After graduated from university, I stayed with Sue in an old apartment building which had been restored several times to meet the demand of inhabitants. Stretching about 500m, the building consists of 6 floors. To make it more convenient, the building’s owners built stairs from its two sides. And… that was why the love story I’m telling you began.
After two months staying with Sue, I figured out that Sue loved Martin. Sue’s apartment is next to Martin’s one. However, Sue always uses the stairs in the left while Martin uses the right one. They met each other the first time in Dalat, accidentally knew that they had been living in the same building for years, and fell in love!
One day, Sue decided to study in USA and the only message she gave me was “Take care of Martin for me”.
Two years passed, Sue came back and Martin was still there waiting for her. Sometimes, I heard that they were planning to stay under the same roof.
