BIM
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a digital process for creating and managing data-rich representations of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. This shared knowledge resource supports decision-making across the entire building lifecycle.
Phases of BIM
1. CREATING A DIGITAL REPRESENTATION OF THE BUILDING This isn't just a 3D model, though that's a part of it. BIM models contain rich information about the building's components, like materials, dimensions, and even manufacturer specifications.
2. USING THAT INFORMATION THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING'S LIFECYCLE BIM isn't just for design. This information can be shared and used by engineers, contractors, and facilities managers throughout the building process, from identifying clashes between different systems (like electrical and plumbing) to creating maintenance schedules.

BIM IN CONSTRUCTION
BIM Container
The BIM container arrives pre-configured for your specific needs. Digital construction tools analyze your service orders and calculate the most efficient layout in real-time, adapting throughout the project for a continually optimized workflow.
Why is this BIM better than what contractors have been getting so far?
OUR BIM SOLUTIONS ARE BETTER FOR CONTR ACTORS COMPA R ED TO TR A DITION A L METHODS FOR SEVERAL KEY REASONS
> Responsive: BIM models can adapt and change to evolving project requirements, allowing contractors to quickly adjust plans. > I mmediate solutions: BIM software provides real-time feedback and solutions to design issues, reducing delays. > On-site assistance: BIM data can be accessed on mobile devices at the construction site, providing instant guidance to workers. > Accurate, high-quality results: BIM enables clash detection and optimization, minimizing errors and producing better quality outcomes. > S tate-of-the-art technology: Advanced BIM tools like AR/VR showrooms provide an immersive, cutting-edge experience for contractors and clients. > Cost-effective: BIM reduces waste, rework, and delays, saving contractors significant money over the life of a project.
Our modern BIM solutions are transforming construction by enabling more responsive, efficient, and technologically advanced workflows compared to traditional 2D drawings and manual processes. Contractors who adopt BIM gain a competitive advantage through improved project outcomes and cost savings.

MIXED REALITY in the construction industry
A R -V R M I X E D R E A L I T Y ( M R) V I S U A L I Z AT I O N AR-VR MIXED REALITY (MR) VISUALIZATION > AR and MR technologies allow for the overlay of digital content onto the physical world, enabling enhanced visualization and interaction. > VR technology creates fully immersive digital environments, allowing users to explore virtual spaces like virtual building tours. > These immersive visualization technologies have applications in areas like BIM model-based collaboration, large-scale plan visualization, and site organization. VAREA – VR SPACE, VIRTUAL BUILDING TOUR > VaRea is a platform that enables the creation of virtual reality spaces and virtual building tours, allowing users to explore digital environments. > T his type of VR visualization can be useful for applications like virtual walkthroughs of buildings or construction sites. BIM MODEL-BASED COLLABORATION > B IM (Building Information Modeling) models can be integrated with AR, VR, and MR technologies to enable collaborative visualization and interaction with digital building data. > T his allows stakeholders to review and coordinate on BIM models in immersive virtual environments. LARGE-SCALE PLAN VISUALIZATION > Immersive visualization technologies like AR and VR can be used to display and interact with large-scale plans, such as those for infrastructure or construction projects. > This can improve understanding and collaboration around complex spatial designs. SITE BUILDER ORGANIZATION > AR, VR, and MR can be used to organize and visualize information related to construction sites, such as equipment, materials, and workflows. > This can enhance site management and coordination among teams.

Realisation BIM model Building Information Modeling (BIM) has revolutionized the construction industry, but its true power lies in integrating various technologies to create a comprehensive digital ecosystem. Here's how you can leverage drones, 3D laser scanners, digital twins, and more to optimize your construction projects:
DRONE SURVEYS AND 3D LASER SCANNING FOR ACCURATE BUILT-IN MODELS Drones equipped with high-resolution cameras can capture aerial imagery of construction sites, enabling the creation of detailed 3D models using photogrammetry. Combining this with 3D laser scanning provides an accurate representation of the actual conditions, ensuring your BIM model reflects reality. DIGITAL TWINS FOR LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT By linking your BIM model to real-world data, you can create a digital twin that simulates the entire lifecycle of a building. This allows for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and better decision-making throughout the project's lifespan. ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT AND SIMULATION MODELS Implementing BIM successfully requires organizational support and standardized workflows. Developing in-house templates and guidelines, such as Revit templates, can streamline the adoption of BIM. CEED simulation models can also help optimize building performance and identify potential issues early in the design process. REAL-TIME COSTING, QUANTIFICATION, AND PRODUCT DATABASES Integrating your BIM model with cost estimation and quantification tools enables real-time cost tracking and material management. Linking to product databases ensures accurate information on materials and components, supporting a circular economy approach.

BIM-based organisation and logistics >A ccurate Model-Based Accounting During Construction: The BIM framework enables very accurate model-based accounting of material quantities, costs, and usage during the construction process.
>R eal-Time Data Collection: The framework allows for the collection of real-time data on material quantities, facilitating accurate accounting and optimized material ordering.
>R eal-Time Geometric Realization: BIM enables the real-time geometric realization of the construction project and tracking of material metadata at the model level.
>C OBIE Model Integration: The framework integrates the Construction Operations Building Information Exchange (COBIE) model to manage construction logistics and supply chain information.
>B IM Organization Model: The BIM-based framework includes an organizational model to coordinate the various stakeholders involved in material logistics planning and management.
>W aste Management: The framework supports the optimization of building material use and waste management throughout the construction process.

BIM IN DESIGN
What solutions do we provide?
Our BIM-processed buildings provide the information you need throughout the building lifecycle. We capture the data you need at the design stage. We believe that 3D visualisation is much more than a mere visualisation tool. The ability to sensibly endow 3D model elements with data and properties can be a huge advantage across the entire building investment spectrum. With the information models we create, you can save time, energy and money during construction, pre-construction and operation, right through to up to the demolition of the facility. With our advanced office infrastructure and extensive software expertise (ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, AxisVM, Naviswork, BIMCloud, Nemetschek Allplan, Solibri), we can meet the highest demands the highest demands.

Document repository and plan management During the design process, we store the plans online so that they are easily accessible to the client and the designers. > Automated plan upload and plan note generation for all disciplines > Secure plan management according to data management certification – ISO9001 > Easy access from all platforms > Transparent rights management and plan approvals > Management of plan entries and new releases

Evaluation The BIM point cloud is used to spatially scan the environment of real buildings, with millions of spatial points forming the geometry. Point cloud surveying reduces survey time by up to 90%. Thanks to the 3D documentation, there is no need for multiple pointing field measurements, the space can be "walked" at any time. > Modelling existing buildings based on point cloud surveys > Modelling of the environment for site analysis before construction of a new building > Other objects (machinery, equipment, sculptures, etc.) for accurate modelling
Collision analysis The elements designed by the disciplines may intersect due to their complexity. To detect these we carry out a collision analysis. > Evaluate errors and propose solutions > Identification of pairs of sections and scope > Summary table for the client if necessary > Minimisation of design errors
