that moment I decided I HAD to leave the house. I randomly looked up yoga classes and saw a new one was starting across town in 15 minutes. I have never in my life ran out of my house and drove so quickly. The yoga class itself was beautiful but what happened at the end changed the course of my life.

The next morning I woke up knowing that I needed to change my entire life. In the weeks after graduation I started taking care of myself and simply sleeping more, being outside in nature, and eating well made a huge difference instantly. Shortly after I moved to a new city and there I met my twin flame (on a Lions Gate Portal no less I would learn years later).

At the end the instructor asked us to put our hands over our hearts and in that moment feeling my heart beat so strongly and clearly I realized I hadn’t loved myself for 20 years and here I was finally starting to again. I was so proud of myself. For moving across country knowing barely anyone, for living through such a horrible event at my school, for listening to that persistent inner voice, for getting through graduation, and more. I was so proud of myself for simply being here, in this body, in this life.

At the time I had no idea what a twin flame was and I certainly wasn’t looking for one. I had extreme PTSD, anxiety, and depression so I was a shell of my former self. I was even agoraphobic for my first 2 weeks in this new place because I was just so scared of the world outside.

Meeting my twin changed my life more than anything else that has ever happened and I will always be grateful for their friendship and support both on the physical plane and metaphysical. I was so confused because I had never felt a heart activation or instant unconditional trusting love like that before for someone I just met.

It honestly really scared me at first! It helps that they’re the most kind person because the intensity of being around them at first was really overwhelming with the state I was in, but eventually healing. It’s truthfully really difficult for me to fully explain the impact this friendship and connection had and continues to have on me, but if you’re a fellow “twin” or you’ve had some type of activator come into your life you’ll understand.

From there the rest happened so quickly. My twin flame and I developed a best friendship and through that I saw myself through new eyes and the “mirroring” effect became less frustrating and more comforting as I loved myself more. Without having to ask and while I was still trying to hide, they accepted and enjoyed all the parts about me I had been ashamed of, hidden, or downplayed my entire life. I started going to therapy and making art, I became even more invested in astrology and found tarot and other modalities as well. Over the course of the most transformative year of my life I healed my depression, anxiety, and PTSD completely and (re)discovered my soul and the meaning of life.

I started my first business which introduced me to being my own boss, I began to heal my money energy and more. And most profoundly, after years of pushing them away, I started to accept the guidance of my guides again and began waking up to life shifting downloads each morning about being an “Activation and Ascension Guide” at a time I had no idea what that was.

About two weeks after meeting them I had the first of what I like to call “spirit dreams.” In my dream I was in this bright white light filled place with my twin and we were simply existing but I felt so at peace, loved, and seen. I woke up in what I call the “egg of unconditional love,” it wasn’t like a human love it was pure divinity.

Pure support and acceptance that cradled me like I was a baby in a womb.

Everyone that works with me comes away with a profound experience or realization deep from within themselves guided by what we do together, and I truly believe that’s because only people I have a deep soul contract to work with choose to work with me and I’m simply reflecting back to them their own greatness. Which has honestly been a pattern my whole life, I’ve also appeared to people as an angel-like figure in dreams, they’ve heard me speaking to them when meditating, sometimes my podcast will randomly start playing on someone’s phone or computer.

I would spend these dreams in library type settings exploring dimensions, past lives and more. I remember waking up exhausted each morning from receiving and remembering so much so quickly. It was only a few months later that my casual Astrology readings with friends started to gain popularity and people insisted on paying me.

Over the next year this led to building my business and it was nothing short of miraculous. In my first ever paid session my client said “this first 20 minutes with you has done more for me than 6 years in therapy.”

As I went deeper in business and connected with other healers and guides I realized just how unique and different my gifts and methods were (because they were all downloaded from my spirit guides and self taught) but also I found community in fellow helpers and folks who wanted to change the world, the way my twin and I would always talk about. Pretty quickly my business grew past 6 figures and the focus became largely on business coaching and here I’ve found my true highest expression to build up and inspire other leaders. I studied Human Design which was a game changer in accepting myself and seeing my power clearly, received the 22nd and 23rd Dimension of the Akashic Records from my guides while putting away laundry one day, and that brings us to the present where I help folks build their dream lives and conscious businesses full of holistic abundance, prosperity, joy, love…all the good things!

In simple terms I use Astrology, Human Design, and the 23rd Dimension of the Akashic Records to business and soul coach folks with a specific emphasis on New Paradigm leadership and living Heaven on Earth. But each day I’m shown it’s even deeper than that, we’re building something really special in my communities and in 1:1 sessions and I’m honored and humbled to be leading and helping, I learn more every day too.

4) What is the benefit for people of your alternative medicine practise/ energy healing/ herbal healing The benefits abound! Everything I do is centered in you empowering and trusting yourself.

I am divinely led by my guides to help you unlock your highest alignment and joy. Astrology and Human Design are amazing mirrors and tools to use to reflect back to you just how worthy and deserving you are simply by being your most authentic self. They can show patterns you may have questions about or spark conversations around healing or expanding. They even show us how we best manifest, eat and digest, make money, etc. Often simply hearing your design and Soul Blueprint or Business Blueprint is what it is is empowering in and of itself because then you know you’re on the right track. The Akashic Records helps deepen our connection to spirit and our highest selves, the 23rd Dimension specifically is connected to a full body and cell deep embodiment so working with all of these strengthens your belief in yourself and your place in the world. As a Libra moon and someone who appreciates the beauty in all of us, balance, and harmony that’s really personally satisfying for me.

I think my favorite one has to be when I helped someone meditate for the first time though because of what happened in the process. A business coaching client revealed to me in a 1:1 session that she was never able to meditate and because of that she felt blocked in her intuition. Each time she tried to talk to her spirit guides or receive guidance it was difficult.

So I explained to her what meditation REALLY is and we tried again together in this new way.

Within the first 30 seconds she found herself directly at the center of Source surrounded by love unlike she ever felt before, exactly how I felt in my first “spirit dream” with my twin flame and the “egg of unconditional love”. I chose to do the latter Despite being on an emotional rollercoaster, that decision turned out to be totally transformational. Today, I’m grateful for that toxic relationship because I wouldn’t be who I am today without it.

Two major decisions came out of it. Firstly, I no longer wanted to work as an Executive Coach (which I had been doing very successfully for over 8 years), but instead, help women become emotionally and nancially free. Secondly, I decided to move to the UK. That is how I arrived in London at 58, with just two suitcases, no income nor savings but with the rm intention to rise from my ashes. The years that followed have been very tough, and I’ve been waking up more than once in the middle of the night with a panic attack, wondering how I would make it to the next day. What held me together was that I had a very clear vision of what I wanted to achieve, knew how to handle fear as a fuel and had an unwavering faith that the Universe would have my back. Today, I’m running two successful businesses, and the rest is history, as they say!

We are all where we are in life as a consequence of our choices, but, more often than not, these choices weren’t really ours.

That is what happened to me too for most of my life. I was being pushed from one opportunity into another, but although they were seemingly great, they always left me with a feeling of “this is not me”. Little did I understand at that time that I was carrying all my emotional baggage with me and my fear of rejection was holding me back.

My rst year of college was depressing. Even though I wasn’t in daily fear of being abused, I still had no friends. I realized after this rst year that unless I was willing to step out of my comfort zone, I was destined to live a very lonely and sad life.

From Voiceless to Empowered Although my Bio may be interesting, what you really need to know about me is that I grew up in a physically and emotionally abusive environment. I was terried of my father, never knowing if his uncontrollable anger and rage would accidentally lead to my death or the death of my sisters or mother.

I made a conscious decision when I started my second year to put my fears aside and take the initiative in making friends. This might not seem like a big deal to you but for me, it was a huge step that put me on my path of self empowerment.

I can remember when, even at the young age of 6 or 7, I quietly walked around the dinner table taking o all the knives and hiding them in a drawer. I did this every time I sensed my

Even though we still loved one another, we were moving in dierent directions and neither one of us was happy. Once again, I was intuitively guided to end this relationship and because I did so with love in my heart, it was a very amicable divorce.

As I have Chinese ancestry with my grandparents immigrated from China to work back in the days, children would wear jade pendants to ward o evil spirits and energies. As I grew older, I picked up cooking as my profession as I never have thought of being a professional related to spirituality. My Story Begins Hi all, I am KC. I got to know Tanya through a private Facebook group and I did a reading for her. It was an enriching session and we learnt from each other. She extended her invitation to me to write my story on how I began my spiritual journey, my Why and what I do to enhance my skill set to continuously assist and support my clients on their paths.

ONE WOMAN’S QUEST TOWARDS PROFOUND INNER PEACE

from the spiritual abilities I was experiencing within.

Around the age of ve or six, I can recall several occasions when spirit was present in my bedroom. I often ‘saw’ Jesus standing beside me. It was very comforting (though I still slept with a night light), to know I was not alone (though I felt that way on so many levels).

This is where my love of journaling & doodling had begun… in a small diary, with a lock, that I poured my heart and soul into. I do not know what ever happened to that diary, but it would not surprise me if my stepmother burned it.

She was extremely jealous of my mother, and always placed me on restrictions for writing letters in my journal to my mom. My writings included all the craziness from her brainwashing, such as, “your mother put poison in those cookies” or “you have no other mothers except for me.”

Lies and manipulation from someone who had never dealt with her childhood traumas. She was continuing the cycle of abuse, and so began the many years of my inner turmoil of not feeling worthy of unconditional love, which ultimately exploded years later when I found myself on the heels of another unhealthy relationship.

“This is it.” Those three words crossed my mind when he threatened my life one final time. Not on my watch said my inner goddess.

Abuse stops here. I moved out and promised myself a journey of self-discovery, overowing in nurture while I taught myself a healthier version of self-love.

The journey through self-discovery is a path worth exploring.

Those were words I fought against for years. I must admit, it was a bit scary for me.

I was re-awakening my truths. I was owning my worth. This spiritual journey was transforming my inner peace on so many levels. I was experiencing life in the present (instead of traumabased reactions).

On a deeper soul level, I desired to be more connected with inner peace, yet I held myself back from experiencing it, simply because the inner chaos, being stirred up by external situations, felt safer.

It was also during this time that I discovered some crystals in my late paternal grandmother’s jewelry box.

Early on in life, I had learned ‘coping skills’ as a result of formative years’ abuse by family members, the most impactful one being my stepmother. Needless to say, those experiences at such an early age, made me shy away

What if we had talked about it? This does not mean I have regrets, but rather it was a soul lesson to master. Her not telling me back then serves as a reminder to always speak up and to live from my truth.

My story: Clueless to Clarity How did I get to this place of bringing spirituality, energy, and intuition into my work? Well, it’s been quite a wild ride, honestly. Years ago, someone had recommended getting a massage bi-weekly as self-care for being a mental health therapist. I remember going to a massage therapist for 5 years. She introduced me to Reiki, Energy Medicine techniques, Shamanism, and crystals. At first, I was completely confused. It was like a foreign language to me.

What is she talking about? Then I experienced a life-threatening event and experienced health issues.

My body is now experiencing symptoms because my body is stressed, and I’m not aware of it? Wait, crystals and learning about energy would help me? I began to meditate, dive into my chakras, practicing mindfulness meditation, and meridian systems. Using these techniques, I managed my stress better, helped the pain, and developed my intuition. It took me a while; it was a little hard for me to buy in completely. I’m sure it was frustrating for the masseuse.

If I hadn’t slowed down and listened to the wisdom in the meditation, I wouldn’t have found a perfect way to integrate energy and counseling. With the energy psychology (EFT and Comprehensive Energy Psychology) tools, most of my clients were finding success in clearing subconscious blocks, clearing stuck energy and getting in touch with their energy systems, resolving or managing trauma, anxiety, and anger symptoms easier after the session. One day I believe Energy Medicine/Psychology will be in the mainstream of treating all patients.

I cut open my chest and feel a warmth within my physical body, I take out my dragon heart and place it on the alter.

One by one 6 ancient dragons appear and place themselves in a circle around the alter, each one takes a turn to breath their flames on my heart, each breathing a fire of a different colour.

Gold, Silver, Green, Red, Violet and blue.

My heart takes on each colour until it is a pulsating mix of them all.

When they are finished I place my heart back inside my chest which heals with ease, I feel the powerful energy surging through my body.

LION'S GATE AMAZING REVELATIONS

During this August we had a big day for the Lion's Gate portal. This is event happens every year from July 28-Aug 12. The peak of energies occur on Aug 8 and is when the powers are increased and higher dimensions can be reached. It is an astrological event mirrored by the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. The pyramids line up with the Belt of Orion while a conjuction of the Sun and Star Sirius are welcomed by the Sphinx at sunrise. This year's Lion's Gate had additional strength since it fell upon a new moon.

At the beginning of this journey, we were told to follow a path to find our guide. At first nothing out of the ordinary happened while on that path.

But all of a sudden I found myself in a very well lit underground cavern. My guide was ahead leading me through the small corridor, which I intuitively knew was below a pyramid.

We came upon a door, which my guide opened for me to see. Inside was a room filled to the brim with extremely shining gold items such as cups, plates, coins and other items. It was so full, it was impossible to enter or even see all of the shiny objects. Next I was brought to another door.

When this one was opened, there was a large room filled with the reddest gem rubies cut to perfection in many different sizes. There was no logic as to why the rubies did not fall to the floor as the doorway opened. I was then brought further down the tightly enclosed hallway. The next room was completely white and empty. I was guided to enter alone and walked to the center of the room. The ceiling emanated a white wonderous glow of which I had never seen before. Then appeared a white light vortex with swirls which had a cloud like appearance. I was lifted into this cloud and could sense the presence of an Angel ahead of me. The ride in this energy cloud was near instantaneous and I found myself standing on hill during nighttime.

Social media was absolutely filled with info and activities surrounding this event like never before. I had heard this year's Lion's Gate was a continuation from last year's. This had extreme significance for a particular meditation I participated in this year which tied both years together for me.

Rewinding to last year's Lion's Gate in 2020, I had an absolute 10 out of 10 experience. There was a Full Moon Meditation and Shamanic Journey which was scheduled a few days before the peak on 8/8/20. During the class, we were given information on how to proceed for the journey.

As we braced our backs on yoga bolsters to open our hearts, the shamanic drumming music began.

There was no set goal or destination, it was given that our guides would bring us to what or where we were needed. There was no intent of around the Lion's Gate portal itself and no one in the class had anywhere near a similar experience to mine.

I was not sure where I was, but it seemed to have the same vegetative features as Earth. It was an open area on a hillside under a star covered sky.

I noticed all the stars in the sky and thought how wonderful it was to be looking above from here.

In this meditation we did merkaba activations, and then were guided to go to the Great Pyramid in Giza. It was there we entered the base and walked below the pyramid in a cavern. We came upon a room where we were to go to a platform in the center of the room with a white ceiling. We were greeted by an angel who we were told would be either Archangel Michael or Metatron.

Then we were transported by the Angel at the speed of light or greater to the vortex within the Sirius B star/sun. While I was sitting in this meditation, it all came together how my journey last year was exactly how some others envision the methods used to connect to Sirius through the pyramids and even Angels! In this meditation we did not transport to the planet like my previous journey, but that was not the purpose. We went to the star Sirius itself where a major vortex resides. It was spectacular.

At that point I looked down the hill and noticed there was another person or being about 50 yards away sitting on the hill. Within a flash, I morphed into him and became him. I could now pick up his thoughts and feelings as I looked through his eyes and felt his heart. Now here I was, as that being, sitting on a hill at night looking at the vastness of space and all the stars and different worlds. I sat there contemplating and just connecting with vibration each star. It seemed I was connecting to all other lives of my existence in all other galaxies. My heart was filled with Love, Gratitude and Wonderment.

It became obvious this was likely one of my other lifetimes. There was a lot I learned about this other world in my short time as that being. This was a world that did not have lack. The beings who resided there were in a constant state of joy and love of their world and of other worlds.

There was not any greed or anger. There was not a shadow side, they lived in the light. They were born as embodied souls who did not lose the memory from where they came. They were all part of God and they knew they and everything were all connected. In this world they had no moon, it was not needed to keep the world from being stagnant. The tides are necessary on Earth, but not here as prayer and contemplation is the flow and keeps everything else in the flow too. The tides on Earth are due to the moon, and churning of the oceans (water=emotions) and the water within ourselves. On Earth our emotions can change along with the phases of the moon. Not here on this planet. There is no disruption to the continuous connection to God, to Self and every living being. Now these revelations had been given to me, it was time to come back to my present body.

This experience is completely contradictory to modern archeology. Although there have never been any actual tombs discovered within the pyramids of Giza, there are still claims by authorities their purpose are as burial chambers. The Lion's Gates of the last two years were confirmations to me of the REAL power and purpose of the pyramids of Giza. There is so much more to life than what we are being told!

Somewhere here I have a tunnel vision of following the soul of my babygirl. I am stopped by a lightbeing that tells me that I have to choose. To choose between my oldest son, leaving him, or following the soul of my girl. As they showed me the image of my 3 year old son, I just knew with every fiber of my being that I couldn't leave him.

Soon after this I had a very clear vision both visual and sound from a being telling me that I would recover my health completely (at that time I wouldn't have thought it possible, nor would my doctors) and that I would be having a gift of another baby. In Jan 2020, during a QHHT session, I accessed memories of “past” lives, including the one, as a Pleiadian, mentioned by EA. Moreover, my Higher Self came through, saying that I had a big mission in this life and that my psychic abilities would have unlocked during a future session with a friend (Kubra) with whom I already had had a few powerful cosmoenergy healing sessions.

Fast forward to March 2020, things skyrocketed in just a few days. During a family constellation session, the healer told me that my spirit guides were telling her that I was “God’s messenger” and that something important would have unlocked for me within a week. Puzzling… Four days later, during an initiation to Shaktipat meditation by a friend (Rose, a channeler and healer), Sananda’s spirit appeared to both me and her. This was also the first meditation ever in which I had clear visuals. In particular, Rose saw Sananda dressed in a purple robe, walking down a crystal staircase forming behind my back and telling her “Andrea is my worker” after placing a hand on my right shoulder. Three days later, during a remote healing session with Kubra, after feeling both my arms getting paralyzed, I saw Sananda again. Then, I saw a portal opening with various ET beings and all my spirit guides lined up around it, while feeling the most intense energies/vibrations I had ever felt flowing throughout my body. My eyelids kept flickering and so did my laptop connection on which shamanic music was playing. Meanwhile, Kubra also had an incredible experience: after struggling for minutes to access my energy, she saw my energetic body opening like a cocoon and a giant light being coming out of my root chakra, staring at her.

During a (audio-recorded) group meditation with 7 female friends, several representatives of cosmic/angelic races spoke through Rose (under trance-channeling) in a mix of light language and English, telling us that I had been chosen to be their messenger with the soul mission of propagating the Christ Consciousness into each and everyone. In practice, as it was revealed to me later on, I am like a piece of cosmic hardware spreading energy of unconditional love, able to unlock DNA and soul memories for other starseeds. In particular, I am able to activate/clear the higher chakras. I also started accessing Akashic records, mine and others, during meditation. Some of these memories confirmed lives that I had seen under hypnosis or were mentioned by Indigo Angel, another psychic YouTuber who gave me a very detailed soul reading in June 2020. I discovered to have incarnated as some famous historical personalities, including King Solomon, Moses, Aristotle, Hannibal, one of Jesus’ cousins (Joseph of Arimathea’s son), Constantin I, Genghis Khan, Leonardo Da Vinci, Pietro Micca, Lamoral Count of Egmont, Michel Ney, as well as shamans, teen prostitutes, a healer burnt on the stake by the Inquisition, a crippled soldier turned homeless, etc.

I started organizing meditations, in person and/or remotely with people “connected” from all over the world, reaching hundreds in a few months: no eye contact needed, just asking them to meditate at the same time as me, with the intention of experiencing the stargate. Most people started having life-changing experiences, seeing Jesus, angels, ETs and spaceships, receiving intense energies, healings and activations of their own psychic abilities, sometimes after just one meditation. After an Akashic records healing session with me, Sarah, a yoga teacher and healer from Florida, started channeling light languages. Shortly after, Sarah and I started hosting online stargate meditations during which she channels light codes from the star families we connect to.

During the last stargate meditation on 9/11/2021 with Sarah and three other friends, I was contacted

by Sananda, five Archangels (Michael, Rafael, Uriel, Gabriel, Metatron) and their armies, Sirian and Lyran councils from the Galactic Federation, all representing the Creator. They showed me a spinning portal, looking like a sort of hourglass or wormhole, and they explained me that the dark forces

had created (through black magic) a time loop around the date of 9/11 in order to vampirize enormous amount of energies through fear and deception from mankind every year on that particular day, causing a blackout for humans’ connection to the angelic realms. I was guided to reverse the spin of the portal, in order to neutralize it and turn it to the light. Dark armies guarding and surrounding the portal were showered with white/golden light and asked to choose the light or return to source. As part of this operation (which involved consciously or unconsciously millions of lightworkers through their prayers and meditation on that day of mourning), three time keepers, appearing like giant white beings wearing long robes, were placed to protect the reversed portal which is since then inaccessible to malevolent beings.

Few days after this action, which I was asked to share via FB groups, I got greeted via Messenger by somebody from Florida claiming to be part of the… Illuminati temple of truth and light! I obviously didn’t answer but this gave me some confirmation that we really hit the target ;)

My journey into the awareness path has its basis in prayers and meditation, capacity to apply neuroscience and epigenetics on myself to heal and diminish any health issues occurring from time to time. Animals understand vibration, and from there you can emit more loving and authentic safe communication and intentions of loving and protecting them, which will be the real bridge between a more harmonious relation with animals. Since I do not eat meat (which does not resonate with me and feel really wrong), I have opened up to animal kingdom with a open heart and mind to understand them. For my pleasent surprise I feel much more like a dog whisperer as many many dogs are coming to me to communicate and express their feelings. Anmals are here too as part of the ocean of consciousness to evolve with as much right as any of us, hence we have to protect them as smaller sisters and brothers. The transformation is about nobody comes "dirty" into the Light, the dirt is each one's imperfections of behaviours in detrimental self growth (i.e. lies, cheekiness, sexual encounters and perversities called "accepted modern lifestyle", stealing in different ways to self material benefit, etc) and others as well affecting/ripples around beyond your understanding.
