CLUBS & SOCIETIES HOW TO JOIN A CLUB AND SOCIETY It’s easy! Simply visit ActivateUTS website at activateuts.com.au, create a user account, or login if you already have an account. Hover over “Social” then click on the “ActivateClubs” tab. Select the clubs you wish to join and click “Add to cart”. Click “My Cart” to finalise your club membership payment. You will then receive an email confirming your order and welcoming you to the club. Alternatively, you can contact the club directly to arrange becoming a member.
HOW TO START A CLUB OR SOCIETY If you haven’t found a club or society that suits your needs and want to enhance your overall uni experience, why not start your own! Most affliliated clubs are fully-fledged clubs; they charge membership fees, operate a bank account, have annual general meetings, a formally elected executive committee, and a constitution and are therefore eligible for ActivateUTS grants. Next club affiliation date 15th January 2017. Email clubs@activateuts.com.au for more details.
