Fresh, healthy foods make us happy and give us a sense of well-being. We like to pamper you with high qualitiy products of the region. Such as the risotto rice from the Terreni alla Maggia in Ascona, where I could enhance my cooking skills in the kitchen of Othmar Schlegel in the well known hotel “Castello del sole�.

Chef’s wine recommendation:

Cornalin fûte de chêne Cornalin is the oldest wine grape in Valais.

Because the grapes are ripe very late, the taste of this wine is like a firework of different aromes.
