What is the process when a new starter joins? The process will remain the same as it is now, with an additional card number supplied for the mobile key as a part of the process. Each new card, both physical and or mobile are entered into the system in the first instance by the guards, who then forward the card details to the users management for entry into the tenant access control system.
How does the tenant access control feed into the base building access control. Are they one portal? Tenancy access control is managed internally by NSW
Can our users control access to the base building and fitout from their own end or will Walker control Basebuilding access? At this time Parramatta Square security are the only people with access to program the base building system. Likewise, NSW Government are the only people who can program the tenancy access.
How do the base building and fit out systems work together? The tenancy access control and base buildings JCI systems are completely standalone, the common link is the card and mobile access implementation on the readers.
Government, it is separate from the base building system. An automated feed between the systems has not been implemented.
