A route that takes you to the light and the colours of lush hillsides that look out to sea. Valleys dotted with olive groves and decorated by vegetable gardens await you. Discover all the nuances of the oil made from Taggiasca olives, the main ingredient of the local cuisine. Then let yourself be delighted by the renowned artichokes of Perinaldo, excellent served raw with an oil-based dipping sauce, by the white beans of the mountains, excellent served with a drizzle of oil and finely chopped chives. You can also taste the genuine flavour of these lands in the sweets, honoured by an excellent brush honey, a mixed flower honey with the scent of Mediterranean nature.

Small herds graze free on the green hills of the Stura valley and the Polcevera valley. Not coincidentally, here the “zero kilometres” meat and the fresh milk have the flavour of genuineness. You can also discover quality in the nectar of the wildflowers and chestnut groves, where the bees from the local hives produce a fragrant honey. The lands of the Gulf of Tigullio The extra-virgin oil of the Riviera di Levante and the meat of the Cabannina cow. Two “gems” of the agriculture of the valleys in the Chiavari hinterland.
