Brenda Lee McCullough, Director, IMCOM-Readiness U.S. Army Installation Management Command Fort Bragg, North Carolina, was on hand for the ceremony. McCullough made light of Bell’s problemsolving approach, saying to much laughter from the audience. “We can’t provide MWR services in a Covid environment, well, let’s look at it like a 3-legged stool. Every Garrison Commander in my portfolio now thinks they can solve world peace with a 3-legged stool.”

She then thanked Col. Bell’s wife and children, and said to Col. Bell, “the Garrison and the community are richer because of your leadership.” Next, she turned her attention to incoming Garrison Commander Col. Jordan, saying, “He is a proven leader, who is ideally suited to lead this Fort Campbell team as they support the priorities and requirements set by MG McGee.”
