Dr. Dreyfuss Perlas. 31 years old, is a physician who had been deployed to Lanao Del Norte under the government’s Doctors to the Barrios (DTTB) program. March 1, 2017, Perlas was shot dead while riding his motorbike on his way home from a medical mission in Sapad Town to Barangay Maranding where he was renting a house.
