The PROTAC® 2.0 RAIL MOUNT LONG GUN LIGHT places 2,000 lumens of blazing light at your disposal. The light projects a 266-meter tight beam with an abundance of peripheral illumination leaving no dark areas around its beam.
Clearing a room with a 2,000-lumen light may have a deleterious effect on you, so the light features Ten-Tap® Programming and can readily be configured to meet the mission. The user has three modes available:
1. High / strobe
2. High only
3. Low / High
• High - 2,000 lumens with a run time of 2.5 hours.
• Low - 250 lumens with a run time of 11 hours.
• Strobe mode can be used for signaling or disorienting with a run time of 4.5 hours.
TenTap® Programming is easy to use only requiring that the operator rapidly tap the light activation switch for a count of nine then holding on the tenth. The light moves to the next mode then turns off
The light is powered by the new SL-B50® Li-Ion battery pack, rechargeable via the provided USBC cord. Charging can be accomplished without removing the light from your weapon using the external USB port. You can also remove the battery and charge it via its own USB-C port.
The SL-B50® battery is internally protected from over charging so you can leave it connected to the charging source indefinitely.
Streamlight included LED charging indicators, they display red when charging.
Once the battery is fully charged, two L.E.D.s will turn green.
Operating the light is done using the pushbutton on the battery cap or via a remote pressure switch. The light is available from Streamlight as "light-only" or "system" which includes a remote pressure switch.

The ProTac 2 attaches to your rail via the integrated Picatinny mount. Streamlight gives you a robust mount that will not fail under recoil or accidental impact.
The light is constructed from aircraft grade aluminum and O-ring sealed to meet IP67 water resistance to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
With a length of 6.3 inches the ProTac 2 RM does have a large footprint and will use a considerable amount of rail space even without the remote pressure switch.
