Valentijn is het ideale moment voor velen en ook verjaardagen zijn een populaire gelegenheid voor een dagje wellness. 55% gaat naakt, 35% kiest resoluut voor badpak en 10% weet het nog niet. Gelukkig kan je in Thermae Boetfort en Thermae Grimbergen zowel naakt als met badkledij van sauna en wellness genieten.

L’encadrement individuel est crucial pour que vous puissiez atteindre vos objectifs. À tout moment, un personal trainer se tient à votre disposition dans la salle de fitness, pour vous aider à préparer votre programme d’entraînement. La clé TGS est un outil numérique très pratique : elle permet à nos coachs d’adapter votre programme sur mesure, pour que vous puissiez visionner sur n’importe quel appareil les exercices à pratiquer. Cette clé TGS est en vente au comptoir de Thermae Sports Merchtem pour la somme de 25 €.

Personal guidance is extremely important for achieving your personal goals. Therefore a personal trainer is present in the fitness room at all times to help you with your training programme. Du 8 au 12 février 2016, les enfants de 4 à 14 ans sont attendus chaque jour de 9 à 16 heures (accueil de 8 à 18 heures) pour la pratique du sport. Au menu : cours ludique de tennis le matin, sport (chaque fois différent) l’après-midi.

Kostprijs? 130 euro voor kinderen die tennisles volgen in Thermae Sports Merchtem of inwoner zijn van Merchtem. 150 euro voor wie niet aan deze voorwaarden voldoet.

Participation aux frais : 130 € pour les enfants déjà inscrits aux leçons de tennis de Thermae Sports Merchtem ou habitant la localité ; 150 € pour les autres.

From 8 until 12 February 2016 your kids are welcome to come to our sports activities (from age 4 to 14) every day between 9 and 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Child care is provided from 8 until 6 o’clock. Every morning there are fun tennis lessons, while in the afternoons, a different sport is scheduled for each day.
