กลุ่มพลังทางสังคม: อันโตนิโอ กรัมชี่กับตัวแสดงทางการเมือง Social Forces: Antonio Gramsci and his conception of political actors วัชรพล พุทธรักษา ภาควิชารัฐศาสตร์ คณะสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร E-mail: wb515@york.ac.uk บทคัดย่อ บทความนี้มุ่งนําเสนอแนวความคิดทางการเมืองของกรัมชี่เกี่ยวกับตัวแสดงทางการเมืองและความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างตัวแสดงต่างๆ ในมุมมองของกรัมชี่นั้นตัวแสดงทางการเมืองไม่ได้มีความหมายในลักษณะของการเป็นตัว แสดงที่หยุดนิ่งทั่วไป แต่เขามองมันในฐานะของความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมอย่างเป็นวิภาษวิธี กรัมชี่มักจะใช้คําว่า “กลุ่ม พลังทางสังคม” สลับไปมาในความหมายเดียวกันกับกลุ่มทางสังคมและชนชั้น ซึ่งกลุ่มพลังทางสังคมนั้นประกอบไป ด้วยสองกลุ่มหลักคือกลุ่มพลังของชนชั้นปกครองและกลุ่มพลังของชนชั้นผู้ถูกกดขี่ ทั้งนี้กรัมชี่เสนอว่ากลุ่มพลังต่างๆ นั้นจะมีการท้าทายและสร้างดุลยภาพของอํานาจกับกลุ่มพลังต่างๆเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสถานะของ “การครองอํานาจนํา” โดยใช้กลยุทธ์ทางการเมืองต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นการทําความเข้าใจสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวผู้เขียนได้นําเสนอแนวคิดของกรัมชี่ ในเรื่อง การทําสงครามยึดพื้นที่ทางความคิด การปฏิวัติเงียบและแนวคิดเรื่องการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ การนําเสนอ แนวคิดทางการเมืองของกรัมชี่ดังกล่าวนั้นเป็นการ ปูพื้นทางทฤษฎีเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจศึกษาความคิด ทางการเมืองและสังคมของกรัมชี่ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าเพิ่มเติมได้ต่อไป คําสําคัญ: กรัมชี่, ตัวแสดงทางการเมือง, กลุ่มพลังทางสังคม, ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มพลัง
ABSTRACT This paper aims to provide some crucial Gramscian conception of political actors and their social relations. Following Gramsci, political actors in his political and prison writings can be seen as dialectical social relations rather than any static traditional perspective on political actors. In Gramsci thought, there are two major ‘social forces’-the term he interchangeably uses with ‘social groups’ and ‘social classes’- included dominant/ruling and subaltern/subordinate forces. Gramsci argues that in order to achieve the ‘hegemonic position’ in a given society, each social forces always challenge and balance their class forces via many political strategies. In order to grasp this matter, I offer Gramscian notions of ‘war of position’, ‘passive revolution’, and ‘analysis of situations’. In short, this article has grounded some important Gramscian political concepts which pave the way for those who interested in further study on Gramsci’s social and political theories.
