MY NAME IS CASS! ZIGGY TUMBLER RANGE
This cocktail, named after its creator Cassandra Eichhoff, was a global finalist in the Patrón Perfectionists Award. The ice cube is frozen Ceylon tea. Rather than water down the cocktail, it helps the drink develop into different flavours as it melts, so that your first sip is completely different to your last.
Ingredients
50ml Patron Silver 25ml strawberry mint syrup 1 block of ice (Ceylon tea frozen into ice cubes) 25ml lime juice
Method
Stir all ingredients together and pour into a glass over a block of iced Ceylon. Garnish with a pineapple slice sprinkled with nutmeg.
LO ST S COTC H MA N CAROB FALL TUMBLER RANGE
Made with Dewar’s 12 Year Old, Lost Scotchman represents the story of Tommy Dewar, the son of the whisky brand’s founder John Dewar. Tommy travelled the globe on his mission to promote his family’s fine Scotch in as many countries as possible.
Ingredients
50ml Dewar’s 12 Year Old 12.5ml Fabbri Amarena cherry reduction 12.5ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur 25ml lemon juice 150ml passionfruit-and-vanilla soda
Method
Pour all ingredients (except the soda) into a shaker. Shake well and pour into a highball glass over ice. Top with passionfruit-and-vanilla soda. Garnish with Amarena cherries and a sprig of mint.
E L ZÓ CA LO ALGARVE WINE GLASS RANGE
Named after the main public square in Mexico City, El Zócalo expresses the colour, culture and vibrancy of the city. The cocktail attempts to translate the atmosphere of Mexico City in an exciting drink, with lava salt representing the soil and climate of the area.
Ingrediants
50ml Patron Silver 50ml bitter orange juice 20ml pineapple-and-tequila syrup 12.5ml yuzu liqueur 20ml lime
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and fine-strain into a glass rimmed with coconut black lava salt.
AÑEJO OLD FASHIONED PEBBLE TUMBLER RANGE
Usually made with whiskey, our Old Fashioned spins things around with Patron Añejo as the main star. We’ve used the aromas found in this special tequila to select the other ingredients. The result is a cocktail that can be enjoyed any time of the day.
Ingredients
50ml Patron Añejo 4 dashes chocolate chilli bitters 5ml agave 5ml Frangelico
Method
Stir all ingredients together and pour into a tumbler. Garnish with orange peel and orange mist.
THE WILD SPRITZ DOVER WINE GLASS RANGE
The Wild Spritz is a culmination of the multiple cultures that exist in Mexico – yuzu liqueur from Japan and Martini Fiero from Italy. The cocktail is a play on the popular spritz found around the world, with our version being a wild, refreshing and vibrant aperitif.
Ingredients
50ml Martini Fiero 12.5ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur 50ml bitter orange juice 12.5ml yuzu liqueur 5ml agave 50ml Martini Prosecco
Method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with an ice cube. Shake well and pour into a glass of ice. Top with Martini Prosecco. Garnish with a tajin-dusted orange wedge.
