Bottle Feed the Lambs at mini meadows Farm

Visit Mini Meadows Farm this spring to bott le feed the lovely litt le lambs. Meet the other cute newborn animals in the baby barn, explore the huge indoor play area, The Treetops, and of course don’t forget the other larger animals will be waiti ng to meet you too. Bott le feeding the lambs will start on February 24th and conti nue for a good 8 weeks, 7 days a week. Mini Meadows feed the lambs throughout the day, but to begin with in the fi rst few weeks they have a limited number of bott les per session (when the lambs are really small, they naturally cannot drink/eat as much). New Dates for Baby & Child First Aid Classes D aisy First Aid are running baby & child first aid courses on Saturday 18th March, 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Rush2TheDen in Rushden, and Saturday 18th April, 1pm to 3pm in the Community Room at Tesco Superstore in Wellingborough. The 2 hour course will teach parents and carers essential first aid skills for babies and children. Course content includes choking, head injuries, burns, febrile seizures, bleeding, fractures, resuscitation & CPR. The Eden Centre in Kettering have started a conversational English group on Monday mornings in term time. It is free, as it’s run by volunteers, and is 9.30 to 11am at the Eden Centre, 21 Montagu Street, Kettering. No need to pre-book, just turn up. The session is aimed at those who don’t yet feel brave enough to sign up to a more formal English course. The course is for adults only, children are not permitted at the session.
