‫وقد كرم رئيس اجلامعة ونفرد تومبسون ‪ 60‬طالبا وطالبة من احلائزين على مرتبة‬ ‫الشرف على قائمة رئيس اجلامعة التي تتطلب أن يكون الطالب محافظا على معدل‬ ‫تراكمي ‪ .4/4‬بينما كرم نائب رئيس اجلامعة للشؤون األكادميية وعميد كلية العلوم‬ ‫واآلداب د‪ .‬نزار حمزة ‪ 255‬طالب وطالبة من احلائزين على مرتبة الشرف على‬ ‫قائمة العميد وتتطلب تلك املرتبة أن يحافظ الطالب على معدل تراكمي ‪ 3.5/4‬من‬ ‫سلم الدرجات‪.‬‬ ‫فضال عن ذلك كرم عدد من الطلبة حلصولهم على جائزة اإلجناز األكادميي املتميز‬ ‫في األقسام األكادميية التي يدرسون بها وهم التالية أسمائهم‪:‬‬ ‫‪www.uniQue.com.kw 11‬‬

‫شير الدراسات الصادرة عن قسم األبحاث في إيبوك ميسي فرانكفورت إلى‬ ‫منو نسبة اإلنفاق لدى النساء في الكويت واخلاصة مبستحضرات التجميل‬ ‫وأدوات ومساحيق الزينة الطبيعية واخلالية من امل��واد الكيميائية‪ ،‬تتراوح نسبة‬ ‫الصرف من ‪ 20‬أو ‪ 30‬ديناراً شهرياً لتصل إلى ‪ 100‬دينار وقد تصل إلى ‪200‬‬ ‫دينار لدى بعض الفئات‪ ،‬حيث تطلب النساء املاركات واملساحيق العضوية‪ .‬كما تشير‬ ‫اإلحصائيات إلى منو سوق مستحضرات التجميل العضوية العاملي بنسبة ‪% 75‬‬ ‫بحلول العام ‪.2014‬‬ ‫تؤكد التقارير كذلك على تأثير عوامل الطقس في الكويت والتي أدت إل��ى منو‬ ‫سوق منتجات العناية بالبشرة الطبيعية واملقاومة للظروف اجلوية املتنوعة كاحلرارة‬ ‫والرطوبة وكل ما يخص البشرة من أجل احلفاظ عليها في ظل الطقس احلار والغبار‬ ‫الذي مييز الكويت طوال أيام العام‪.‬‬ ‫فالدراسات تشير إلى املرأة الكويتية التي تهتم بأناقتها وتقبل على شراء مستحضرات‬ ‫التجميل الطبيعية‪ ،‬س��واء للوجه أو الشعر‪ ،‬لذلك فهي تنفق بسخاء على أدوات‬ ‫املاكياج والتجميل بل حترص على شراء املاركات العاملية املميزة مرتفعة الثمن‪ ،‬وقد‬ ‫تخصص ميزانية لذلك تصل إلى ‪ 100‬دينار شهريا‪ .‬وتصل نسبة البيع في املناطق‬ ‫اخلارجية إلى ‪ %101‬ملساحيق التجميل ونسبة ‪ %200‬للعطور‪ ،‬أما مناطق العاصمة‬ ‫والصاحلية فتقل فيها تلك النسب بشكل كبير‪.‬‬

‫مصلحة اجلس� � ��د‪ ،‬فاحلرارة التي ترافق املرض ترفع وتيرة عملي فيزداد نبضي‪ ،‬وتغير‬ ‫حموضة اجلس� � ��م يعدل من نسق عملي‪ ،‬وكذلك اختالف نسبة األوكسجني وغاز الفحم‬ ‫في اجلس� � ��م‪ ،‬إن زيادة اجلهد بعمل أو رياض� � ��ة يتبعها حتريكي الحتياطاتي بحيث تلبي‬ ‫حاجات البدن وعضالته على أمت وجه فبدل األلتار اخلمس� � ��ة التي كنت أضخها أقذف‬ ‫«‪»20‬ورمبا«‪ »30‬لتراً من الدم في كل دقيقة‪ ،‬أنا لس� � ��ت بغائب عن س� � ��احة ضغط الدم‬ ‫أيضاً‪ ،‬فأنا عنصر أس� � ��اس في احلفاظ على ذلك الضغط بحدود س� � ��وية طبيعية‪ .‬أنا‬ ‫بنيان عضلي أتش� � ��كل من ماليني اخلاليا العضلية التي تلتحم ببعضها بوش� � ��ائج رائعة‬ ‫جتعلها تعمل وكأنها خلية واحدة بنظام بديع‪ ،‬صحيح أنني عضلة ولكنني أمتيز عن كل‬ ‫العضالت بصفات أربع أولها أنني أتقلص محوالً الطاقة الكيميائية إلى عمل على شكل‬ ‫مضخة‪ ،‬وثانيها أنني أمتتع بقدرة على التقلص بأس� � ��لوب نظامي متكرر بش� � ��كل ذاتي‪،‬‬ ‫حيث إن بعض اخلاليا عندي قد تخصص في ذلك وشكل جملة لها مركز قلبي‪.‬‬

‫وخاصة عندما تكون الشركة قطاع عام ويجري تداول أسهمها في البورصة عادة ما‬ ‫يرتفع سعر اسهمها عند تدني التكلفة بتقليص العمالة وتسريحهم فيربح املستثمرون‬ ‫األثرياء ويخسر املوظفني‪.‬‬ ‫وهناك قواعد خاصة باملال يلعب طبقاً لها األثرياء‬ ‫ويقول روبرت "إن التعليم أساس النجاح كما تعد املهارات الدراسية بالغة األهمية فإن‬ ‫املهارات املالية ومهارات االتصال تعد بنفس القدر من األهمية"‪.‬‬ ‫وفي الكتاب سرد لقصة روبرت الرمزية عن الوالد الثري والوالد الفقير والتي تشرح‬ ‫املهارات التي اكتسبها عبر حياته‪.‬‬ ‫وعادة نحن كوالدين ألبنائنا ننصحهم بالذهاب إلى املدرس� � ��ة للتعليم واحلصول على‬ ‫درجات عالية لدخول اجلامعة للحصول على وظيفة وتأمني مستقبلهم تباعاً للعادات‬ ‫الثقافية وهذا هو التصرف الصائب اعتدنا عليه ‪.‬‬ ‫وق� � ��د تفرغ م� � ��ن أفكار روبرت عند االلتقاء به وس� � ��ماع آرائه ذلك أنه نش� � ��أ في كنف‬ ‫والدي� � ��ن مختلفني تعلم كيف يكافح لتحقيق هدف� �ي��ن مختلفني إذ نصحه والده املتعلم‬ ‫بأن يعمل في مؤسسة فيما نصحه والده الثري بأن ميتلك تلك املؤسسة بينما يشجع‬ ‫والد روبرت املتعلم إياه على أن يكون ذكياً ش� � ��جعه والده الثري على أن يعرف كيفية‬ ‫توظيف هذا الذكاء‪.‬‬ ‫كان لى أبوين أحدهما ثري واألخر فقير‬ ‫أحدهما صاحب تعليم وذكاء وحاصل على الدكتوراه أم األب اآلخر فلم ينهي ش� � ��هادة‬ ‫الثانوية كان أحدهما يقول حب املال رأس كل خطيئة ويقول اآلخر قلة ذات اليد هي‬ ‫رأس كل خطيئة‪.‬‬ ‫إن أحد األسباب التي تدفع األب الثري ملزيد من الثراء وباألب الفقير ملزيد من الفقر‬ ‫واألب املنتمي للطبقة الوسطى للمزيد من املعاناة مع الديون هو أن موضوع املال يبدأ‬ ‫طرح� � ��ه للتعليم في املنزل وليس في املدارس فأغلبنا تلقى معرفته عن املال من أبويه‬ ‫ما الذي يسع أباً فقيراً أن يخبر به ابنه عن املال سيقول له "ابق في املدرسة وادرس‬ ‫بجد" ثم قد يتخرج الطفل بدرجات ممتازة لكنه سيتخرج بعقلية ومعرفة مالية ضحلة‬ ‫تلقى مفرداتها فيما كان صغيراً‪.‬‬ ‫فهل السيد روبرت محقاً أن التعليم ال يوكل خبزاً ؟‬ ‫بيل جيتس ‪ :‬ترك جامعة هارفارد أنش� � ��أ مايكروس� � ��وفت أثرى رجال أمريكا وال يزال‬ ‫بعد في الثالثني من عمره‬ ‫مايكل جوردان ‪ -‬مارادونا ‪ -‬الكثير من الرياضيني يجنون املاليني‪.‬‬

‫وعلى هذا املنوال يكون هذان الزوجان قد علقا في مس� � ��أر الفار وفي هذه املصيدة‬ ‫يكون أعمارهم في حدود ‪ 40‬س� � ��نة ثم يقومان بنصح أبنائهم باالجتهاد في الدراسة‬ ‫ونيل درجات مرتفعة والعثور على وظيفة أمنة مس� � ��تقرة فال يتعلم أولئك األبناء شيئاً‬ ‫سوى من أولئك الذين يتربحون من وراء سذاجتهم ويعملون بكد طوال حياتهم حلساب‬ ‫اآلخري� � ��ن وتتك� � ��رر العملية في جيل أخر يعمل بكد وهذا هو مس� � ��أر الفأر والس� � ��بيل‬ ‫األوحد للهروب من مس� � ��أر الفأر هو احترافك علم احملاس� � ��بة واالستثمار ويقيناً أن‬ ‫هناك ماليني األشخاص يعانون مالياً ألنهم لم يتعلموا كيف يكسبون املال‪.‬‬

‫ونعود إلى الس� � ��يد روبرت كيوس� � ��اكي ال� � ��ذي ابتكر لعبة أطلق عليه� � ��ا التدفق النقدي‬ ‫‪ Cash Flow‬وه� � ��ذه اللعبة عبارة عن برنامج تعليمي ش� � ��كلها أش� � ��به مبصيدة ملونة‬ ‫بفأر عمالق في وسطها وعلى خالف املصيدة كان هناك مضماران أحدهما بالداخل‬ ‫واآلخ� � ��ر باخل� � ��ارج وكان الهدف من اللعبة هو اخلروج من املضم� � ��ار الداخلي وهو ما‬ ‫أسماه روبرت "مبسار الفأر" والولوج إلى املضمار اخلارجي أو للمضمار السريع وكان‬ ‫روبرت يرى أن هذا املضمار الس� � ��ريع ميثل س� � ��لوك األغنياء أو الطريقة التي "يلعبون‬ ‫بها" في احلياة الواقعية‪.‬‬

There are several reasons why we procrastinate. * Fear

Fear can be from success or failure. Believe it or not success means change, and change has it gains and losses. * Not a strong desire Desire is not strong enough which makes one unconvinced of what they really want. * Lack of inspiration Without inspirations or goals, it becomes very hard to be where you want to be.

* Lack of motivation With motivation and enthusiasm, reaching goals becomes possible. * Negative self talk Every time you speak negatively to yourself, you convince yourself that youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re not worthy of accomplishing whatever needs to be accomplished. Negative talk lowers yourself esteem and creates a barrier in your mind that prevents you from reaching your goals. * Overwhelmed with too many options The more decisions we need to make, the more distracted we get. This causes confusion and eventually makes one end up making a hasty decision. To overcome procrastination, we need to define our goals, be motivated and enthusiastic by creating a routine or structure to reach our goals.

veryone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers”.

This, according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is one of the essential human rights, and the nineteenth article of its thirty articles.

Protecting and promoting human rights is undoubtly the main purpose of this declaration, which forty eight countries have willingly adopted. And for these countries to agree/adopt such a declaration there must have been a freedom of choice and freedom of criticism in the first place! Just as these countries agreed to the declaration willingly, they should have been able to think of equally protecting people’s freedom.. Surprisingly, most of those countries tend to protect their people, and others, only in form of declarations, constitutions, and statements of no significance in real cases. When such countries are able to put such efforts into things of such importance, why aren’t they able to make them more than just decisions and agreements (that seem to be nothing more than protection of

prestigious reputation)? When such countries have enormous forces, and are able to realize the importance of adopting such a declaration, why aren’t they able to act/ make decision based on its articles? Instead of that, discrimination, brutality, enforcement of insignificant laws, and much more is being done by the countries themselves who have since 1948 agreed and adopted the UDHR. When great organizations like the CNN fires an employee for giving out a fair opinion about a matter in the Middle East, when an article written by the ambassador of the United Kingdom in Lebanon is deleted because she expressed her sorrow towards the death of a Muslim religious authority, when France is enforcing a law to forbid wearing the ’ Niqab’ in public place ironically having its constitution before its adoption of the UDHR listing the freedom of opinion and expression an essential right)...When this, and many other contradictory situations occur we can only ask what is the definition of freedom in their perspectives?! And what is the significance of all the paper work, laws, declarations, treaties, and others, if their holders are unable to preserve the simplest of rights, the freedom of opinion and expression! After all, as Martin Luther King said: “Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.”

‫ندما متر بنا أيام السنة ومتضي األشهر والفصول لـ يأتي ذلك اليوم الذي يعيدنا‬ ‫إلى ذكرى قد تكون سعيدة‪ ..‬وقد تكون أليمة‪..‬‬

‫الذكريات السعيدة ما أكثرها وما أجملها خصوصا عندما تأخذنا لذلك اليوم الذي‬ ‫أمضينا فيه معا يوما سعيدا مليئا باملواقف املضحكة‪..‬‬ ‫أو تكون زيارة ألحد األقارب أو األشخاص احملببني إلينا‪ ..‬فـ إنه يوم ال ينسى‪..‬‬ ‫أو يكون تاريخا مميزا لـ مناسبة معينة لنستعيد ذكرياتنا في السنوات املاضية في مثل‬ ‫ما حدث سابقا في مثل هذا اليوم‪..‬‬ ‫كم حتمل ذاكرتك من ذكريات سعيدة‪!.‬‬ ‫وكم أحببت أن ال تنسى هذه الذكريات‪!.‬‬ ‫وكم تتمنى أن تعود هذه الذكريات لك‪!.‬‬ ‫أما ذكرياتنا األليمة التي قد تكون هي أشبه بالكوابيس التي حدثت‪ ..‬وانتهت وقد‬ ‫تكون لم تنتهي فـ بعضها تترتب عليه النتائج التي جتعلنا ال ننسى هذه الذكريات‬

‫رواية رحلة املوت‬

‫هذه قصة فيها تذكير باملوت والقبر وعذابه بطريقة مؤثرة جداً وجتعلك تعيش فع ً‬ ‫ال فى هذه األوقات احلرجة‬ ‫فى القبر حيث يتوقف عملك إال من الثالث املعروفة ولن ينفعك إال عملك الصالح‪ .‬ستجعلك هذه القصة‬ ‫مراجعة نفسك ففيها الكثر من املواعظ والعبر‪.‬‬ ‫احللقة األولى ‪ :‬نهاية األجل واللحظات األخيرة في عمري‪..‬‬ ‫في إح��دى سفراتي ملدينة الرياض حرصت على التوجه للمطار قبل موعد الرحلة‬ ‫بساعة ولكن زحمة الطريق ووجود تفتيش جعلني أتأخر عن الرحلة بعض الوقت فكنت‬ ‫وركنت السيارة‬ ‫أسير مسرعاً حتى وصلت بوابة مواقف السيارات وأخذت الكرت سريعا‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫مبوقف ال أدري أهو موقف املوظفني أم املسافرين!!‬ ‫املهم نزلت من السيارة مسرعاً ومعي حقيبتي بيدي وال عجب من اإلس��راع في هذا‬ ‫املكان ألن هذا املنظر مألوف للجميع وبعد دخولي صالة املغادرة وصلت لنقطة التفتيش‬ ‫مسرعاً أنزلت ما في جيبي وتعديت احلاجز فظهرت إشارة صوتية تبني أن معي شئ‬ ‫ال يُسمح مب��روره فضجرت وتذكرت ساعتي فأنزلتها وعديت النقطة بسالم وصلت‬ ‫ملوظف اخلطوط اجلوية سريعاً وقلت له ‪ :‬أنا مسافر للرياض في رحلة رقم ‪1411‬‬ ‫قال املوظف ‪ :‬الرحلة قفلت ‪ ،‬قلت له ‪ :‬يا رجل أرجوك لدي موعد البد أن أحضره هذه‬ ‫الليلة ‪ ،‬قال ‪ :‬ال تطيل بالكالم الرحلة قفلت وال يستطيع أحد السماح لك ‪ ..‬قلت له ‪:‬‬ ‫حسبي الله عليك ‪ ..‬قال بتعجب ‪ :‬وش دخلني أنا !!‬ ‫املهم خرجت من عنده ووقفت أنظر للطائرة وال أملك حوالً وال قوة إال بالله !!‬ ‫دارت األفكار برأسي سريعاً ‪ :‬هل ألغي سفري ؟!!‬

‫أم هل أسافر بسيارتي ؟؟ أم هل أسافر بسيارة خاصة ؟!!‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ولكن متكنت من بالي هذه الفكرة وهي السفر بسيارة خاصة فقررت سريعا التوجه‬ ‫ملوقف السيارات ووجدت رج ً‬ ‫ال معه سيارة فارهه (كابريس جديدة) فقلت بكم توصلني‬ ‫للرياض ؟!!‬ ‫ً‬ ‫فقال ‪ :‬بخمسمائة ريال !! حاولت معه كثيرا ولم استطيع أن يخفض لي إال خمسني‬ ‫ريال!!‬ ‫املهم ركبت معه لوحدي وقلت له أهم شئ تسرع البد أن أصل الرياض هذه الليلة ولم‬ ‫أعلم أن نهايتي بعد ساعات!!‬ ‫قال لي ‪ :‬أبشر سأطير بك طيران‪ ..‬وبالفعل كان يسير بسرعة جنونية ألني وعدته إن‬ ‫وصلنا قبل العشاء فله مني زيادة مائة ريال !!‬ ‫كنت نتجاذب أط��راف احلديث مع بعض وسألني عن عملي وعن حالتي االجتماعية‬ ‫وكذلك سألته بعض األسئلة لنقطع بها الطريق‪..‬‬ ‫وفجأة أتى على بالي والدتي ألتصل عليها وبالفعل أخرجت جوالي واتصلت عليها وردت‬ ‫علي قالت ‪ :‬وينك يا أبا سارة ؟!! قلت له قصة الطائرة وكيف فاتتني الرحلة واآلن‬ ‫استأجرت سيارة للسفر ‪ ..‬سكتت قلي ً‬ ‫ال سكوتاً لفت انتباهي قالت أمي ‪ :‬أنتبه يا ولدي‪،‬‬ ‫الله يكفيك شر ما في الغيب ‪..‬‬ ‫قلت لها ‪ :‬سأتصل بك يا أمي أول ما أصل إن شاء الله… توصني شئ ؟!!‬ ‫قالت ‪ :‬سالمتك يا بعد عمري‪..‬‬

‫انتهت املكاملة وحسيت بشئ غريب مثل الهم نزل على قلبي وشعرت أن أمراً عجيباً‬ ‫ينتظرني‪..‬‬ ‫اتصلت بعدها على زوجتي‪..‬‬ ‫زوجتي ‪ :‬بشرني عنك يا عمري كم كيلو مشيتوا ؟!!‬ ‫قلت ‪ :‬اآلن قطعنا مائة وخمسني كيلو ؟!‬ ‫‪www.uniQue.com.kw 43‬‬

‫قالت ‪ :‬والله نبي نفقدك البيت بدونك وال شئ ‪..‬‬ ‫قلت ‪ :‬الله يبارك فيك إن شاء الله بكرى وأنا راجع في رحلة الظهر… أهم شئ انتبهي‬ ‫لألوالد وق ّبلي لي سوسو الله يصلحها ‪..‬‬ ‫قالت ‪ :‬أبشر والله من يوم طلعت وهي تقول وين بابا وين بابا ‪..‬‬

‫قلت ‪ :‬اعطني إياها ‪..‬‬

‫سوسو ‪ :‬بابا وينك ؟‬ ‫قلت ‪ :‬سوسو بعد شوي أجي لكم إن شاء الله ‪ ..‬تبني شئ قالت كالعادة ‪ :‬أبي كاكاو‪..‬‬ ‫ضحكت وقلت طيب سوسو هاتي ماما ‪..‬‬ ‫أخذت األم الهاتف قلت لها ‪:‬‬ ‫توصني شئ ؟‬ ‫قالت ‪ :‬سالمة عمرك‪..‬‬ ‫ال أدري ملاذا بدأ الهم يشتد علي ويزداد واألفكار جتول بسرعة في مخيلتي لم يقطعها‬ ‫إال سؤال السائق ‪ :‬كم عندك من األوالد ؟!!‬ ‫قلت ‪ :‬أربعة ولدين وبنتني ‪..‬‬ ‫قال ‪ :‬الله يصلحهم لك ؟؟‬ ‫قلت ‪ :‬آمني وإياك ‪..‬‬ ‫نظرت للطريق ثم رفعت رأسي للسماء أنظر لها ونظرت للشمس ولم يبق على غروبها‬ ‫إال ساعة !!‬ ‫قلت وأنا أتنهد ‪ :‬يالله رحمتك يا رحمن يا رحيم ‪..‬‬ ‫تفاجأت بطلب من السائق غريب ‪ :‬قال ‪ :‬تسمح لي أشعل السيجارة ؟!!‬ ‫قلت ‪ :‬يا أخي أنت رجل فاضل وأشعر أن بك خير عظيم كيف ترضى لنفسك أن حترق‬ ‫نفسك ومالك وقبل ذلك تنقص دينك ألجل سيجارة ال تنفعك وإمنا تضرك؟!!‬ ‫قال ‪ :‬يا ابن احلالل ادع لي والله حاولت في رمضان املاضي واللي قبله وما قدرت؟!‬ ‫قلت له ‪ :‬أنت رجل أعطاك الله قوة ما قدرت على سيجارة ؟‬ ‫استمر التوجيه والنقاش وهو ينصت ومعترف بخطاه وبعدها قال ‪ :‬إن شاء الله ما‬ ‫أشربها بعد اليوم ‪..‬‬ ‫قلت له متهل ً‬ ‫ال ‪ :‬الله يثبتنا وإياك على الدين‪..‬‬

O BE SUCCESSFUL AT THEIR job, internal auditors must be able to write, speak, and listen effectively. Of these three skills, effective listening may be the most crucial because auditors are required to do it so often. Unfortunately, listening also may be the most difficult skill to master. Effective listening is challenging, in part, because people often are more focused on what theyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re saying than on what theyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re hearing in return. According to a recent study by the Harvard Business Review,

4. AVOID GETTING DEFENSIVE.

Internal auditors must listen to explanations, rationales, and defenses of financial practices and procedures. They are constantly communicating with fellow employees whose backgrounds range from accounting to finance to marketing to information systems. In addition, explanations by fellow employees of any “unusual” practices often pose a significant challenge to an internal auditor’s listening skills. Auditors can use the following techniques to improve these skills.

Do you ever take what another person says personally when what her or she is saying is not meant to be personal? Do you ever become angry at what another person says? Careful listening does not mean that you will always agree with the other party’s point of view, but it does mean that you will try to listen to what the other person is saying without becoming overly defensive. Too much time spent explaining, elaborating, and defending your decision or position is a sure sign that you are not listening. This is because your role has changed from one of listening to a role of convincing others they are wrong. After listening to a position or suggestion with which you disagree, simply respond with something like, “I understand your point. We just disagree on this one.” Effective listeners can listen calmly to another person even when that person is offering unjust criticism.

When listening to someone, do you often find yourself thinking about a job or task that is nearing deadline or an important family matter? In the middle of a conversation, do you sometimes realize that you haven’t heard a word the other person has said? Most individuals speak at the rate of 175 to 200 words per minute. However, research suggests that we are very capable of listening and processing words at the rate of 600 to 1,000 words per minute. An internal auditor’s job today is very fast and complex, and because the brain does not use all of its capacity when listening, an auditor’s mind may drift to thinking of further questions or explanations rather than listening to the message at hand. This unused brainpower can be a barrier to effective listening, causing the auditor to miss or misinterpret what others are saying. It is important for internal auditors to actively concentrate on what others are saying so that effective communication can occur.

Paraphrasing is the art of putting into your own words what you thought you heard and saying it back to the sender. For example, a subordinate might say: “You have been unfair to rate me so low on my performance appraisal. You have rated me lower than Jim. I can do the job better than him, and I’ve been here longer.” A paraphrased response might be: “I can see that you are upset about your rating. You think it was unfair for me to rate you as I did.” Paraphrasing is a great technique for improving your listening and problem-solving skills. First, you have to listen very carefully if you are going to accurately paraphrase what you heard. Second, the paraphrasing response will clarify for the sender that his or her message was correctly received and encourage the sender to expand on what he or she is trying to communicate.

2. SEND THE NONVERBAL MESSAGE THAT YOU ARE LISTENING.

When listening, do you concentrate just on the words that are being said, or do you also concentrate on the way they are being said? The way a speaker is standing, the tone of voice and inflection he or she is using, and what the speaker is doing with his or her hands are all part of the message that is being sent. A person who raises his or her voice is probably either angry or frustrated. A person looking down while speaking is probably either embarrassed or shy. Interruptions may suggest fear or lack of confidence. Persons who make eye contact and lean forward are likely exhibiting confidence. Arguments may reflect worry. Inappropriate silence may be a sign of aggression and be intended as punishment.

Additionally, listening is difficult because people don’t work as hard at it as they should. Listening seems to occur so naturally that putting a lot of effort into it doesn’t seem necessary. However, hard work and effort is exactly what effective listening requires.

When someone is talking to you, do you maintain eye contact with that person? Do you show the speaker you are listening by nodding your head? Does your body language transmit the message that you are listening? Are you leaning forward and not using your hands to play with things? Most communication experts agree that nonverbal messages can be three times as powerful as verbal messages. Effective communication becomes difficult anytime you send a nonverbal message that you’re not really listening. 3. AVOID EARLY EVALUATIONS. When listening, Do you often make immediate judgments about what the speaker is saying? Do you assume or guess what the speaker is going to say next? Do you sometimes discover later that you failed to interpret correctly what the speaker was telling you? Because a listener can listen at a faster rate than most speakers talk, there is a tendency to evaluate too quickly. That tendency is perhaps the greatest barrier to effective listening. It is especially important to avoid early evaluations when listening to a person with whom you disagree. When listeners begin to disagree with a sender’s message, they tend to misinterpret the remaining information and distort its intended meaning so that it is consistent with their own beliefs.

6. LISTEN (AND OBSERVE) FOR FEELINGS.

7. ASK QUESTIONS. Do you usually ask questions when listening to a message? Do you try to clarify what a person has said to you? Effective listeners make certain they have correctly heard the message that is being sent. Ask questions to clarify points or to obtain additional information. Openended questions are the best. They require the speaker to convey more information. Form your questions in a way that makes it clear you have not yet drawn any conclusions. This will assure the message sender that you are only interested in obtaining more and better information. And the more information that you as a listener have, the better you can respond to the sender’s communication.

‫وقال أبو الدرداء رضي الله تعالى عنه‪ :‬لكل شيء جالء‪ ،‬وإن جالء القلوب ذكر الله عز‬ ‫وجل‪ .‬وال ريب أن القلب يصدأ كما يصدأ النحاس والفضة وغيرهما‪ ،‬وجالؤه بالذكر‪،‬‬ ‫فإنه يجلوه حتى يدعه كاملرآة البيضاء‪ .‬فإذا ترك الذكر صدئ‪ ،‬فإذا ذكره جاله‪.‬‬ ‫و صدأ القلب بأمرين‪ :‬بالغفلة والذنب‪ ،‬وجالؤه بشيئني‪ :‬باالستغفار والذكر‪.‬‬ ‫أنواع الذكر‬ ‫الذكر نوعان‪:‬‬ ‫‪ ‬النوع األول‪ :‬من ال��ذك��ر‪ :‬ذك��ر أسماء ال��رب تبارك وتعالى وصفاته‪ ،‬والثناء عليه‬ ‫بهما‪ ،‬وتنزيهه وتقديسه عما ال يليق ب��ه ت �ب��ارك وت�ع��ال��ى‪ ،‬وه ��ذا ‪ ‬ايضا نوعان‪:‬‬ ‫‪ ‬أحدهما‪ :‬إنشاء الثناء عليه بها من الذاكر‪ ،‬فأفضل هذا النوع أجمعه للثناء وأعمه‪،‬‬ ‫نحو “سبحان الله عدد خلقه”‪.‬‬ ‫النوع الثاني‪ :‬اخلبر عن الرب تعالى بأحكام أسمائه وصفاته‪ ،‬نحو قولك‪ :‬الله عز‬ ‫وجل يسمع أصوات عباده‪.‬‬ ‫وأفضل هذا النوع‪ :‬الثناء عليه مبا أثنى به على نفسه‪ ،‬ومبا أثنى به عليه رسول الله‪ ‬‬ ‫من غير حتريف وال تعطيل‪ ،‬ومن غير تشبيه وال متثيل‪ .‬وهذا النوع أيضا ثالثة أنواع‪:‬‬ ‫‪ -1‬حمد‪ -2 .‬وثناء‪ -3 .‬و مجد‪.‬‬ ‫فاحلمد لله اإلخبار عنه بصفات كماله سبحانه وتعالى مع محبته والرضا به‪ ،‬فإن‬ ‫كرر احملامد شيئا بعد شيء كانت ثناء‪ ،‬فإن كان امل��دح بصفات اجل�لال والعظمة‬ ‫والكبرياء وامللك كان مجدًا‪.‬‬ ‫وقد جمع الله تعالى لعبده األنواع الثالثة في أول الفاحتة‪ ،‬فإذا قال العبد‪( :‬احلمد‬ ‫لله رب العاملني) قال الله‪ {:‬حمدني عبدي }‪ ،‬وإذا قال‪( :‬الرحمن الرحيم) قال‪:‬‬ ‫{أثنى علي عبدي}‪ ،‬وإذا قال‪( :‬مالك يوم الدين) قال‪ {:‬مجدني عبدي} [‬ ‫رواه مسلم]‪.‬‬ ‫النوع الثاني من الذكر‪ :‬ذكر أمره ونهيه وأحكامه‪ :‬وهو أيضا نوعان‪:‬‬ ‫أحدهما‪ :‬ذكره بذلك إخبارا عنه بأنه أمر بكذا‪ ،‬ونهيه عن كذا‪.‬‬

‫الذكر أفضل من الدعاء‬ ‫الذكرأفضل من الدعاء‪ ،‬ألن الذكر ثناء على الله عز وجل بجميل أوصافه وآالئه‬ ‫وأسمائه‪ ،‬والدعاء سؤال العبد حاجته‪ ،‬فأين هذا من هذا؟‬ ‫ولهذا جاء في احلديث‪ { :‬من شغله ذكري عن مسألتي أعطيته أفضل ما أعطي‬ ‫السائلني }‪.‬‬ ‫ولهذا كان املستحب في الدعاء أن يبدأ الداعي بحمد الله تعالى‪ ،‬والثناء عليه بني‬ ‫يدي حاجته‪ ،‬ثم يسأل حاجته‪ ،‬وقد أخبر النبي‪ ‬أن الدعاء يستجاب إذا تقدمه الثناء‬ ‫والذكر‪ ،‬وهذه فائدة أخرى من فوائد الذكر والثناء‪ ،‬أنه يجعل الدعاء مستجابا‪.‬‬ ‫فالدعاء الذي يتقدمه الذكر والثناء أفضل وأقرب إلى اإلجابة من الدعاء املجرد‪،‬‬ ‫فإن انضاف إلى ذلك إخبار العبد بحاله ومسكنته‪ ،‬وإفتقاره واعترافه‪ ،‬كان أبلغ في‬ ‫اإلجابة وأفضل‪.‬‬ ‫قراءة القرأن أفضل من الذكر‬ ‫قراءة القرآن أفضل من الذكر‪ ،‬والذكر أفضل من الدعاء‪ ،‬هذا من حيث النظر إلى‬ ‫كل منهما مجردا‪.‬‬ ‫وقد يعرض للمفضول ما يجعله أول��ى من الفاضل‪ ،‬بل يعينه‪ ،‬فال يجوز أن يعدل‬ ‫عنه إل��ى الفاضل‪ ،‬وه��ذا كالتسبيح في ال��رك��وع والسجود‪ ،‬فإنه أفضل من قراءة‬ ‫القرآن فيهما‪ ،‬بل القراءة فيهما منهي عنها نهي حترمي أو كراهة‪ ،‬وكذلك الذكر‬ ‫عقيب السالم من الصالة‪ -‬ذكر التهليل‪ ،‬والتسبيح‪ ،‬والتكبير‪ ،‬والتحميد‪ -‬أفضل من‬ ‫االشتغال عنه بالقراءة‪ ،‬وكذلك إجابة املؤذن‪.‬‬ ‫وهكذا األذكار املقيدة مبحال مخصوصة أفضل من القراءة املطلقة‪ ،‬والقراءة املطلقة‬ ‫أفضل من األذكار املطلقة‪ ،‬اللهم إال أن يعرض للعبد ما يجعل الذكر أو الدعاء أنفع‬ ‫له من قراءة القران‪ ،‬مثاله‪ :‬أن يتفكر في ذنوبه‪ ،‬فيحدث ذلك له توبة واستغفارا‪ ،‬أو‬ ‫يعرض له ما يخاف أذاه من شياطني اإلنس واجلن‪ ،‬فيعدل إلى األذكار والدعوات‬ ‫التي حتصنه وحتوطه‪.‬‬

‫الثاني‪ :‬ذكره عند أمره فيبادر إليه‪ ،‬وعند نهيه فيهرب منه‪ ،‬فإذا اجتمعت هذه األنواع‬ ‫للذاكر فذكره أفضل الذكر وأجله وأعظمه فائدة‪.‬‬

‫فهكذا قد يكون اشتغاله بالدعاء واحلالة هذه أنفع‪ ،‬وإن كان كل من القراءة والذكر‬ ‫أفضل وأعظم أجرا‪.‬‬

‫فهذا الذكر من الفقه األكبر‪ ،‬وما دونه أفضل الذكر إذا صحت فيه النية‪.‬‬

‫وه��ذا باب نافع يحتاج إلى فقه نفس‪ ،‬فيعطي كل ذى حق حقه‪ ،‬ويوضع كل شيء‬ ‫موضعه‪.‬‬

‫و من ذكره سبحانه وتعالى‪ :‬ذكر آالئه وإنعامه وإحسانه وأياديه‪ ،‬وموا قع فضله على‬ ‫عبيده‪ ،‬وهذا أيضا من أجل أنواع الذكر‪.‬‬

‫فأفضل الذكر‪ :‬ما تواطأ عليه القلب واللسان‪ ،‬وإمنا كان ذكر القلب وحده أفضل من‬ ‫ذكر اللسان وحده‪ ،‬ألن ذكر القلب يثمر املعرفة بالله‪ ،‬ويهيج احملبة‪ ،‬ويثير احلياء‪،‬‬ ‫ويبعث على املخافة‪ ،‬ويدعو إلى املراقبة‪ ،‬ويزع عن التقصير في الطاعات‪ ،‬والتهاون‬ ‫في املعاصي والسيئات‪ ،‬وذكر اللسان وحده ال يوجب شيئا من هذه اآلثار‪ ،‬وإن أثمر‬ ‫شيئا منها فثمرة ضعيفة‪.‬‬

‫فهذا أصل نافع جدا‪ ،‬يفتح للعبد باب معرفة مراتب األعمال وتنزيلها منازلها‪ ،‬لئال‬ ‫يشتغل مبفضولها عن فاضلها‪ ،‬فيربح إبليس الفضل ال��ذي بينهما‪ ،‬أو ينظر إلى‬ ‫فاضلها فيشتغل به عن مفضولها وإن كان ذلك وقته‪ ،‬فتفوته مصلحته بالكلية‪ ،‬لظنه‬ ‫أن اشتغاله بالفاضل أكثر ثوابا وأعظم أجرا‪ ،‬وهذا يحتاج إلى معرفة مبراتب األعمال‬ ‫وتفاوتها ومقاصدها‪ ،‬وفقه في إعطاء كل عمل منها حقه‪ ،‬وتنزيله في مرتبته‪.‬‬

‫فهذه خمسة أنواع‪ ،‬وهي تكون بالقلب واللسان تارة‪ ،‬وذلك أفضل الذكر‪ .‬وبالقلب‬ ‫وحده تارة‪ ،‬وهي الدرجة الثانية‪ ،‬وباللسان وحده تارة‪ ،‬وهي الدرجة الثالثة‪.‬‬

‫وملا كانت الصالة مشتملة على القراءة والذكر والدعاء‪ ،‬وهي جامعة ألجزاء العبودية‬ ‫على أمت الوجوه‪ ،‬كانت أفضل من كل من القراءة والذكر والدعاء مبفرده‪ ،‬جلمعها ذلك‬ ‫كله مع عبودية سائر األعضاء‪.‬‬

‫ذكر الله‬ ‫ف‬

‫إن ذكر الله نعمة كبرى‪ ،‬ومنحة عظمى‪ ،‬به تستجلب النعم‪ ،‬ومبثله تستدفع النقم‪ ،‬وهو قوت القلوب‪ ،‬وقرة العيون‪ ،‬وسرور النفوس‪ ،‬وروح احلياة‪ ،‬وحياة األرواح‪ .‬ما أشد حاجة‬ ‫العباد إليه‪ ،‬وما أعظم ضرورتهم إليه‪ ،‬ال يستغنى عنه املسلم بحال من األحوال‪ .‬وملا كان ذكر الله بهذه املنزلة الرفيعة واملكانة العالية فأجدر باملسلم أن يتعرف على فضله‬ ‫وأنواعه وفوائده‪.‬‬

‫فضل الذكر‬ ‫في صحيح البخاري عن أبي موسى‪ ،‬عن النبي‪ ‬قال‪ { :‬مثل الذي يذكر ربه‪ ،‬والذي اليذكر ربه مثل احلي وامليت }‪.‬‬ ‫وف��ي الصحيحني ع��ن أب��ي ه��ري��رة ق��ال‪ :‬ق��ال رس��ول ال�ل��ه ‪ { :‬ي�ق��ول ال�ل��ه ت�ب��ارك وت�ع��ال��ى‪ :‬أن��ا عند ظ��ن ع�ب��دي ب��ي‪ ،‬وأن��ا معه إذا ذك��رن��ي‪ ،‬ف��إن ذك��رن��ي ف��ي نفسه ذك��رت��ه في‬ ‫نفسي‪ ،‬وإن ذكرني في مأل ذكرته في مأل خير منهم‪ ،‬وإن تقرب إل��ي شبرا تقربت إليه ذراع��ا‪ ،‬وإن تقرب إل��ي ذراع��ا تقربت منه باعا‪ ،‬وإذا أتاني ميشي أتيته هرولة }‪.‬‬ ‫‪ ‬و قد قال تعالى‪ :‬يا أيها الذين آمنوا اذكروا الله ذكرا كثيرا‪[ ‬األحزاب‪ ،]41:‬وقال تعا لى‪ :‬والذاكرين الله كثيرا والذاكرات‪[ ‬األحزاب‪ ،]35:‬أي‪ :‬كثيرا‪ .‬ففيه األ مر با‬ ‫لذكر بالكثرة والشدة لشدة حاجة العبد إليه‪ ،‬وعدم استغنائه عنه طرفة عني‪.‬‬

‫‪ .3‬استعمال الش� � ��فرات القدمية يستوجب مزيداً من الش� � ��د حللق الشعر فيتم قطعه‬ ‫مبنحنى حاد‪ ،‬األمر الذي يزيد من فرصة غرزه باجللد‪.‬‬ ‫هؤالء ينصح لهم بالتالي ‪:‬‬ ‫‪.1‬احلق دائماً باجتاه الشعر ال بالعكس‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬ال تبالغ في تنعيم الذقن خاصة في منطقة الرقبة‪.‬‬

‫احلالقة باملاكينة الكهربائية‬ ‫احلالقة باملاكينة الكهربائية تقطع الش� � ��عر بعيداً عن سطح اجللد فتكون الذقن أقل‬ ‫نعومة من تلك احمللوقة بالشفرة‪.‬‬ ‫ولكن لهذا السبب بالذات قد يكون من املفضل استعمال املاكينة الكهربائية في بعض‬ ‫احلاالت مثل حب الش� � ��باب والثآليل وغرز الش� � ��عر في اجللد ‪.‬هذا وتختلف احلالقة‬ ‫باملاكينة الكهربائية عنها بالشفرة لكونها تتطلب أن يكون شعر الذقن جافا متاما ُ لذا‬ ‫فإن اس� � ��تعمال بعض السوائل اخلاصة قبل احلالقة بهدف إزالة العرق والزيوت من‬ ‫على سطح جلد الذقن ‪ ،‬قد يكون ضرورياً هذه السوائل القابضة للجلد تصلب الشعر‬ ‫تبرزه ليكون جاهزاً‪.‬‬ ‫احلالقة بالشفرة‬ ‫على عكس احلالقة باملاكينة الكهربائية فأن الشعر يجب أن يكون ناعماً مشبعاً باملاء‬ ‫كي تسهل إزالته بالشفرة بأقل إثارة ممكنة جللد الذقن لذلك من املفيد غسل الوجه‬ ‫جيداً باملاء الفاتر قبل اس� � ��تعمال صابون أو معجون احلالقة ومن ثم انتظار دقيقتني‬ ‫أو ثالث كي يتاح للماء ومعجون احلالقة ترطيب الشعر فتسهل حالقته‪.‬‬ ‫صابون أو معجون احلالقة‬ ‫كما س� � ��بق وذكرنا فأن الهدف الرئيس� � ��ي من اس� � ��تعمال صاب� � ��ون أو معجون احلالقة‬ ‫هوالعمل على ترطيب ش� � ��عر الذقن وتنعيمه كي تس� � ��هل حالقته فإذا كان الشعر جافاً‬ ‫الشد عليه لقطعه مما يثير اجللد ‪.‬هناك أنواع عديدة من مستحضرات‬ ‫قاسياً تطلب‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫احلالقة متوفرة على ش� � ��كل صابون أو كرمي يرغي بالفرش� � ��اةأو مرهم ال يتطلب أي‬ ‫فرشاة أو رشاش رغوي‪.‬‬ ‫أن اختيارك ألحد املستحضرات يعتمد على نوعية جلدك ‪:‬‬ ‫إذا كان جلدك من النوع اجلاف …فعليك باستعمال كرميات احلالقة التي ال حتتاج إلى‬ ‫فرش� � ��اة ألن هذه الكرميات مشبعة بالزيوت وحتتوي على القليل من املواد الصابونية‬ ‫ول� � ��ذا فأنها ال تزيد جفاف جلدك وعليك جتنب اس� � ��تعمال ما بعد احلالقة ‪After‬‬ ‫‪ shave Lotion‬الذي يجفف اجللد واس� � ��تعض عنه باستعمال كرمي مرطب للبشرة‬ ‫بعد احلالقة‪.‬‬ ‫إذا كان جلدك دهنياً ‪:‬فيفضل استعمال رشاش رغوي ‪ Foam‬أو كرمي احلالقة الذي‬ ‫يحتاج للفرشاة إلحداث الرغوة‪.‬‬ ‫فه� � ��ي حتت� � ��وي على مواد صابونية تزيل الزيوت عن س� � ��طح جل� � ��دك بفعالية أكبر من‬ ‫الكرميات التي ال حتتاج إلى فرشاة‪.‬‬

In 1886, a group of workers at the Woolwich Arsenal Armament Factory formed a team called Dial Square, renaming themselves to Royal Arsenal shortly afterwards. The team turned professional in 1891 and changed its name again to Woolwich Arsenal, eventually dropping the prefix completely in 1913 when they moved to Highbury. The Gunners joined the Second Division in 1893 and were promoted in 1904. 1 (10 ounce) package Corn Tortillas , warmed

For the Garnish:

3 1/2 teaspoons ancho chile powder

1/4 cup finely chopped white onion

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 lime, cut into wedges

2 teaspoons Oregano Leaf 1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and/or

2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts

Directions 1.In medium bowl, mix together tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and sugar. Season with Adobo; set aside.

Stir in butter, onion and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually stir in potatoes, reserved liquid, milk, sugar, and cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

2.Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Adobo. Cook chicken, turning once, until light golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add reserved tomato sauce mixture to pan; bring to a boil (be careful, the tomato sauce can splatter). Lower heat to medium low. Simmer, covered, until cooked through (thermometer will register 170 degrees F when inserted into thickest part of breast), flipping once, about 20 minutes. 3.Transfer chicken to cutting board; reserve sauce in pan. Remove and discard bones and skin. Using two forks, shred chicken breast. Transfer chicken to skillet with sauce, mixing to combine; continue to cook until sauce reduces and blends into chicken, and mixture begins to caramelize, about 10 minutes more. 4.Transfer chicken mixture to serving bowl. Spoon into warmed corn tortillas. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and/or onions, if desired. Sprinkle with hot sauce, if desired.

Discard the spice bundle. Ladle the cider into big cups or mugs, adding a fresh cinnamon stick to each serving if desired.

Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. 2.In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; mix into the egg mixture. Stir in the hazelnuts. Shape dough into two equal logs approximately 12 inches long. Place logs on baking sheet, and flatten out to about 1/2 inch thickness. 3.Bake for about 30 minutes in preheated oven, or until edges are golden and the center is firm. Remove from oven to cool on the pans. When loaves are cool enough to handle, use a serrated knife to slice the loaves diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Return the slices to the baking sheet. 4.Bake for an additional 10 minutes, turning over once. Cool completely, and store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Louis Armstrong WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD :)

ouis Daniel Armstrong (August 4, 1901 – July 6, 1971), nicknamed Satchmo or Pops, was an American jazz trumpeter and singer from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Coming to prominence in the 1920s as an “inventive” cornet and trumpet player, Armstrong was a foundational influence on jazz, shifting the music’s focus from collective improvisation to solo performers. With his distinctive gravelly voice, Armstrong was also an influential singer, demonstrating great dexterity as an improviser, bending the lyrics and melody of a song for expressive purposes. He was also greatly skilled at scat singing, or vocalizing using nonsense syllables instead of actual lyrics.

Renowned for his charismatic stage presence and deep, instantly recognizable voice almost as much as for his trumpet-playing, Armstrong’s influence extends well beyond jazz music, and by the end of his career in the 1960s, he was widely regarded as a profound influence on popular music in general. Armstrong had many hit records including “Stardust”, “What a Wonderful World”, “When The Saints Go Marching In”, “Dream a Little Dream of Me”, “Ain’t Misbehavin’”, “You Rascal You,”and “Stompin’ at the Savoy.” “We Have All the Time in the World” was featured on the soundtrack of the James Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, and enjoyed renewed popularity in the UK in 1994 when it featured on a Guinness advert. It reached number 3 in the charts on being re-released. In 1964, Armstrong knocked the Beatles off the top of the Billboard Hot

100 chart with “Hello, Dolly!”, which gave the 63-year-old performer a U.S. record as the oldest artist to have a number one song. His 1964 song, “Bout Time” was later featured in the film “Bewitched” (2005).

In 1968, Armstrong scored one last popular hit in the United Kingdom with the highly sentimental pop song “What a Wonderful World”, which topped the British charts for a month; however, the single did not chart at all in America. The song gained greater currency in the popular consciousness when it was used in the 1987 movie Good Morning, Vietnam, its subsequent rerelease topping many charts around the world. Armstrong even appeared on the October 28, 1970 Johnny Cash Show, where he sang Nat “King” Cole’s hit “Rambling Rose” and joined Cash to re-create his performance backing Jimmie Rodgers on “Blue Yodel #9”. Armstrong was posthumously awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1972 by the Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. This Special Merit Award is presented by vote of the Recording Academy’s National Trustees to performers who, during their lifetimes, have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance to the field of recording.

Armstrong performed in Italy at the 1968 Sanremo Music Festival where he sang “Mi Va di Cantare” alongside his friend, the Eritreanborn Italian singer Lara Saint Paul. In February 1968, he also appeared with Lara Saint Paul on the Italian Rai television channel where he performed “Grassa e Bella,” a track he sang in Italian for the Italian market and C.D.I. label.

anjay Dutt, also known as “Sanju Baba” among his fan circles is one of the most versatile actors the Indian Film Industry has ever seen. From serious roles in movies such as “Vaastav” and “Shootout at Lokhandwala” to comedy roles in “Munnabhai M.B.B.S.” and “Lage Raho Munnabhai”, Sanjay has practically done it all. The actor has also indulged in playback singing in movies like “Kaante”. His pals and his co stars look up to him as an icon and has huge fan followings across the globe. With a towering 6 foot 2 inch frame, he has always been projected as the macho man and the bad boy of Bollywood.

“Khalnayak” was released, he was arrested by the police in connection with the 1993 Mumbai bombings. Coincidentally, the actor portrayed a villainous role in the movie. The film went on becoming a big hit and was the big breakthrough in Sanjay’s career. He spent 18 months in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail following his arrest but received plenty of support from his fans and the film industry. Upon Sanjay’s release from prison in 1995, the actor married model Rhea Pillai. He developed a “macho man” image and built a fan following with excellent acting in movies such as “Vaastav”.

It all started when Sanjay Dutt was born on July 29, 1959 to Bollywood’s power couple Sunil and Nargis Dutt. Sanjay had his first brush with acting when he as a child artist played a role in his father’s 1971 movie “Reshma Aur Shera”. He debuted as an actor in 1981 in the movie “Rocky” which was a big hit, however it did not give him star status. Trouble has always courted Sanjay Dutt and it seemed to follow him throughout his career .

His portrayal of a gangster in “Vastaav” earned him tons of awards. Tragedy struck again when he separated from his wife Rhea Pillai and in the same year his father Sunil Dutt passed away. Still, after going through so many shocks during the course of his career, he maintained his quality acting skills and continued to impress with movies like “Munnabhai M.B.B.S.”., after which fans lovingly began to call him Munna Bhai. The actor also ventured into the line of production and formed a production company called “White Feather Films”.

Sanjay developed an addiction towards drugs during his years at Lawrence School in Sanawar and when his mother passed away right before the release of “Rocky”, the actor went into a drugged world. Sanjay was sent to Texas, United States for a rehabilitation program to battle his drug addiction. A sober Sanjay Dutt started to pave his path in the film industry after returning to India. In 1987, he married a small time actress Richa Sharma but the couple separated after the birth of his daughter Trishala. To make matters worse, after Richa expired due to brain tumour, he lost the custody of his daughter to his in-laws. As he steadily built his career with hits such as “Sadak”, he received his first Filmfare nomination for his role in the movie “Saajan” in 1991. Throughout his career Sanjay has had trysts with law, with him being on the wrong side more often than not. When one of his movies

Sanjay continued to prove his versatility with the super hit comic “Lage Raho Munnabhai” and the action movie “Shootout at Lokhandwala”, another feather in the cap of his production company. In November 2006, the actor was yet again arrested for possession of illegal arms and in the epic trial that followed, his bail was extended many times. Despite all his legal troubles, the fans and film industry have continued to support him, perhaps because every time he faces a setback, he claws back and manages to rebuild his career. The list of awards this revelled actor has received is long. He received the IIFA Award for Artistic Excellence and the Filmfare Best Actor award for his role in Vaastav. For Munnabhai MBBS, he won the Filmfare Best Actor in a Comic Role Award. He also had various nominations for Lage Raho Munnabhai, Kante, Mission Kashmir and Parineeta.

Omar Sharif was born Michael Shalhoub in Alexandria into a wealthy Egyptian Catholic family. Sharif’s family has widely been reported to be Egyptian-Lebanese, though Sharif has said that he is Egyptian origin . Sharif graduated from Alexandria’s Victoria College, then from Cairo University with degrees in both mathematics and physics. In 1955, Omar ElSharif converted to Islam and then married Egyptian actress Faten Hamama. The couple had one son, Tarek El-Sharif, who appeared in Doctor Zhivago as Yuri at the age of eight. They separated in 1966 and the marriage ended in 1974. Sharif never remarried; he stated that since his divorce, he never fell in love with another woman, and that, although he lived abroad for years, it was not possible for him to fall in love with a woman who was not Egyptian. In a 2007 interview, Sharif denied rumors that he had become atheist. He’s remained a firm believer in God and Islam, and had performed a Umrah (pilgrimage to Mecca) three or four years earlier. Sharif lived in his native Egypt from birth in 1932 until he moved to Europe in 1965. He recounts that, in 1932, his father “wasn’t a wealthy man”, but “earned quite a bit of money”. Before the Egyptian Revolution of 1952, King Farouk frequented Sharif’s family’s house, and became a friend and card game partner of Sharif’s mother. His mother was an elegant and charming host who was all too delighted with the association because it gave her the privilege of “consorting only with the elite” of Egyptian society. Sharif also recounts that his father’s timber business was very successful during that time, in ways that Sharif himself describes as dishonest or immoral.

By contrast, after 1952, Sharif states that wealth changed hands (or names) in Egypt, under Nasser’s nationalization policies. His father’s business “took a beating”. Travel restrictions in the form of “exit visas” were required of Egyptians, and his own travel to take part in international films was sometimes impeded, which he could not tolerate. The Nasser government’s travel restrictionsinfluenced Omar’s decision to remain in Europe between his film shoots, a decision that cost him his marriage to Egyptian film legend Faten Hamama, though they remained friends. It was a major cross-roads in Omar’s life and changed him from an established family man to a life-long bachelor living in European hotels. When commenting about his fame and life in Hollywood, Sharif said, “It gave me glory, but it gave me loneliness also. And a lot of missing my own land, my own people and my own country.” Due to the state of war between Egypt and Israel, Sharif’s Egyptian citizenship was almost withdrawn by the Egyptian Government when his affair with Barbra Streisand was made public in the Egyptian press due to Streisand’s vocal support of Israel.

Sharif became friends with Peter O’Toole during the making of Lawrence of Arabia. They have appeared in several other films together and remain close friends. He is also good friends with Egyptologist Zahi Hawass. Sharif underwent a triple bypass surgery in 1992, and suffered a mild heart attack in 1994. Sharif had smoked 50

cigarettes a day; after the surgery, he quit easily Sharif then met his now close friend and lawyer Nabil Mounier Habib. When Sharif visits Egypt he stays in Habib’s residence in Cairo, Egypt. Sharif met Habib at the same hospital where he had his surgery; Habib was there because his wife was in labor. They met through a mutual friend, Naguib Mahfouz, who would divide his time between both men’s hospital rooms. From that day on, Sharif and Habib became very close friends. They both attended their mutual friend’s funeral in 2006 at the El-Rashdan Mosque in Nasr City. He also speaks some Italian, Spanish and Turkish.[15] On August 5, 2003, he received a one-month suspended prison sentence for striking a police officer in a suburban Parisian casino in July. He was fined the equivalent of $US1700 and ordered to pay the officer the equivalent of $US340 in damages. (He had insulted and then headbutted the Pontoise policeman, who tried to intervene in an argument between the actor and a roulette croupier.) On February 13, 2007 Sharif was “found guilty of assaulting a Beverly Hills parking lot attendant and breaking his nose”. Omar Sharif said the “East” will never have a democracy because people like him “prefer to go to the neighborhood chief”. In the interview, Sharif reportedly blasted U.S. policy in Iraq and said Americans are ignorant. Sharif also claimed to have spoken with U.S President George W. Bush before the beginning of the Iraq War, telling him that Arabs were not like westerners and that Arab states were made up of sects resistant to becoming democratized. Actor and friend Tom Courtenay revealed in an interview for the July 19, 2008, edition of BBC Radio’s Test Match Special that Sharif supported Hull City Association Football Club and in the 1970s would telephone their automated scoreline from his home in Paris for score updates. Sharif was given an honorary degree by the University Of Hull in 2010 and used the occasion to meet up with Hull City football legend Ken Wagstaff.

His decision to star in William Wyler’s Funny Girl with Barbra Streisand reportedly angered Egypt’s government due to Streisand’s support for the state of Israel. After a decade with infrequent screen work, in 2003 he received acclaim for his role in the French-language film adaptation of the novel Monsieur Ibrahim et les fleurs du Coran as a Muslim Turkish merchant who becomes a father figure for a Jewish boy. In November 2005, he was given a medal by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in recognition of his significant contributions to world film and cultural diversity. The medal—which is handed out very infrequently—is named after Russian director Sergei Eisenstein and can only be given out a total of 25 times by Russia’s Mosfilm.

At present, Sharif resides mostly in Cairo with his family. In addition to his son, he has two grandsons, Omar and Karim.

Sharif’s first English language film was Lawrence of Arabia in 1962, in which he played the role of Sherif Ali. This performance earned him a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination, a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor - Motion Picture, a Most Promising Newcomer award and worldwide fame as the world’s leading Arabic actor. Sharif played the title role in the 1965 film Doctor Zhivago by David Lean.

In 1953, Sharif began his acting career with a role in the Egyptian film, Sira`a Fi al-Wadi, (English, The Blazing Sun or Struggle in the Valley or Fight in the Valley). Numerous Egyptian productions followed. He starred with his wife, Egyptian actress Faten Hamama, in several movies as romantic leads. Others include Ayyamna el helwa (Our Best Days, 1955), La anam (I Don’t Sleep, 1958), Sayedat el kasr (Lady of the Castle, 1959) and the Anna Karenina adaptation Nahr el hub (The River of Love, 1961).

ary Christine Brockert (March 5, 1956 – December 26, 2010), better known by her stage name Teena Marie, was an American singer, songwriter and producer. Marie, nicknamed Lady Tee, (sometimes spelled Lady T), was a protégée of funk legend Rick James. She played rhythm guitar, keyboards and congas. She also wrote, produced, sang and arranged virtually all of her songs since her 1980 release, Irons in the Fire, which she said was her favorite album. She had a daughter, Alia Rose, who, as of 2009, sang under the name Rose LeBeau.

Mary Christine Brockert had a strong African-American influence from her godmother. Blessed with the gift of music at a young age, the Santa Monica, California native grew up in the historically African-American enclave of Oakwood, a neighborhood of Venice in westside Los Angeles. Raised on Motown music, and singing Harry Belafonte’s songs by age 2, Marie’s self-professed “Gift from God” would become fine-tuned as the years progressed. Teena Marie described her ethnic heritage as Portuguese, Italian, Irish and American Indian. Marie’s second album, Lady T, is noted for having production from Richard Rudolph (husband of R&B singer Minnie Riperton, who died a year earlier). Marie had asked Berry Gordy to contact Rudolph and secure his input as Rick James was unavailable and she felt unprepared to be sole producer of her own material. Rudolph intended for the song he penned, “Now That I Have You”, to be sung by his wife, but it was later given to Marie. Rudolph also co-composed the single “Behind The Groove”, which reached number 21 on the black singles chart and reaching #6 on the U.K. singles chart in 1980. The song would also be included on the soundtrack of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on the Fever 105 soundtrack. Another notable track, “Too Many Colors,” featured Rudolph and Riperton’s then 7-year-old daughter, Maya Rudolph, who became Teena Marie’s god-daughter. Also in 1980, Marie released her third LP, Irons in The Fire, in which she handled all writing and production herself,. The single “I Need Your Lovin’” brought Marie her first top 40 hit. This single also peaked at #28 in the UK chart. That same year, Teena Marie appeared on James’ hugely successful album, Street Songs, with the duet “Fire and Desire”. The two would perform the single at the 2004 BET Awards, which would be their last TV appearance with one another as Rick James died later that year. In 1982, Marie got into a heated legal battle with Motown Records over her contract and disagreements about releasing her new material. During the 1990s, Marie’s classic R&B, soul, and funk records were either sampled by hip-hop artists or covered by R&B divas. Marie herself is regarded as something of a pioneer in helping to bring hip-hop to the mainstream by becoming one of the first artists of her time to rap one of her singles—the aforementioned “Square Biz”. In the hip-hop portion of that song, she mentions some of her inspirations: Sarah Vaughn, Johann Sebastian Bach, Shakespeare, Maya Angelou, and Nikki Giovanni, “just to name a few”. In 1996, the Fugees paid tribute to her by interpolating the chorus of her 1988 hit, “Ooo, La, La, La”, into its own “Fu-Gee-La”, which was a huge hit. In the fall of 1994, Marie released Passion Play on her independent label, Sarai Records. Lacking the backing of a major label, this album sold less well than her earlier work, but was well received by fans Subsequently, Marie devoted most of her time to raising her daughter Alia Rose (who has since adopted the stage name “Rose Le Beau” and is pursuing her own singing career). During the late 1990s, Marie made appearances (as herself) on the TV sitcoms, The Steve Harvey Show and The Parkers. She also began work on a new album, titled Black Rain. She was unable to secure a major label deal for this, and did not want to put it out on her own Sarai label in light of the modest sales of Passion Play. However, a version pressed for promotional purposes was widely bootlegged among fans. This contained the tracks, “The Mackin’ Game”, “I’ll Take the Pressure”, “Baby, I’m Your Fiend”, “My Body’s Hungry”, “Ecstasy”, “I’m on Fire”, “Watcha Got 4 Me”, “Black Rain”, “1999”, “Butterflies”, “Spanish Harlem”, “Blackberry Playa”, “The Perfect

Feeling”, and “Rainbow Outro”. Some of these tracks resurfaced on the later albums: La Doña, Sapphire, and Congo Square; in some cases (e.g. “The Mackin Game”) in significantly reworked versions. On September 19, 2008, Marie performed in concert at B.B. King’s Blues Club in New York City. Marie took this time to play a couple of finished tracks from her upcoming album, Congo Square, and she received a positive response from the crowd. Congo Square was released on June 9, 2009 on Stax/Concord Records. She has described the album as “personal and spiritual” and indicated that it was more jazz-influenced than most of her previous work. “Can’t Last a Day”, a duet with Faith Evans, leaked to the Internet in March 2009. Teena Marie says of Evans, “It was after I had recorded the song (“Can’t Last a Day”) I got the idea to put Faith on it. I’ve always loved Faith and her vocal style. She reminds me of me. Her correlation with Biggie — having a career with him and without him — reminds me of me and Rick. I feel like she’s a younger me. Of the younger ladies, she’s the one I love most.” Meanwhile, with regard to her early-life inspirations for Congo Square, in January 2010 Marie told Lee Tyler, editor of the award-winning Blues & Soul magazine: “I wanted to do songs that reflected the things that I loved when I was growing up. Every single song on the record is dedicated to someone, or some musical giant that I loved. ‘The Pressure’ is dedicated to Rick James; ‘Can’t Last a Day’ is dedicated to the Gamble & Huff sound - the Philly International sound’. Then ‘Baby I Love You’ and ‘Ear Candy’ are dedicated to Marvin Gaye and Curtis Mayfield - with memories of riding down Crenshaw in LA in jeeps and bumping to music on the 808. While ‘Miss Coretta’ is, of course, dedicated to Mrs. Coretta Scott King, the late wife of Dr. Martin Luther King.” Sales-wise, the album proved another success, reaching the Top 20 on Billboard’s Top 200, and giving Teena Marie yet another Top 10 R&B chart entry. In 2010, Marie continued to be a headliner on the Las Vegas Strip, appearing regularly at the Las Vegas Hilton and other venues until just before her death.

teve Perry (born Stephen Ray Perry; January 22, 1949) is an American singer and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist of the band Journey from 1977–1987 and 1995–1998. Perry had a successful solo career throughout the late eighties and early nineties.

Perry was named the 76th greatest singer of all-time by Rolling Stone on its list of “The 100 Greatest Singers of All-Time” and All music said of Perry: “If only one singer could be selected as the most identifiable with ‘80s arena rock, it would have to be Journey’s Steve Perry.” Born in Hanford, California, Perry is of Portuguese heritage (his parents are from the Azores (ah-sor-es) islands of Portugal). Perry grew up interested in music, as his father, Ray Pereira (who later changed his last name to Perry), was a vocalist. On his twelfth birthday (January 22, 1961), Mary presented her son with a gold eighth note necklace, which he still wears for good luck. When Steve was ten years old, he heard Sam Cooke’s song “Cupid” on his mother’s car radio. This inspired Perry to become a singer. The family moved to Lemoore, California during his teen years. He attended high school there, drumming in the marching band as well as in extracurricular bands. He attended College of the Sequoias, in Visalia, California for a short time after graduation, where he took first tenor in the choir there. Perry’s mother encouraged his musical growth during this time. Steve moved to Banta, California outside of Tracy, California, where he fronted the band Alien Project in his mid-twenties. He nearly gave up music when the bassist of that band, Richard Michaels, was killed in a tragic automobile accident. Perry returned to Lemoore and decided not to continue his singing career, but at the urging of his mother, Perry answered a call from Walter “Herbie” Herbert, manager of the struggling San Francisco-based band, Journey.

‫الغثيان والقيء‬ ‫تعريف وأسباب ‪:‬‬

‫مرض السكري ‪ :Diabetes‬نتيجة ارتفاع أو انخفاض مستوى اجللوكوز بالدم‪.‬‬

‫الغثي� � ��ان والقيء ال يعتبران مرض بحد ذاته لكنهما أعراض تش� � ��ير لوجود مرض ما‬ ‫وليس مرض محدد‪ .‬ويعرف الغثيان بأنه هو اإلحساس بالرغبة في إفراغ املعدة‪ .‬أما‬ ‫القيء فهو إفراغ املعدة الفعلي مبا حتتويه من طعام وسوائل‪.‬‬

‫االلتهاب الكبدي ‪.hepatitis‬‬

‫وهناك عدة أسباب تؤدي إلى الغثيان والقيء تتلخص في اآلتي‪:‬‬ ‫التهاب املعدة احلاد ‪ Acute gastritis‬لتهاب املعدة احلاد يحدث نتيجة تهيج بطانة‬ ‫املعدة بسبب‪:‬‬ ‫عدوى ‪ :Infection‬س� � ��واء فيروس� � ��ية أو بكتيرية أو طفيلية‪ .‬وع� � ��دة يكون مصاحبا‬ ‫للغثيان والقيء ألم و مغص باملعدة‪ ،‬وارتفاع في درجة احلرارة‪.‬‬ ‫التس� � ��مم الغذائي ‪ :Food poisoning‬ويحدث عادة القيء بعد ساعتان من تناول‬ ‫طعام ملوث أو غير مطهي جيدا‪ .‬وقد يستمر القيء ملدة يوم أو اثنان‪.‬‬ ‫التدخني‪ ،‬الكحوليات‪ ،‬و أدوية مضادات االلتهابات الغير س� � ��تيرويدية (مثل األسبرين‬ ‫والبروفني) ‪ :‬حيث تتسبب جميعها في تهيج املعدة‪.‬‬ ‫قرحة املعدة ‪.Peptic ulcer‬‬ ‫استرجاع العصارة الهضمية من املعدة إلى املرئ ‪.Gastroesophageal reflux‬‬ ‫أسباب مركزية ‪Central causes‬‬ ‫حيث يحدث القيء نتيجة إشارات من املخ‪ .‬ويحدث ذلك في احلاالت اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫الصداع ‪ :Headache‬خاصة الصداع النصفي يكون عادة مصاحبا له غثيان وقئ‪.‬‬ ‫بعض أمراض األُذن الداخلية ‪ : Inner ear diseases‬مثل غثيان احلركة ‪Motion‬‬ ‫‪ ،sickness‬التهاب دهليز األُذن الداخلية ‪ ،labyrinthitis‬الدوار ‪ ،vertigo‬مرض‬ ‫منيير ‪.Meniere’s disease‬‬ ‫‪www.uniQue.com.kw 101‬‬

‫إصاب� � ��ات ال� � ��رأس ‪ :Head injury‬أي م� � ��رض أو إصابة بالرأس ي� � ��ؤدي إلى زيادة‬ ‫الضغ� � ��ط داخل املخ ‪ intracranial pressure‬ميكن أن يتس� � ��بب في القيء‪ .‬مثال‬ ‫ذل� � ��ك صدمات الرأس‪ ،‬عدوى بامل� � ��خ مثل االلتهاب الس� � ��حائي ‪ ،meningitis‬أورام‬ ‫املخ‪.‬‬ ‫حروق الشمس الشديدة ‪ ،extreme sunburn‬اجلفاف‪.‬‬ ‫بعض األمراض‪:‬‬

‫أمراض املرارة ‪.gallbladder disease‬‬ ‫التهاب البنكرياس ‪.pancreatitis‬‬ ‫أمراض الكلى ‪ :kidney diseases‬مثل حصوات الكلى‪ ،‬والفشل الكلوي‪.‬‬ ‫عدوى الرئة ‪ :Lung infections‬مثل التهاب الشعب الهوائية وااللتهاب الرئوي‪.‬‬ ‫اضطرابات األكل ‪.Eating disorders‬‬ ‫بعض األدوية ‪:Medications‬‬ ‫بعض األدوية تسبب تهيج املعدة فتكون من األعراض اجلانبية لها الغثيان والقيء‪.‬‬ ‫مثال تل� � ��ك األدوية‪ :‬مضادات االلتهابات ‪،anti-inflammatory medications‬‬ ‫املضادات احليوية ‪ ،antibiotics‬أدوية عالج السرطان ‪.Anti-cancer dugs‬‬ ‫التع� � ��رض للع� �ل��اج اإلش� � ��عاعي ‪ Radiotherapy‬أو الع� �ل��اج الكيميائ� � ��ي‬ ‫‪.Chemotherapy‬‬ ‫انسداد األمعاء ‪.Bowel obstruction‬‬ ‫احلمل ‪:Pregnancy‬‬ ‫الغثيان والقيء من األعراض الشهيرة أثناء احلمل خاصة خالل الثالثة أشهر األولى‬ ‫من احلمل‪ .‬ويكون ذلك نتيجة تغير مستوى الهرمونات بالدم‪.‬‬ ‫العالج ‪:‬‬ ‫العالج املنزلي ‪ Home Treatment‬عند اإلصابة بالغثيان أو القيء فمن الضروري‬ ‫االهتمام بعدم إرهاق املعدة‪ ،‬وجتنب اجلفاف‪ .‬وهناك بعض اإلرش� � ��ادات الهامة التي‬ ‫يجب إتباعها‪:‬‬ ‫احلرص على اإلكثار من الس� � ��وائل مثل املاء‪ ،‬العصائ� � ��ر‪ .‬فيتم كل ‪ 10‬إلى ‪ 15‬دقيقة‬ ‫شرب مقدار قليل من السوائل‪.‬‬ ‫جتنب منتجات األلبان خالل ‪ 48-24‬ساعة من بداية القيء‪.‬‬ ‫تناول األطعمة واملش� � ��روبات س� � ��هلة الهضم مثل اخلبز احملمص‪ ،‬التوس� � ��ت‪ ،‬الدجاج‬ ‫املسلوق و املشوي‪ ،‬اللحم البقري املسلوق‪ ،‬األرز األبيض‪ ،‬شوربة اخلضار‪.‬‬

ven the most chaotic things in this world happens in order. isn’t it weird when someone calls something a chaos, especially if it happens in a specific order and precise timing. Generally speaking, people tend to call random events a Chaos. As a matter of fact, i tend to see Chaos as Order pretending to be spontaneous ! chaos theory speaks about irrationality and Randomness emerged together to form a masterpiece of a strong chaotic events that makes Perfect sense.

if i told anyone who is unfamiliar with this theory, that when a butterfly flips her tinny little wings in part of the world, these flipped little wings can cause a tornado in California instead of in Florida. Meaning, that a butterfly cannot cause the tornado but rather change its direction because of the effect she left in the atmosphere. i am sure that the reaction i will get from them is “Gamai Zeen” or in other words “Get the hell out of my face”. Chaos has an essence in it that makes it really

special theory. when one decides to study chaos theory, one should study physics, economics, biology and philosophy. in other words, turn your brain into a Chaotic storage of information about science and philosophy linking them together to make sense. the most popular chaos is the Butterfly effect. it has been used predictions, metaphors, computer science, politics and philosophy. it has been called “Butterfly” because one small effect can make huge contributions and changes on the long or the short term causing a major effect. the theory is right here ….. once upon a time in little farms village lived a small tinny Squirrel. one day, the squirrel crossed the river and went to the woods. in the woods, he found a bear and when the bear chased him he jumped up to a giant Tree. the bear started to Shake the tree, hoping that the squirrel will fall down. Unfortunately, the whole tree Fill down into the river making a huge natural bridge to the other bank. the bear could not resist not crossing the river using the Tree-bridge. Running, the bear crossed the bridge and crashed into one of the farmers farms running over the Crops and it down. the bear ruined the farmers crops and ran away when her heard the farmers shoots. walking through the dead crops, the farmer told his wife “we cannot pay some of the workers this year, we have no money”. the farmer took a hard decision and fired three of the workers one of them was married. the married one, had plenty of financial and social problems after he got fired and as a result of the constant struggle he got divorced. The Squirrel …. Caused the Divorce. Chaotic YES ! ……. Spontaneous NO !
