CKIx: CKI's International Convention WHAT IS CKIX? CKIx is Circle K International's annual international convention. It is where we fellowship with CKI members from all over the world. go out and serve the community, elect a new international board, and have an unforgettable time.

THIS YEAR'S CKIX This year, CKIx was located in beautiful Orlando, Florida.

Members of our club flew down to Orlando for the conference at the end of July. They stayed at Disney's Contemporary Resort where the convention was being held and then traveled to Disney to spend time with other members from our district after a long week of elections, workshops, and service.

CKIX: CONTINUED ELECTIONS At CKIx, representatives from clubs all over the nation elected our new 2019-2020 International Board: President: Billy Hacket Vice President: Sara Midany International Trustees: Tana Early, Chelsie Higdon, Maria Landron, Jose Leoncio, Hannah Negray, Don Nguyen, and Steven Shaw.

OUR VERY OWN INTERNATIONAL VP At CKIx this year, UNM CKI's very own Sara Midany was elected to be our new 2019-2020 International Vice President! We are so proud of her dedication and accomplishments. We know she will make UNM CKI proud.

Congratulations Sara!

THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR MEETINGS UNM CKI had our first meeting of the semester on August 20, 2019. We got to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and get excited about the upcoming year. If you missed it, don't worry! We're going to be meeting every Tuesday at 7:30 pm in Acoma A/B of the SUB! So mark your calenders!

PROJECTS For some of our first projects of the year, our members volunteered at The Bosque Chile Festival, The Ronald Mcdonald House, Hopeworks, and Zozobra!

Fun Fact: He's kind of a Dungeons and Dragons master. :) Chosen Because: Trill has been a huge help with tabling at NSO all summer long. He also always has a stellar attitude and is always ready to serve!
