CERVEZAS ARTESANALES CON PEDIGRÍ BALEAR CRAFT BEER WITH BALEARIC PEDIGREE BALEARIC HANDWERKLICHEN BIERE MIT STAMMBAUM
Agua, cebada, lúpulo, levadura y una pizca de azúcar. Son los ingredientes básicos de la cerveza, una bebida cuya preparación casera no para de ganar adeptos en todo el mundo. Como no es de extrañar, la moda –o tendenciade producir este delicioso brebaje de forma artesanal, también ha aterrizado en Mallorca e Ibiza. Tanto es así que, además de quienes ya se han sumado a la práctica de elaborar sus propias cervezas en casa, han sido muchos los emprendedores que han apostado por este producto para esquivar la crisis. Así, en ambas islas han surgido múltiples marcas de cervezas artesanales (también conocidas como craft beers), que predican una producción 100% natural: sin colorantes ni aditivos, y con las mejores materias primas. Y es que todos nos hemos dado cuenta de que lo natural, lo casero y lo artesanal ha recuperado el valor que tanto merece y que en los últimos años se había desvanecido. Forastera, Sullerica, Cervesa des Pla, Beer Lovers, Myq Mayurqa, Talaiòtika, Tramuntana… son los nombres de algunas de las nuevas cerveceras que han surgido en la isla de Mallorca. En la vecina Ibiza también han nacido otras pequeñas fábricas, como Ibosim o Payesa Ibiza, que ya no es tan pequeña. Lanzada al mercado en 2014, Payesa ha logrado hacerse un hueco en los principales locales ibicencos, donde se distribuye con el éxito propio de un producto que lleva intrínseca la marca Ibiza. Porque Payesa fue concebida “con la vocación de proteger las antiguas tradiciones de los productos naturales, y pretende promocionar la riqueza local y conservar la Ibiza que todos queremos”. Quizás la clave del éxito de esta cerveza reside en que se fabrica completamente con agua de un manantial ibicenco, y gran parte de la cebada que se emplea en su receta crece también en los campos de la isla. En Mallorca la competencia es significativamente mayor. Son muchas las microcervecerías’que han surgido en la mayor de las baleares, aunque con resultados muy diferentes. Hablamos con los creadores de Talaiòtika, la cerveza de Felanitx, que, elaborada a partir de maltas caramelizadas, posee “pequeños ápices de productos locales mallorquines”.La microcervecería Talaiòtika produce actualmente unos 6000 litros anuales, realizando cocciones de 400 litros con los mejores ingredientes. En el Valle de Sóller nació en 2008 Sullerica, una cerveza cuya pretensión no es otra que honrar con su sabor el lugar al que pertenece: Sóller. Es por ello que Sullerica se diferencia del resto por su inconfundible toque a la flor de azahar, tan propia de este valle repleto de naranjos. Actualmente Guillem Coll y su mujer, Maribel Rotger producen cuatro tipos diferentes de ésta bebida. Además de estos cuatro que tienen siempre en stock, a menudo disfrutan fabricando ediciones especiales y limitadas de diferentes estilos que varían en función de la propia inspiración. Por si todo esto fuera poco, Sullerica se ha atrevido incluso a elaborar cervezas personalizadas para otras marcas y para algunos restaurantes de la zona. ¿El secreto de sus recetas? Maribel Rotger asegura que, aunque sus fórmulas están cerradas, “siempre tratan de mejorarlas con pequeños cambios, basándose en su propia experiencia como consumidores”. CALVIA

Now, on both islands there have emerged multiple brands of handmade beers (well-known as "craft beers") that assure a 100% natural production: no dyes or additives, and the best raw materials. In benachbarten Ibiza auch geboren andere kleine Fabriken, wie Ibosim oder Payesa Ibiza, die nicht so wenig mehr. Im Jahr 2014 ins Leben gerufen, hat Payesa geschafft, in den wichtigsten lokalen Ibiza, wo er mit dem sehr Erfolg eines Produkts mit der Marke Eigen Ibiza verteilt brechen. Sullerica was born in 2008 in the valley of Sóller. A beer whose intension is none other than honor with its taste from the place where it belongs: Sóller. MALLORCA EN SÓLO UN FÍN DE SEMANA SEEING MALLORCA IN ONLY A WEEKEND MALLORCA IN NUR EINEM WOCHENENDE
Playas paradisíacas, montaña, naturaleza, ocio, relax, pintorescos pueblos y una capital muy pero que muy Cosmopolita. Mallorca es el sueño de cualquier turista en busca de un viaje de lo más completo. Y aunque la hermana mayor de las baleares es un lugar que merece ser visitado con calma, proponemos un reto: descubrir los rincones más bellos de la isla en sólo un fin de semana. Como no podría ser de otra forma, nuestro periplo comienza por la capital. Palma es una ciudad perfecta para un viaje de fin de semana, pero en esta ocasión sólo emplearemos algunas horas recorriendo sus calles y disfrutando su ambiente. Su tamaño es ideal para gozar de una agradable tarde de compras sin acabar exhaustos. Para descansar los pies, merece la pena dejarnos caer por alguno de los muchos bares de tapas que pueblan sus plazas y calles. La colosal catedral gótica es el auténtico emblema de la ciudad: contemplarla desde el mar es un auténtico espectáculo. Abandonamos el ajetreo de la ciudad para adentrarnos en la calma de la sierra de Tramuntana. 27,3 kilómetros separan el municipio de Sóller de la capital, un recorrido que puede resultar una experiencia inolvidable a bordo del Ferrocarril de Sóller: un tren clásico de vía estrecha y mantenimiento artesanal. Antes de llegar, atravesamos una larga hilera de túneles y bosques de pinos, olivos y cítricos. En Sóller es más que recomendable perdernos por sus calles y admirar sus edificios estilo Art Nouveau, curiosear en sus tiendecitas de artesanía y disfrutar de un café en la plaza central. A tan sólo 12 kilómetros de Sóller nos topamos con Deia, otra de las paradas obligadas de nuestra ruta. Se trata de uno de los enclaves más encantadores de la isla y compone un escenario de película, cuyos decorados están adornados con acantilados, pintorescas calas, callejuelas empedradas y extensos bancales de olivos. Comenzamos nuestro segundo día en la Isla de la Calma con una excursión a Artá. Con 25 kilómetros de costa, presume de poseer algunas de las playas vírgenes más hermosas de Mallorca. Desde las almenas del Santuari de Sant Salvador contemplaremos los tejados rojizos y una composición urbana de extraordinaria belleza. Los amantes de la naturaleza adorarán recorrer la Reserva Natural de S'Albufera en bici. Este enorme humedal cubre aproximadamente 4200 hectáreas y está separado del mar por un largo cordón de dunas. Constituye la zona húmeda más extensa de las Islas Baleares y en ella habitan más de 200 especies de aves, como los halcones o las garzas imperiales. Si nos sobra tiempo, añadimos una última parada en nuestra ruta exprés por Mallorca: un paseo por la ciudad amurallada de Alcúdia, uno de los municipios más bellos del nordeste de la isla. Sus 30 kilómetros de costa recogen una enorme diversidad paisajística. Cabe destacar las playas de Es Mal Pas y La Victoria, dos de las más alegres y vistosas de la zona.

Mallorca auch unter den Balearischen Inseln "Die große Schwester" genannt, ist ein Ort, der es verdient mit Ruhe besucht zu werden. Wir schlagen ihnen eine Herausforderung vor: Die schönsten Plätze der Insel an nur einem Wochenende zu entdecken. Weil es anders nicht sein kann, beginnt unsere Reise mit der Hauptstadt. Palma ist eine perfekte Stadt für eine Reise am Wochenende, aber bei dieser Gelegenheit brauchen wir nur einige Stunden um seine Strassen durch zu durchqueren und die Gegend zu genießen. Die Stadt ist ideal, um einen angenehmen Nachmittag mit Shopping Tour zu genießen, ohne danach erschöpft zu sein. Um die Füsse zu entspannen, lohnt es sich einige von vielen Snacks Bars zu besuchen die Palmas Plätze und Strassen umgeben. Die kolossale gotische Kathedrale ist das authentische Emblem der Stadt: vom Meer aus betrachtet ist es ein authentisches Schauspiel. Wir verlassen die Mühe der Stadt, und gehen zum Thema der Berge Tramontana. 27,3 Kilometer trennen die Gemeinde Soller von der Hauptstadt, eine Strecke die sich als eine unvergessliche Erfahrung an Bord der Eisenbahn von Soller erweisen kann: ein klassischer Zug auf schmalen Weg und handwerklicher Erhaltung. Man überquert vorm ankommen einen langen Tunnel, Kieferwälder,Olivenbäume und Zitronenbäume.
As it couldn't be any different, our journey starts in the capital. Palma is a perfect city for a weekend trip, but this time we will only spend some hours walking the streets and enjoying its scenery. Its size is ideal to enjoy a nice shopping afternoon while not getting exhausted. To rest you feet, it is worth going to any of the typical tapas bars that settle its streets and squares. The colossal Gothic cathedral is the real emblem of the city: watching it from the sea is a real and wonderful spectacle. Then we leave the hustle of the city to venture into the deep calm of the mountain "Tramuntana". 27.3 km separates Sóller town centre from the capital, a magic journey that can become unforgettable if you travel aboard. The Sòller railroad: a classic narrow gauge train which is maintained in a traditional way. Before reaching destination, you will go through a long row of tunnels, pine forests, and olive and citrus crops. Once you arrive to Sóller, we suggest that you get lost through its streets and admire its Art Nouveau buildings, snoop into the handmade gifts shops and enjoy a coffee in the central square.

Einige Kilometer von Soller entfernt,stoßen wir auf Deia,noch ein sehenswürdiger Ort auf unserem Weg, es geht um einen der bezaubernde sten Enklaven von der Insel und stellt eine Filmbühne da,deren Bühnenbilder von Steilküsten,malerischen Buchten,gepflasterte Gässchen und weite Olivenbaum Felder geschmückt sind Wir beginnen unseren zweiten Tag auf der Insel der Ruhe mit einem Ausflug nach Arta. Mit 25 Kilometer Küste. Dieser Ort besitzt einige der schönsten jungfräulichen Strände Mallorcas.
At only 12 km from Sóller we stumble across another must-see place of our route, Deia: one of the loveliest places of the island. Now, we start our second day on the island of calmness with an excursion to Artá. With 25 km of coastline, it boasts some of the most beautiful virgin beaches of Mallorca. From the battlements of the San Salvador Sanctuary, you will see the red roofs and an urban composition of extraordinary beauty.

Nature lovers will love to explore the Nature Reserve of S'Alburfera by bike. This vast wetland covers approximately 4200 hectares and a long line of dunes separates it from the sea. This is the largest wetland area in the Balearic Islands, and there live more than 200 species of birds, like hawks and purple herons.
