the Chamber and Board of Trustees Installation luncheon!

Welcome to the Vegas Chamber’s Annual State of the Chamber and Board of Trustees Installation luncheon! Thank you so much for being here today and for your support of the Vegas Chamber.

2022 was a year where our business community came back renewed and Battle Reborn. And there are many Vegas Chamber accomplishments worthy of celebration:

• We kicked off 2022 with Preview Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium, a world-class venue that symbolizes the boldness of our city and the opportunities for the future

• The Vegas Chamber, in partnership with LVGEA, led our largest-ever Washington, D.C. Fly-In with nearly 250 Nevada leaders meeting with decision-makers to discuss water issues, key infrastructure, and our workforce talent pipeline

• The Vegas Chamber played a major role in the 2022 elections. Our Government Affairs Committee interviewed more than 80 candidates and made endorsements in races from statehouse to Clark County School Board

• The Vegas Chamber convened community and business leaders through the Southern Nevada Forum to establish regional priorities in the upcoming Nevada Legislature

• Launched an additional feature to our current Association Health Plan to help small businesses with 2 to 50 employees provide health insurance

As we plan and look forward, there is true excitement and confidence about the future.

Our success comes from strong leadership guiding the Vegas Chamber. I want to thank Chairman Michael Feder and the members of the 2022 Board of Trustees for your support of the Chamber our members.

And we look forward to working with 2023 Chairman Paul Anderson and Trustees on initiatives to boost our economy, benefits to help our small businesses thrive, and priorities to cultivate prosperity. Optimism is in the air and Nevada businesses are recharged – IT’S GO TIME!
