A Look Into their LIFE WITH Serena Williams

Serena Williams, the 22nd best American professional tennis player by the Women’s Tennis Association, has always trained hard to get where she is now. Serena Started training with her sister, Venus Williams at an early age.Their father Richard Williams groomed them for a tennis career from the age of three years.Venus and Serena remodeled the look of their sport with their signature style and play. Their athletic ability astonish opponents, and their sense of style and presence made them stand out celebrities on the court. Serena was injured and in a major slump a few years ago therefore, she started training with premier sports performance trainers and one of the trainers Mackie Shilstone, created a fitness and diet routine specially made for Serena. The drills consisted of endurance, increase flexibility, and core strengthening exercises. Every drill helped to in-

However, she was then unable to get out of bed for another six weeks. leaving her feeling helpless at times when it came to tending to her newborn. “When you have a child, it the most beautiful thing in the world,And you want to protect them with everything and care them and love with unconditionally.” Serena got back to training and keeping her Motivation and dedication for tennis.Still being able to be with her family. “ Tennis just a game,family is forever”

Prevent and better control some risk factors for heart disease: blood cholesterol, diabetes and hypertension Improve muscle and bone health (osteoporosis prevention) Improve sleep Control weight Recommendations Physical activity guidelines advise that we need at least 2.5 hours a week of moderate to vigorous aerobic physical activity to achieve health benefits.

The guidelines also recommend adding activities that target bones and muscles at least twice a week to help make your bones stronger— activities like running, walking and yoga, where your muscles push against your bones. Furthermore, it has been shown that physical activity is the main factor in keeping weight

off. Why invest all this effort if you are just going to gain the weight back? Skate, swim, play ... garden, walk, run ... just move!
