FROM CHRONIC FATIGUE TO FULL WELLNESS IN 2 MONTHS I was fit and healthy. 20 years of age studying engineering when I got ill with glandular fever. My energy was completely gone, and I didn’t know what was wrong. Eventually after much testing, I was diagnosed with M.E / CFS. I was relieved at first to finally have a diagnosis but then my hopes were dashed when I heard that there was no set medical treatment and that I might not ever be able to recover. CFS was horrendous. I felt like my life had ended, that I had no future and every present moment was hell. The symptoms were extreme. The most crushing fatigue, it felt like the worst virus and hangover combined every day. My symptoms included, constant fatigue, painful muscles, brain fog, IBS, insomnia, very low immune function, swollen glands, POTS, low blood flow with frozen feet, dizziness, chemical sensitivity, night sweats, frequent headaches, anxiety and secondary depression as a result of being so ill for 11 years. At my worst I was bed bound for months on end and only walking for 2 minutes a day. On my 31st birthday I decided I totally had enough. I was going to do whatever it took to heal, and I was prepared to do anything. I spent 2 weeks researching exactly what people had done to fully heal. I found remarkable recovery stories from people who had done The Lightning Process. Since I was willing to do anything to heal and so many people had completely healed using this process, I decided to do it.
It was the last thing I did and the best thing I ever did to heal. So much so that I decided to train with the inventor of the process in central London. I spent 18 months flying back and forth to UK to become an LP practitioner. My passion now is helping people to regain their wellness. Over the past 2 years I have had many people fully healing in as little as 1 to 2 weeks, and even a lady healing 33 years of CFS in only 3 months. Our own data shows that over 81% of people report being fully healed after using The Lightning Process for CFS and even higher success rates overcoming mental health issues like anxiety and phobias. The Lightning Process can be used for fatigue, pain, emotional, neurological, digestive, reproductive disorders, anxiety and depression. What is The Lightning Process®? The Lightning Process® is an empowering life changing 3-day course that teaches each person how they can create profound positive changes in their lives. www.thrivingtherapies.com Book a free 20 min chat with me on the website. Upcoming seminars are held at Vancouver, Surrey, Windsor, Toronto, Dublin and UK. Only 8 spots per seminar.

What Should You Know About the 2020 BC Property Assessment? BC Property Assessments have been sent in the mail for about two million homeowners in British Columbia. And as expected, properties in the Lower Mainland have seen a substantial dip in the values, which according to BC Assessment, is the first time in the last 20 years that BC’s total property assessment values have gone down. The biggest drop in property values can be seen in detached homes in West Vancouver and UBC areas (- 16%), followed by detached homes in Richmond (-14%), and then Vancouver, Coquitlam and North Vancouver detached homes (-11%).
budget and is determined by changes in your community. “ It is important to understand that changes in property assessments do not automatically translate into a corresponding change in property taxes,” says Deputy Assessor Brian Smith. “As noted on your Assessment Notice, how your assessment changes relative to the average change in your community is what may affect your property taxes.” For example, despite the 11% drop of property values in Vancouver, there is a 7% increase in property tax for 2020 that has already been passed. BC Assessment’s website at www.bcassessment. ca has more details about the 2020 assessment, property information and trends. The website also provides free self-service to online property search service to check and compare 2020 property assessments anywhere in the province. For those who feel that their property assessment does not reflect the market value as of July 1, 2019, or see incorrect information on their notice, should contact BC Assessment as indicated on their notice as soon as possible. MYLENE LIM IS CURRENTLY OFFERING A FREE 3D2N WITH HOTEL AND AIRFARE PACKAGE FOR EVERY MORTGAGE ARRANGED THROUGH HER.
While property values dropped across Metro Vancouver, it is a different story in the rest of the province. Other major areas remained relatively stable over the last year: Victoria and Kelowna (-2%), Nanaimo (+3%), Prince George (+5%) and Kamloops (+7%). It is important to remember that the property tax bill that homeowners will receive in May of this year has very little to do with how much your property’s value has gone up or down. The property tax bill is based on the municipal’s

Miss me, But Let Me Go When I come to the end of the road And the sun has set for me I want no rites in a gloom-filled room, Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little but not too long, And not with your head bowed low, Remember the love that we once shared. Miss me … but let me go. For this is a journey that we all must take, And each must go alone. It’s all a part of the master plan A step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, Go to family and friends we know, And bury your sorrow in doing good deeds, Miss me … but let me go. Anonymous
