“We do shoes that you’re not going to find at the regular retail stores,” Randy Watson said. “We’re looking at Jordan’s, Yeezy’s, Nike’s like Air Max and Paper Max. These shoes are wearable but they’re also collectible.

Many of the items in Watson’s store are produced in limited numbers and can be found on the booming secondary sneaker market. Supply and demand as well as social media trends determine values. Some are worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars. “No matter the value, some people still prefer to wear them,” Watson said. “We’ve been selling online for six years and finally decided to do the brick and mortar thing. Our price range usually tracks with market value so you’ll see an item’s price fluctuate from week to week. The secondary market is huge.”
