Ora il transfer Mikron diventa più flessibile di un centro di lavoro dato che può ospitare fino a quattro diversi sistemi di fissaggio a bordo macchina che consente il cambio di lotto in tempo zero. Now the Mikron transfer becomes more flexible than a machining center since it can accommodate up to four different clamping systems on the machine which allows batch changes in zero time.

MultiX box In a single transfer-machine, it is now possible to machine completely different pieces and switch at will between turning, 3-axis milling, 5-axis milling, … just by changing the CNC program. The table automatically orients itself to present the appropriate clamping system for the piece, each workstation has an automatic tool changer up to 24 positions and the robot changes the jaws automatically.

If the 4 different workpiece fixtures were not enough, the workpiece holder for 5-axis machining has a standardized mechanical interface to be able to infinitely change the jaws, whether they are specific, with 3 concentric jaws, collet, ... etc.

Mikron’s high productivity is guaranteed by highperformance spindles, tool holders up to HSK-63 and by the simultaneous machining of three machining units per station, which leads to a total of up to 17 machining units simultaneously in action.

In un’unica macchina, ora si possono lavorare pezzi completamente diversi e cambiare a piacimento fra tornitura, fresatura 3, fresatura 5 assi, … solamente cambiando programma CNC. Il tavolo si orienta automaticamente per presentare il sistema di fissaggio adeguato al pezzo, ogni stazione di lavoro dispone di cambio automatico d’utensile fino a 24 posizioni ed il robot cambia le griffe automaticamente.

Se i 4 diversi fissaggi-pezzo non bastassero, il porta pezzo per la lavorazione a 5 assi, dispone di interfaccia meccanica standardizzata per poter cambiare all’infinito le ganasce siano esse specifiche, a 3 ganasce concentriche, a pinza, … ecc.

L’alta produttività Mikron è garantita da mandrini performanti, porta utensili fino a HSK-63 e dalla lavorazione in simultanea di tre unità di lavoro per stazione, il che porta ad un totale di fino a 17 unità di lavoro simultaneamente in azione.
