Noah plucked a flower and tugged at a branch. “These are pretty,” he said, not realizing he was upsetting the critters.

That evening at Camp Brite Star, Noah stared at the flower he had picked. “Maybe I shouldn’t have taken it,” he thought.
The

magical glow of the forest led Noah to Critter Village. “Hello, young one,” Farmer Rabbit said. “What brings you here?”

“I picked some flowers and leaves from the forest,” Noah admitted. “I didn’t mean to hurt anything.” Mayor Coyote nodded. “It’s time you learned how to respect nature,” he said.
Farmer Rabbit led Noah through the village. “Every plant has a purpose,” she said. “When we care for them, they help all of us thrive.”

Mayor Coyote handed Noah a basket of seeds. “Let’s give back to the forest,” he said. Together, they planted flowers and trees in the garden.

As Noah watered the seeds, the critters cheered. “This will help the forest grow strong and beautiful,” Farmer Rabbit said.
Doctor Owl joined them and explained, “The forest is home to many animals. When we take care of it, we take care of them too.”
The next day, Noah taught his friends to be gentle with the plants. “Let’s protect the forest,” he said. “It gives us so much.”

Noah

and his friends planted a flower bed near their cabins. “This is our way of giving back,” Noah said proudly.
That night, Noah thought about how he could help at home. “I’ll teach my family to protect nature too,” he said with a smile.

Think About:

1. How did Farmer Rabbit and Mayor Coyote teach Noah to respect nature?

2. Why is it important to take care of the environment?

3. How can you help protect the plants and animals in your community?

Let's Work Together: By respecting nature and giving back to the environment, we can help the world stay beautiful and healthy for everyone.

I Will: I will care for plants and animals, knowing that my actions help protect the environment.

The Importance of Knowing: Knowing how to respect nature teaches us responsibility and helps us create a sustainable future for all living things.
