CHALLENGE COURSE

Through carefully designed and led activities, individuals and teams explore communication, group dynamics, confidence, decision-making, team spirit, trust, cooperation, motivation, creativity, conflict resolution, diversity and feedback. We accomplish this by creating a physically and emotionally safe environment in which individuals and teams are free to step outside of their comfort zone and take a risk. Another key element to our program is fun! We believe the team that plays together stays together, and people are much more willing to learn when fun is involved. Group Type
