Da sempre TVN fornisce soluzioni altamente tecnologiche ed efficienti per le imprese che vogliono investire nel settore del trattamento ceneri preziose. Con un catalogo che comprende la più vasta gamma di macchinari specializzati nel trattamento meccanico delle ceneri preziose presente nel mercato mondiale (come descritto in precedenza). Questo permette all’azienda di servire sia la piccola/ media impresa che la grande industria di riferimento. Il successo della proposta fornita da TVN non ha fermato il management dal continuare ad investire in ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, sino all’attuale proposta, in grado di fornire linee complete ed automatizzate di sistemi per il trattamento meccanico delle ceneri preziose. Partendo dal layout aziendale TVN costruisce insieme al cliente, su misura, il progetto della linea di recupero, calibrandolo sulla produttività e livello di automazione richiesto. L’ufficio IT dell’azienda ha inoltre sviluppato un sistema di comunicazione bidirezionale con la macchina, che permette di monitorare ed interagire attraverso un comodo pannello touch screen industriale da 16”, tramite cui è possibile: - Controllare tutte le fasi della lavorazione in tempo reale. - Verificare lo stato degli allarmi. - Regolare e controllare la velocità di lavorazione. - Verificare nel dettaglio lo stato di ogni “gruppo macchina” presenti sulla linea di lavorazione. - Creare ordini di lavorazione e monitorarne lo stato. • Soundproof booth made of galvanised sheet metal and double-layer soundproofing material in compliance with ISO 3746-1979; D. Since its beginning, TVN has been providing highly technological and efficient solutions for companies looking to invest in the precious ash processing business, with a catalogue that includes the world’s largest range of specialised machinery for mechanical treatment of precious ash - as described above. This allows TVN to serve both the small/medium enterprise and the large industry. The success of the proposal provided by TVN has not stopped the management from continuing to invest in research and development of new products, up to the current proposal, able to provide COMPLETE AND AUTOMATED LINES of systems for the mechanical treatment of precious ashes. Starting from the company layout, TVN builds, together with the customer, the tailor-made design of the recovery line, calibrating it to the required productivity and automation level. The company’s IT department has also developed a twoway communication system with the machine, which allows monitoring and interaction using a convenient 16” industrial touch screen panel, through which it is possible to - Control all processing phases in real time. - Check the status of alarms. - Adjust and control the processing speed. - Check in detail the status of each “machine group” on the processing line. - Create work orders and monitor their status.

In TVN TECH crediamo fortemente ad un rinnovamento aziendale orientato a introdurre nuove tecnologie e opportunità produttive. Stiamo rinnovando e ampliando il nostro parco macchine, con nuovi centri di lavoro, torni, rettifiche e sistemi 4.0 ready. Abbiamo inoltre acquisito un nuovo immobile adiacente alla nostra storica sede in Monte San Savino (AR) di circa 1.500 mq. Questo permette di elaborare una gamma di prodotti e tecnologie molto ampia, garantendo qualità e affidabilità nel tempo. Ancora, abbiamo la possibilità di produrre la componentistica dei nostri macchinari internamente, in modo da supportare il nostro ufficio tecnico nella ricerca continua di nuove soluzioni.

TVN TECH strongly believes in continuous company renewal, with the aim of introducing new technologies and production opportunities. In this development phase, we are renewing and expanding our manufacturing systems, with new machining centres, lathes, grinding machines and 4.0 ready systems. With this objective in mind, we have also acquired a new building of approximately 1,500 square metres, next to our historical headquarters in Monte San Savino (AR).

This allows us to develop a very wide range of products and technologies, guaranteeing quality and reliability over time. Furthermore, we have the potential to produce the components of our machines in-house, so that we can support our engineering department in the continuous search for new solutions.
