Course description
Meg in an HCPC registered Music Therapist, specialising in supporting people with additional needs. She is also an experienced Teacher of Music, Drama and Performing Arts having worked in mainstream, special and international schools.
This course will involve active music-making, exploring a wide variety of music that has links to the Seasons.We will be playing new instruments, singing, moving, creating, laughing and learning!

Within this course, we will explore the core elements of music through experiential learning, creative composition activities, fun-focussed performances and mindful listening experiences, all whilst discovering new music along the way.
• If you play an instrument yourself, you are very welcome to bring it with you to use on the day. If you choose to do this, please make sure it has your name on it and you look after it!
Music is an integral part of our lives, offering us accessible ways of expressing ourselves, supporting our health and wellbeing, bringing people together and providing lots of playful, creative learning opportunities for all.
So, bring your enthusiasm, curiosity and playfulness and let’s explore the songs, sounds and rhythms of a year through music!
Who is this course suitable for?
This course is truly inclusive – no prior musical experience is required but all levels of skill are very welcome to join me for this fun day of creating, performing and exploring music.
