-The site is situated in southernmost city in Montenegro - Ulcinj on the Adriatic coast. -500 m away from Old town from 12th century and main city beach. -Total Land area for hotel building is 20.318 sqm.

-Urbanity project has been adopted, the master plan should be created according to investors needs. -The Land is owned by company Rokšped LTD Podgorica.
