The health care network named Dr. Jeff Ciaramita senior vice president and chief physician executive of Mercy Clinic, a medical group with more than 4,000 providers across multiple states. Ciaramita joined Mercy in 2008 as a noninvasive cardiologist and its director of cardiovascular education. He previously served as section chief of cardiology at Mercy Clinic St. Louis and president of Mercy Clinic South.

Straub, she is the fifth generation to join the 120-year old specialty food retailer. She graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in supply chain management.

is now the media company’s vice president and chief financial officer. She became interim CFO after the retirement of Richard Skalksi in September after serving as controller at Nine PBS for almost five years.
Aaron L. Pawlitz, a transactional attorney focusing on publicly traded and closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate and other commercial transactions. A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law, Pawlitz originally joined Lewis Rice in 2002 and moved to Spencer Fane in 2016.
