Plans not confirmed for October yet, so when something is worked out I'll be in touch, so if you haven't heard from me before Wednesday 20th October give me a call.

The Branch Fire Engine

Work has been proceeding well. Mark Drury reports that he and Roy Adams drove it around Cutler Park last weekend. Another step on the way.

Daffodil Rally – The Rally That Wasn’t

Our National body has offered an alternative date for this event of 31st October, however we (the branch committee) have elected not to try and run it again given that we have now had two fund-raising efforts including the alternative OCBC event in place of the Rally. Our Branch contribution has closed out at $1,644, made up of the money collected at OCBC ($778.00) with the rest being private donations through the VCC Daffodil Day appeal page.

Thank you every one who donated – it has made a difference!

The good news of course is that we have the plans and route instructions on file for the 2022 event, which I am sure will come around again quicker than expected.
