FALL RALLY Every year the Southwest District puts on an event called Fall Rally. This year's Fall Rally theme was based on Harry Potter and was called "Service is Magical." Members of our club drove to Kamp Kiwanis for the weekend where they were able to meet other members of our sister clubs, get closer to the members within our own club, do some service, and have an overall magical time. Some of the highlights of Fall Rally were: - A Harry Potter themed scavenger hunt. - House banner and mascot decorating. - Playing Quittich (our very own district treasurer Vincent Huber was the snitch for every single game - needless to say, he was tired that day). - Hitting Harry Potter themed pinatas. - Our governor (Steph Floe) wearing the pinata of our district mascot as a hat.

UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES UNM CKI has a few positions waiting for dedicated, talented members to fill them!! If you are interested in getting more involved with UNM CKI consider these leadership positions we have open: SOCIALS CHAIR If you are a social butterfly who loves spending time with friends and going out, then this position is perfect for you. The socials chair coordinates the fellowship aspect of our club by planning events and get-togethers for members. Some examples of past socials we've had are: ice skating, hockey games, getting ice cream, and even just spending time together watching movies or doing homework. OREO The OREO is the CKI Officer of Recruitment and Retention. There are two basic jobs the OREO focuses on. The first is to promote the club to other students on UNM through word of mouth, flyers, etc.The second job is to try to encourage people to stay involved in club meetings and service projects when they join the club. SCRAPBOOK COMMITTEE The UNM CKI bulletin editor will be studying abroad during the spring semester and will need help putting together the club scrapbook for DCON. This is a super simple job that will help get you involved in the club while having fun and without having to put in much time. Check the weekly email or email kjmasten@unm.edu to apply!
