Think About:
1. What did the children learn about the reception area?
2. Why is it important to wash your hands?
3. What is the stethoscope used for?
4. How do therapy dogs help patients?
5. Why do people get X-rays?
Let's Work Together: Let's appreciate the hard work of healthcare professionals and remember to take care of our health. By understanding their roles, we can better appreciate the importance of medical care.
I Will: I will remember to take care of my health and appreciate those who work to keep us healthy.
The Importance of Knowing:
Understanding what happens in a hospital helps ease fears about medical visits. It teaches children about the roles of healthcare professionals and the importance of taking care of their health.
