Intro to Farsi language class teaches the fundamentals of the Farsi language. Learn Farsi alphabet, basic reading and writing in Farsi, and about the Persian culture, music, and dance. $40 materials fee is due to instructor on the first day of class.

Trained coaches will guide a small team to build supportive connections that help them to set and achieve big goals, both on and off the track. Each practice consists of a social-emotional skill-building lesson, movement games, and a running workout, all from the nationally recognized Girls on the Run curriculum. All materials are provided. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing with layers so that you can enjoy seated outdoor activities as well as running conditioning. Comfortable, closed-toed shoes, ideally running shoes, are required. For girls in 3rd-5th grade.
