ΚΞΛ Brothers on the Move! Bro. Lael Chappell (Zeta Pi Spring ‘03) Bro. Lael Chappell (Zeta Pi - Spring 2003) was recently recognized for the second year in a row by Insurance Business America as a part of the 2022 Hot 100 list which recognizes innovators making a profound impact in their companies and industry during a time of disruptive technology and unprecedented challenges. Bro. Chappell currently leads the business development function as the Director, Insurance Distribution at the Insurtech Attune Insurance, which was recently acquired by Coalition. Bro. Chappell was President of Kappa Xi Lambda from 2010 – 2012, recipient of the 2010 – 2011 and 2011 – 2012 Brother of the Year Award and is the Chairman Emeritus of the Wall Street Alphas Charitable Foundation. Bro. Chappell completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, earning a dual degree in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance, was awarded full alumni status from Harvard Business School after completion of their Program for Leadership Development, and completed his Executive MBA through the jointly conferred EMBA Global Asia Program which also earned him full alumni status at Columbia Business School, London Business School, and the University of Hong Kong. Bro. Chappell continues to be a leader in the community as a member of the One Hundred Black Men of New York, a member of the Forbes Business Development Council, recently completed the McKinsey Black Executive Leadership Program, and is a current Venture Fellow for 116 Street Ventures Fund via Alumni Ventures.
