The mountain cheeses from the Ligurian Alps One or two days to experience the colours and flavours of the Ponente valleys. Magnificent hills covered in vineyards await you, and in autumn, before offering doc wines, they turn vermilion and orange. On the table is the red Ormeasco or the white Vermentino and Pigato. Excellences that accompany the typical white cuisine dishes
of the Ligurian Alps, such as the mountain cheese or the toma cheese made from Brigasca sheep’s milk. But the nuances can also be found in other shades too, like those of the buckwheat polenta and the traditional ravioli di magro (with ricotta and greens). Enjoy your journey - and your meal.
