Placing Orders: Confirmed by signing of contract or telephone, fax, email, online submit accepted, subject to confirmation and contact. Acceptance of the company’s contract constitutes acceptance of our General Rates Policy herein. All orders are subject to credit requirements. Changes and cancellations must be writing and confirmed by return. Publication Of Advertisements: The client bears complete responsibility for the content of any advertisement and shall be liable in full for any claims against the publisher. The number of columns, type style and type size of advertising copy must differ from those used in editorial matter. The logo of the publication and its type style must not be used. The publisher reserves the right to identify and advertisement with the heading “Advertisement”. Circulation And Readership: The publisher does not guarantee any given level of circulation or readership for any advertisement. Position Of Advertisements: Specific positions may be requested but are not a condition of acceptance (except in the case of special positions or payment of a loading). Right Of Postponement: We reserve the right to postpone the insertion of advertisements by one edition without prior consultation of the client. Such postponement shall not constitute a breach of contract and the publisher shall not be held liable. Agreed Reductions: Annual reductions and reductions for frequent insertions shall be calculated for a period of one whole year and shall be applicable to a single client only (No price guarantees or acceptance commitment shall be given). Government GST Tax: In accordance with the regulations on advertising, GST government tax will be added to the invoice. The tax rate is subject to change without notice, according to revised government rates, and is non-commissionable. Payment Terms: Unless prior arrangements have been made, full pre-payment for advertising shall accompany the order prior to publication. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, EFT. Subject banking fee will be added if payment paid by credit cards. In exceptional cases, arrangements may be made for payment in cash. In all cases, an official company receipt will be given on collection. Rates are given in Australian dollars. Overdue Accounts: Accounts not paid within 14 business days of original invoice date shall incur
interest not exceeding 2% per month. Any additional charges for collection shall be borne by the advertiser. Agency Commission: percentage agency commission to recognized and documented advertising agencies on space, colour and position charges. Agency commission may be reduced or disallowed after 60 days from date of any unpaid invoices. Further advertisements from the agency may not be accepted until the debt is cleared. The advertising agency shall be solely responsible for all advertising placed and payments due, on behalf of their clients. Complaints: Complaints shall only be entertained if they are presented in writing within thirty days of the date of publication. Changes In Charges Or Rates: Rates shall be valid from the date of acceptance of the contract, and will be guaranteed for a period no longer than 12 months from the date of signing of the contract. Any interruption of the contract, unless at the publishers request, may entail a new contract at the applicable current rates. Advertisers will be given due notice of any rates increases. Material Creation Or Modification: Please refer to our production rates for the applicable costs for material creation, artwork, layout and translation. Technical Printing Errors: No liability can be accepted for advertisements. In the case of colour printing, we reserve an appropriate tolerance on the colour hue. Claims for replacement or price reduction shall only be entertained if the publicity effect of the advertisement is seriously diminished by deficiencies in technical reproduction. No compensation for significant colour variance in the absence of the above. Proofs and progressives are none returnable. Safe-Keeping Obligation: Artworks, files, and printing materials, are held at the owners risk and should be appropriately insured. Materials may be destroyed or deleted three months after publication of the last advertisement unless the return of material is requested. Applicability: Unless advertisers who have business cooperation with Doanh Nghieäp Ñôøi Soáng Viet’s Business Lifestyle and its www.VietBizOnline.net will be provided a special cooperation rates under condition apply and authorised by publisher only. All insertion orders for any advertorial, or ad displaying a business product, name, brand, and logo will be charged at general advertising rates, and shall be based on our current rates card issued to the public.
