Private Swimming Lessons I want to thank Brendan for all his patience while teaching my daughter in Orange Jellyfish. She was afraid of male instructors at the time, but with Jasmine's help (a volunteer) and Brendan's gentle nature, he gained her trust over the weeks. He recognized that my daughter was an introvert and adjusted his teaching style to bring out the best of her. She not only improved her skills greatly but she started to enjoy her swim lessons and looked forward to them. Because of him, my daughter was more comfortable with her male instructor in the next session. Brendan's understanding and listening skills helped her become more resilient to the different teaching style of the next male instructor. - Sincerely, Myra

SKATING LESSONS Described as an early specialization sport, learning to skate is the first step in developing the next hockey player or figure skater. Our experienced instructors develop engaging lesson plans that help your child develop the necessary skills of skating. These skills will improve your child’s physical literacy and help to develop other sport specific and fundamental movement skills. The Greater Victoria Active Communities Learn to Skate Program is a regional initiative of seven municipalities of Greater Victoria. This program is streamlined and designed so that any pre-school or school age child can have their accomplishments transferred from one center to another. This is a badge incentive program that emphasizes the importance of comprehensive feedback through a report card. Our Skate Team Leader is on the ice during all lesson times and can answer questions regarding lessons and your child’s skating progress.

MUSIC CAMPS Piano and Singing Camp

Dreaming of a career with PIXAR? Ever wonder how those awesome 3D animated movies like Shrek, Toy Story and Frozen are made? Spend the week learning how by modeling, animating and telling your own stories in 3D. You'll use Blender, a wonderful (& free!) 3D software, to design characters that jump off the screen and then make them come alive by adding voices, soundtracks and completing your own animated short film. Final projects are usually group projects with each student contributing a character and a scene.

Learn to play the piano with your friends. Have fun singing with your friends. We will learn new songs, learn about music and have lots of fun. Basic keyboard training and notes, rhythm, dynamics, reading of bass and treble clefs will be covered.
