Prior to the 2021 introduction of the new and exciting line of TLR lights from Streamlight, large frame pistol owners were limited to using the company’s larger TLR-1 or TLR-2 accessories. Although both are great weapon mounted lights, they are quite bulky. The activation paddles would often snag on clothing, and the light itself could not always be positioned on the rail so its paddles are easily reached without breaking your grip. Streamlight addressed that need with the introduction of the TLR-10, a weapon mounted light/ laser accessory for your large frame pistol. The TLR-10 has three modes of operation: light only, laser only, and light laser. Selecting them is intuitive - while holding down a switch tap the other. This light also includes a strobe mode which is disabled from the factory. Enabling strobe is done using Streamlight’s TenTap feature.
The light is powered by 2 CR123A batteries that deliver a run time of 1.5 hours in light only and light laser modes and 60 hours in laser only mode. Installing batteries requires that you remove the facecap.

Streamlight TLR-10 Laser-Light for Your Large Frame Pistol The TLR-10 also features the safe off feature to prevent accidental activation and depleting your batteries. To engage safe off rotate the facecap counterclockwise about ¼ turn, until you feel a detent; at that point, the batteries are disengaged, and the light will not operate. Turning the facecap clockwise will engage the batteries and the light will be fully operational. As with all TLR lights, the TLR-10 features an exceptional mounting system, clamping easily and securely to your pistol’s Picatinny rail, Streamlight provides a variety of indexing keys to support a wide array of platforms.
