MESSAGE FROM BSOC Welcome to the first ever mental wellbeing guide from the UTS Business Society. Created by our Social Justice team, the guide aims to enable students of UTS to be in control of their mental wellbeing and know how to reach out for help when they need it. The guide has been formed from a variety of amazing resources from organisations across Australia which aim to improve mental health for Australian youth. In sharing these resources we hope that it will open up conversations around mental health at University and help reduce stigma. We hope you do enjoy this guide, and feel empowered when it comes to your mental health and well-being. If you do feel like you need to find support, we have included resources which are able to help you however you may need, including on-campus and off-campus support.
