In the beginning ÈČIOP ÈČIOP work was mainly concentrated on culinary courses and private alternative entertainment, in particular preparing meals together with professional chefs. The studio started its work in industrial loft and this year it has moved to the very centre of Vilnius. Also ÈČIOP ÈČIOP has its branches in Kaunas and Klaipëėda. At the moment ÈČIOP ÈČIOP brand is one of the fastest growing culinary brands which stands for the trendiest places and high quality culinary entertainment activities in Lithuania. Our services: cooking courses, organize of extraordinary culinary events, catering, advertising projects, consultations for restaurant's management and menu development, summer camps for children and culinary trips around the world. The company can now be proud of our young, enthusiastic and creative staff, which considers itself to be as the "Dream Team". From the modest studio in the very beginning it has now become the the fashionable oasis for the fine food and wine lovers. It can now offer not only a professional food place and service, but also since 2014 it has its own exclusive winery. Also ÈČIOP ÈČIOP studio turns to the exclusive restaurant every wednesday evening. Each week the restaurant presents the new menu which stands for various cuisines of the world.
ÈČIOP ÈČIOP CHEFS The company works with the different chefs from different countries and is always seeking for the new professionals with their new ideas. Our chefs a very talented and high class. Some of them work experience is more than 15 years, some of them a very 'fresh, young and trendy'. Chefs where working in the London's top restaurants such as Bellamy's, 2 AA, Arbutus, Blueprint cafe, with Jamie Oliver, 2* Michelin stars Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, one of the best in Lithuania IDW Esperanza, 'Druskos Namai' and other. They prepared lunches and dinners for the likes Madonna, Guy Ritchie, well-known business people as well as her Mahesty the Queen of England herself, atache from foreign countries, Lithuanian pop and business stars, government. ÈČIOP ÈČIOP team also orginised event for VIP Russian persons, guests from different countries, such as Japan, New Zealand, USA, Norwegian, Italy, France and other.
