In contemporanea con VICENZAORO, da 18 al 23 Gennaio 2019 ritorna T.Gold, la mostra internazionale dedicata ai macchinari per l’oreficeria e alle tecnologie più innovative applicate all’oro e ai gioielli. La manifestazione, dedicata agli operatori del settore, sottolinea il legame indissolubile che lega l’abilità creativa alle tecnologie, le cui innovazioni ormai interessano a 360° il processo produttivo. T.Gold nei 6 giorni di manifestazione, con 161 espositori e 3.000 mq di esposizione, offre una panoramica completa, tra fiera, seminari e workshop, sulle nuove tecnologie che possono implementare qualitativamente la produzione dei gioielli per un mercato sempre più internazionale ed eterogeneo.
T.Gold, the international Show for machinery and the most innovative technologies applied to jewellery and precious metal processing will once again be staged at the same time as VICENZAORO January from 18th to 23rd of January 2019. The Show, specifically for sector operators, underlines the inseparable link that binds creative skills with technologies, whose innovations now involve every level of the manufacturing process. During the 6 days of the Show, T.Gold, with 161 exhibitors and 3,000 square meters of exhibition space, offers a complete overview of products as well as seminars and workshops on the new technologies that can qualitatively increase jewellery production for an ever more international and varied market.

Jewelry Technology Forum
Durante T.GOLD avrà luogo l’attesa 15a edizione del Jewelry Technology Forum. L’evento, unica conferenza internazionale in Europa dedicata alle nuove tecnologie e alle ultime tendenze nel settore della gioielleria, è organizzato da Italian Exhibition Group e Legor Group e si terrà il 20 gennaio al padiglione 7.1 - Sala Tiziano, in Fiera a Vicenza. In occasione dell’importante anniversario, il Forum avrà un nuovo formato speciale, diviso in tre sezioni: Learn, Foresee Ed Explore. Per la prima parte, Learn, sono in programma importanti lezioni con esperti del settore che ripercorreranno i concetti fondamentali del mondo della chimica e della metallurgia applicati alla produzione di gioielli. During T.GOLD the much-awaited 15th edition of the Jewellery Technology Forum will take place. The event, the only international conference dedicated to new technologies and the latest trends in the jewellery industry, is organized by Italian Exhibition Group and Legor Group and will be held on 20th January in Hall 7.1 – Tiziano Room, at Vicenza Expo Centre. To mark this important anniversary, the Forum will have a special new format divided into three sections: Learn, Foresee and Explore. Lastly, from 2 to 5 pm, several top companies and research institutes will be providing in-depth information on significant topics, like, for example, additive technologies, Palladium 950 Laws, SLM technology applied to platinum jewellery, artisan gold obtained from responsible sources in a journey through the Peruvian and Columbian mining communities and the general improvement in galvanic processing applied to gold and jewellery.

Dal 25 al 27 Gennaio opti debutterà alla Fiera di Monaco di Baviera in Germania con i due nuovi padiglioni C5 e C6, e quindi si svilupperà in totale su sei padiglioni (da C1 a C6) per la prima volta. Il nuovo Ingresso Nord-Est sarà aperto in aggiunta ai già noti ingressi Nord e Nord-Ovest. Da qui, i visitatori potranno accedere direttamente ai padiglioni C6 e C5, dove si trovano i settori tematici di lenti, lenti a contatto, diagnostica, refrazione, fornitori di materie prime, macchine, IT e i consorzi.

Ultimo ma non meno importante, i due affermati format YES! E !HOT si espandono e fondono per formare la nuova YES independent design area.

La manifestazione è stata anticipata e avrà luogo dal 6 al 9 aprile 2019 ad Arezzo Fiere e Congressi per meglio armonizzare il calendario delle fiere del settore orafo e per evitare la sovrapposizione con le festività religiose (la Pasqua, le festività ebraiche e il Ramadan). Sarà così agevolata la presenza di espositori e buyer provenienti da mercati target per il distretto orafo italiano.

Indicatori estremamente positivi, che hanno fatto della 31° edizione di IOFT (Tokyo, 22- 24 ottobre 2018) un successo che fa ben sperare per una prossima edizione dalle grandi aspettative. Dalla inaugurazione, con il tradizionale taglio del nastro alla presenza di 45 leader internazionali del settore ottico, al 22° Japan Eyewear Award 2019, forte del maggior numero di iscrizioni nella sua storia, passando per il 31° Japan Best Dressed Eyes Awards, IOFT 2018 ha saputo catalizzare l’interesse di consumatori e professionisti con una offerta di assoluto valore. PaintExpo 2020... A pochi mesi dalla fine della settima edizione della fiera internazionale per tecniche di verniciatura industriale, che ha registrato nuove cifre record per espositori e visitatori, 304 aziende di 19 paesi hanno già confermato la prenotazione per la PaintExpo 2020 dal 21 al 24 aprile 2020 a Karlsruhe. La superficie espositiva netta già occupata è pari a 11.536 metri quadri, il 74 percento dell’edizione precedente.
Just a few months after the seventh edition of the world’s leading trade fair for industrial coating technologies closed – which achieved new record-breaking numbers with regard to exhibitors and visitors– firm bookings for booth floor space at PaintExpo 2020 have already been submitted by 304 companies from 19 countries. At a current level of 124,000 square feet (11.536 square meters), net exhibition floor space already amounts to more than 74% of the level reached at the last event. The show will take place in Karlsruhe from the 21st through the 24th of April, 2020.

26th Hong Kong Optical Fair La 26a edizione dell’HKTDC Hong Kong Optical Fair si è svolta presso il Centro congressi ed esposizioni di Hong Kong dal 7 al 9 novembre e ha attirato più di 16.800 compratori provenienti da 111 paesi e regioni, con un aumento del 4% delle presenze rispetto all’anno precedente. Organizzata dall’Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) e co-organizzata dalla Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association, la fiera ha visto una crescita soddisfacente del numero di acquirenti dei mercati emergenti, tra cui la Cina continentale, la Malesia, le Filippine e Russia. C’è stato un notevole aumento del numero di acquirenti da mercati maturi come Francia, Germania, Giappone, Corea, Spagna, Regno Unito e Stati Uniti. L’evento di quest’anno ha visto un record di 810 espositori provenienti da 23 paesi e regioni. La prima edizione dell’area dedicata Soluzioni IT e accessori per negozi ha presentato le ultime innovazioni, incluse le tecnologie di stampa 3D degli occhiali.
The 26th edition of the HKTDC Hong Kong Optical Fair ran at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 7-9 Nov and attracted more than 16,800 buyers from 111 countries and regions, an increase of 4% in buyer attendance on the previous year. Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and co-organised by the Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association, the three-day fair saw satisfactory growth of the number of buyers from emerging markets, including the Chinese mainland, Malaysia, the Philippines and Russia. There was a sizeable uptick in the number of buyers from mature markets such as France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. This year’s event featured a record 810 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions presenting a wide range of eyewear products. The inaugural IT Solutions & Shop Fittings zone showcased the latest innovations, including 3D eyewear printing technologies.

Dubai Optical Show Vision-X 2018
Dubai Optical Show Vision-X 2018 si è svolto dal 13 al 15 novembre presso il DWTC, e gli organizzatori, DV Global Link, una joint venture tra il Dubai World Trade Center e l’Italian Exhibition Group, sono stati soddisfatti della risposta incoraggiante ottenuta dalla fiera quest’anno grazie al suo nuovo concept. La nuova formula di DOSV-X è stata progettata con il supporto del partner strategico ANFAO (Associazione italiana dei produttori di beni ottici). La prossima edizione di DOSV-X sarà dal 12 al 14 novembre 2019. Oltre ai singoli espositori, due padiglioni nazionali hanno partecipato a DOSV-X, con il Ministero federale tedesco dell’economia e dell’energia a sostegno della presenza di 11 espositori tedeschi e l’Agenzia italiana per il commercio (ITA) che ha gestito la presenza di 20 espositori italiani sotto la bandiera ‘Made in Italy’.
Dubai Optical Show Vision-X 2018 took place from November 13th to 15th at DWTC, and the organisers, DV Global Link, a joint venture between Dubai World Trade Centre and Italian Exhibition Group, have been satisfied with the encouraging response to this year’s show and its strengthened concept. DOSV-X’s new concept was designed with the support of strategic partner ANFAO (Italian Association of Optical Goods Manufacturers). Next year’s edition of DOSV-X will be from 12th to 14th November 2019. In addition to the individual exhibitors, two national pavilions attended DOSV-X, with the Germany’s Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs & Energy supporting the presence of 11 German exhibitors and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) managing the presence of 20 Italian exhibitors under the banner ‘Made in Italy’.

Gli iniettori MASTERINJECT MJ-01 e MI-03 sono migliorati anche nella funzionalità, si sono evoluti in MJ-01 SMART e MI-03 SMART. La nuova linea ha molti accorgimenti. Il nuovo software è semplice e chiaro, permette inoltre l’inserimento di illimitati programmi e delle foto dei modelli per una facile ricerca. Il Touch screen industriale è più grande, con uno schermo da 7” e il sistema di iniezione è stato perfezionato e progettato per i massimi risultati. Le iniezioni potranno raggiungere i 20 gr di cera. Indutherm Potenti strumenti per una produzione di colata a prova di futuro Powerful tools for a future-proof casting production Per molti produttori di gioielli e fonderie, le macchine per colata Indutherm VC 450 e VC 480 V sono tra i sistemi di colata più efficienti sul mercato. Pier Luigi Vacca, della PROFILE S.r.l.U., rappresentante Indutherm per l’Italia, ha confermato: “A parte le piccole macchine per colata da tavolo, questi due sistemi sono i nostri top runner assoluti. Classe invece di massa: i nostri clienti di solito non hanno bisogno della capacità produttiva dei modelli di punta ma attribuiscono importanza a una tecnologia innovativa e a prova di futuro, che garantisca la massima qualità e affidabilità del getto.” Nella linea di macchine VC, VC 450 e VC 480 V sono le meno costose tra le macchine per colata completamente automatiche. Sono dotate di un sistema di controllo del programma con display LCD che permette la lettura del testo completo. For many jewelry producers and foundries, the Indutherm VC 450 and VC 480 V casting machines are among the most efficient casting systems on the market. Pier Luigi Vacca, PROFILE S.r.l.U., Indutherm representative for Italy, confirmed: “Apart from the small table casting machines, these two systems are our absolute top runners. Class instead of mass: our customers usually do not need the production capacity of the top models but attach importance to innovative and future-proof technology, which ensures maximum casting quality and reliability. “ Within the VC machine line, the VC 450 and VC 480 V are the least expensive among the fully automatic casting machines. They are equipped with a program control system with full text read out LCD display. 20 (VC 450) resp. 100 (VC 480 V) different casting cycles may be stored for reproducible and consistent casting results. The software and interface management of the machines allows remote service and support and forms the base for future networking with other systems. The Indutherm vibration technology, well known for its exceptional form filling support, is optionally available for the 450 and standard for the 480 V. In addition, the VC 480 V comes with an 8 kW generator, automatic flask and chamber lift and variable vacuum in the flask chamber.

HSC migliora ancora di più il riempimento e la qualità della superficie dei motivi a filigrana o quelli con superfici ampie e piane. Con HSC è possibile colare pietre colorate trattate con temperatura bassa del cilindro.

Le macchine per colata continua sottovuoto TCC sono state progettate con le tecnologie più moderne per consentire ai clienti di ottenere il semilavorato desiderato, come fili, lastre o tubi. TCC Vacuum Continuous Casting machines have been designed with the most up-to-date technologies to let customers obtain the semi-finished product they desire, such as wires, sheets or tubes. Durante il trascinamento, la temperatura della filiera viene costantemente monitorata per ottenere sempre la migliore densità e qualità del semilavorato. Inoltre, è disponibile un controllo indipendente della temperatura per prevenire la fuoriuscita di metallo liquido, tramite l’utilizzo di un pirometro ottico che punta direttamente sulla barra che fuoriesce dalla filiera. La filiera può essere inoltre dotata di un secondo generatore ad induzione che permette la ripartenza del ciclo in caso di fermo impianto. Il gruppo di traino è dotato di dispositivi per il rilevamento automatico di fenomeni di slittamento tra il rullo e il prodotto semilavorato. Un altro dispositivo rileverà anche la fine del ciclo, quando la barra raggiunge la sua fine. Per ridurre il rischio di ossidazione durante la trafilatura, i prodotti semilavorati sono sottoposti ad un flusso di gas inerte costante mentre escono dallo stampo. Inoltre, quando è richiesto un raffreddamento più rapido, i prodotti semilavorati possono essere raffreddati mediante un getto di acqua direttamente sul profilo. Su richiesta è disponibile un meccanismo di taglio in corsa con cesoia idraulica, con misurazione automatica e programmabile della lunghezza del profilo.

As on option, it is possible to have an additional vacuum loading chamber, positioned on top of the cover with automatic crucible feeding mechanism, for continuous production. During drawing, the temperature of the die is constantly monitored to obtain always the best density and quality in the semi-finished products. In addition, there is an additional independent temperature control for preventing liquid metal leakage, using an optical pyrometer aiming directly on the bar coming out from the die. The drawing unit can also be equipped with an extra induction generator, which allows to restart the cycle after the production shutdown. Pulling unit is equipped with devices for automatic detection of slippage phenomena between the roller and the semi-finished product. Another specific device will also detect the end of the cycle, when the bar reaches its end. To reduce the risk of oxidation during drawing, the semi-finished products are under a constant inert gas flushing as they come out of the die. In addition, when a quicker cooling is required, semifinished products can be cooled down by a direct water sprinkle aiming on their profile. Hydraulic cutting on the run is available on request, with automatic and programmable measurement of the profile length.
