Other hinges need a special indentation at the plastic for the needed access with a screw driver for fixing the hinge. But the Eclipse is different! There is a special way, how to assemble the hinge and how to fix the temple with the front part of the frame! This hinge can be “inserted” into the temple, which results in a flat and symmetric look, just like a normal hinge but it is a spring hinge!

The shape of the Eclipse as well as the mentioned applications result in a new look of the entire frame. Alimentación del anillo mediante el orientador vibrante. Cada anillo se orienta de modo angular y se coloca en el muelle situado en el alojamiento, con control de la cota. 3. Un dispositivo coloca, de abajo hacia arriba, el perno que es alimentado por un orientador vibrante. Cuando todo ya está precargado, una prensa que tiene tenazas especiales ejecuta la acuñación del perno con una fuerza mínima de 200 Kg. 4. Un orientador vibrante alimenta la charnela macho, tras lo cual un brazo de agarre y colocación coge la charnela macho y la introduce en el perno, comprimiendo el muelle con una fuerza de 20 Kg e introduciendo dos distanciadores de 1 mm entre el anillo y la charnela macho. Ahora se prensa la charnela macho, fijándola en el perno. La máquina está predispuesta para alimentar dos tipos de charnelas. 5. Prensado de la charnela macho a 90º respecto de la primera. 6. Además, este software visualiza el intervalo productivo instantáneo (velocidad) de la máquina expresado en piezas/hora, el intervalo en aquel momento más lento de la estación expresado en segundos/pieza, la eficiencia como relación entre el intervalo de producción real desde el inicio del turno y el intervalo teórico. La misma aplicación guía al operador en la configuración de una serie de parámetros de funcionamiento de la máquina. El software COSBERG-CMD registra y visualiza los datos de producción acumulados, como las piezas producidas desde el inicio del lote, el tiempo acumulado de funcionamiento en modo automático desde el inicio del turno, los números de los descartes totales y distribuidos por causas de descarte, la frecuencia y duración de las partidas distribuidas por causas de parada de la máquina. A bordo máquina supervisa el cambio de producción automático y registra todos los parámetros de funcionamiento en los diferentes momentos de la jornada. El software COSBERG-CMD proporciona una ayuda también a los encargados del mantenimiento, permitiéndoles registrar, en “páginas” específicas debidamente estructuradas, todas las intervenciones de mantenimiento ejecutadas o a ejecutar en el futuro, permitiendo que dichas informaciones sean inmediatamente accesibles a quien deba intervenir en la máquina. Desde el punto de vista mecánico, son interesantes los resultados de las estaciones de control y prueba que tienen tolerancias bien definidas. Además, todos los vibro-alimentadores son piezoeléctricos y permiten orientar los elementos de dimensiones reducidas como lo son las pequeñas charnelas para gafas.
