Le nostre macchine sono infatti “Ready To Run”, ovvero pronte per essere facilmente trasportate e installate in qualsiasi parte del mondo e studiate per ridurre al minimo ogni tipo di fermo macchina. La delicata fase di installazione richiede mediamente solo due giorni e il ramp-up solamente 4 ore. Mentre durante l’intero ciclo produttivo, si può contare su cambi produzione immediati o della durata di pochi minuti e su interventi di manutenzione facilitati e quindi più rapidi. Infine, se l’esigenza produttiva cambia, gli impianti di montaggio Cosberg possono essere riconfigurati in tempi davvero contenuti.

The delicate installation phase takes on average only two days and the ramp-up only 4 hours. While during the entire production cycle, you can count on the speed of production changes that last no more than a few minutes, or in some cases that are instantaneous, with simpler and therefore faster maintenance interventions. Finally, if the production requirement changes, Cosberg assembly machines can be easily reconfigured in a very short time.
