Nel 2020 i visitatori della fiera entreranno dall’ingresso nordovest e l’ingresso nord-est. L’ingresso nord sarà riservato esclusivamente agli espositori e ai servizi. opti avrà una nuova casa nel 2021 Nel 2021, 2023 e 2025 opti si terrà presso la Fiera di Stoccarda. In questi anni dispari, infatti, la fiera di Monaco può offrire agli espositori di Opti solo una finestra temporale ristretta per montare i loro stand a causa della BAU, la principale fiera mondiale per architettura, materiali e sistemi. La fiera di Stoccarda offre una struttura adatta e moderna. Le infrastrutture sono eccellenti e la fiera è perfettamente collegata ai sistemi di trasporto, sia che i visitatori arrivino in auto, treno, autobus o aereo. I visitatori possono anche raggiungere a piedi i padiglioni dall’aeroporto di Stoccarda perché la fiera si trova a soli 355 passi. Stoccarda si trova nel sud-ovest della Germania, a circa 200 chilometri da Monaco.

The next International Trade Show for Optics & Design will take place from 10th to 12th January 2020 at Fairground Munich, once again spanning six halls. In 2020 trade show visitors will enter the halls via the Entrance NorthWest and Entrance North-East. The north entrance will be reserved exclusively for use by exhibitors and service partners. opti to get a new home in 2021 In 2021, 2023 and 2025 opti will be held at the Messe Stuttgart. In these odd years, in fact, Fairground Munich is only able to give opti exhibitors a narrow window of time in which to construct their stands due to the BAU, the world’s leading trade fair for Architecture, Materials and Systems taking place beforehand. Messe Stuttgart offers the best premises for these purposes: the event grounds are extremely modern. The infrastructure is excellent, and the Messe is superbly connected to transport systems, whether visitors are arriving by car, train, bus or aeroplane. Visitors can even walk to the halls from Stuttgart Airport as the fairground is only 355 steps away. Stuttgart itself is in the southwest of Germany, about 200 kilometres from Munich.

La dinamicità della Puglia, che ospita diversi casi di eccellenza, innovazione e digitalizzazione, e l’interesse dei settori industriali locali ha stimolato la pianificazione di uno spin-off della manifestazione Mecspe a Bari, polo d’eccellenza distrettuale. Wagner Profile of the Zapp Precision Metals GmbH is split into two product areas, Profiles & Flat Wire and Components. The wires segment specializes in the manufacture of high-precision profiles with a cross-sectional area range of 0.02 - 18 mm². The second product area mainly produces parts for the spectacle industry and clips for high-quality writing utensils.

OBE - key supplier for the hinges & safety screws presents the latest innovation in spring hinge technology: the mini flex – powered by flexUno technology. OBE integrated in this spring hinge a new version of the well proven flexUno mechanism and wrapped it in a brand new housing. This case was diminished to a minimum length of only 7.7 mm which is 25% less compared to standard spring hinge cases. The shrinking of the case did not affect the performance of mini flexuno – on the contrary. This flex passed OBE’s major endurance tests having additionally the anti-rocking feature thanks to the double barrel construction of the mechanism. OBE selected for this product the durable material stainless steel – for all subcomponents like case, mechanism and spring and even all relevant front hinges. This makes the product unique as it can be declared as anallergic due to the zero nickel emission.

Tecnologicamente all’avanguardia grazie all’impiego di componentistica di primo livello e soluzioni progettuali innovative coperte da brevetto, i banchi trafila TRI sono interamente controllati da PLC sia per le fasi di lavoro che per la messa in sicurezza; il carrello porta pinze risulta essere perfettamente allineato con il foro di trafilatura così da eliminare la formazione di flessioni negative sulla struttura portante. La velocità di trazione è regolabile mentre l’utilizzo del banco è reso estremamente semplice grazie all’impiego di un Joystick presente sul pannello di controllo che consente di gestire tutte le fasi di lavorazione. La sostituzione delle ganasce di presa è immediata ed avviene attraverso un sistema di ancoraggio rapido. La serie TRI è caratterizzata, inoltre, da dimensioni d’ingombro decisamente contenute con una lunghezza totale di circa 1,5 metri oltre il tiro utile di lavoro; ciascun modello può essere dotato di contro banco per l’utilizzo di mandrini ancorati. Arricchisce la gamma dei prodotti una serie di apparecchiature accessorie come appuntatrici per tubo serie APT e per barre e fili serie AP, smandrinatori per tubi manuali ed automatici ed un Kit Idraulico di trafilatura KTF10 compatto per la produzione di semilavorati in tubo o barre pronti per la tornitura o la laminazione. VM/6P-10P-12P sono trafile a passaggi multipli a tiro rettilineo progettate per la lavorazione di fili ferrosi, nonferrosi e nobili. Il movimento è assicurato da un motore

Technologically advanced thanks to the use of prime selected components and innovative design solutions covered by patent, the TRI draw benches are fully PLC controlled for both working phases and safety protection; the truck carries pliers is perfectly aligned with the hole of the drawn in order to eliminate any formation of bending effects on the metal structure. The speed of the traction is adjustable, and the use of the bench is extremely simple by the use of a joystick placed on the control panel which allows the operator to manage all the steps of the process easily. The replacement of the jaws is very simple and is done through a system of fast anchorage. TRI have a very compact design with a total length of about 1.5/1,8 meters more than the useful working draft and may be equipped with an opposite bench for the use of anchored spindles. The range of products is completed by a number of subsidiary equipment such as tapering machines APT series for pipes and bars or AP series for wires, manual or automatic spindles unlocking systems and a compact kit for hydraulic drawing named KTF10, an extremely compact device for the production of half-processed pipes or rods ready to be finished. VM/6P-10P-12P are multi-pass drawing machines designed for processing ferrous, non-ferrous and noble wires. The movement is ensured by a three-phase alternating current motor with transmission by means of an oil bath gearbox capable of guaranteeing a drawing speed up to 110 m/min. Questa serie di trafile VIOLI è equipaggiabile di bobinatore elettronico opzionale e protezioni antinfortunistiche, conformemente alle normative di riferimento applicabili. VM/12PE è una trafila elettronica a 12 passaggi progettata per la lavorazione di fili con diametro compreso tra 2 e 0,07 mm ed è in grado di lavorare ad una velocità massima di 300 m/min.
