Share your garden and help raise money Could your garden raise vital funds for Rennie Grove and spread some joy? An enormous amount of hard work and love goes into creating and maintaining beautiful gardens all year round, and Rennie Grove is offering local Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire residents the opportunity to showcase the result of their labours as part of its Open Gardens Scheme – running from May to September 2021. Now, more than ever, Rennie Grove is working hard to organise events to fund care for local patients with a life-limiting illness. The Open Gardens Scheme is a great way of encouraging the local community to take part and have fun at the same time. Louise Hewitt, Senior Community Fundraiser, explained: “We know that many people have spent hours in their gardens this past year and that there are many beautiful sights hidden behind our garden gates. We also know from previous years that people

or would like to hold a simple driveway plant sale instead then we’d be delighted to hear from you.” Gardeners also have the opportunity to club together with neighbours and provide a series of gardens to view. By collecting a small entry fee to view individual or groups of gardens, local people will be able to help raise funds to support others in need in their local communities. In previous years, gardeners love to visit local gardens to admire and be have also held plant sales, raffles and sold tea inspired, so we’re encouraging the owners of and cake to boost their fundraising. these hidden gems to open up their gardens for others to enjoy.
