Bald Eagle Festival November 19 - 20 Kilby is the perfect place to plan for lunch on this Festival weekend. Join us for some hearty, home-cooked specials in our cozy café. Our Fresh, never frozen large scallops have a firm, glistening white flesh with a clean, sweet flavor, best of all, they taste like the ocean. A simple trick with scallops, coat in Chinese five spice and sauté in butter, deglaze the pan with some white wine for an easy sauce. Flip the scallops clockwise so the first scallops cooks as long as the last.
