The company has been developing numerous vacuum continuous casting solutions for precious metals used in fields such as jewellery, clothing, fashion accessories and other less common alloys used in fields such as industrial bronzes (containing among others Al, Ti and Ni), brazing metals, eutectic alloys etc.

The main advantage of Topcast TCC machines is that the melting is done in an oxygen-free atmosphere thanks to the rapid achievement of a high vacuum in the melting chamber (-900 mbar) followed by a washing with inert gas (Gas Wash Purge© procedure). Furthermore, the casting process is fully automatic, with digital control of all process parameters (temperatures, pulling speeds, cooling water flow around the die, even the initial position of the dummy bar, etc.) All TCC models meet Industry 4.0 requirements and are equipped with a Data Logger which allows the sampling of process variables both in numerical and graphic form, offering an off-line reporting program capable of carrying out specific analyzes for traceability and quality control.

Topcast riesce a fornire attrezzature stand-alone per le esigenze di produzione di base, nonché impianti chiavi in mano completamente automatici, dotati di numerose funzionalità come l’alimentazione automatica del crogiolo o l’unità di taglio in movimento. Il principale vantaggio delle macchine Topcast TCC è che la fusione avviene in atmosfera priva di ossigeno grazie al rapido raggiungimento di un alto vuoto nella camera di fusione (-900 mbar) seguito da un lavaggio con gas inerte (procedura Gas Wash Purge©). Inoltre, il processo di colata è completamente automatico, con controllo digitale di tutti i parametri di processo (temperature, velocità di traino, flusso dell’acqua di raffreddamento intorno alla filiera, finanche la posizione iniziale della barra fantasma ecc.) Tutti i modelli TCC soddisfano i requisiti Industria 4.0 e sono dotati di Data Logger che consente il campionamento delle variabili di processo sia in forma numerica che grafica, offrendo un programma di reportistica offline in grado di effettuare analisi specifiche ai fini della tracciabilità e del controllo qualità.
