Our Grade Sevens learn that Geology Rocks!

Kenridge’s Grade Sevens met Dr Matthew Huber who is not only a lecturer of economic geology, exploration geology, remote sensing, and African geology at the University of the Western Cape, but a KPS Grade One dad too!

Our learners were treated to an inspiring and highly informative presentation. Dr Huber also left rock samples for our Grade Sevens to further explore (with great care and under supervision of course!). This is an immense privilege as the samples were kindly entrusted to us by him as well as UWC.

Thank you for opening up a world and unlocking the passion of many young geologists, Dr Huber!
