BECAUSE LOVE ISN’T QUITE COMPLICATED ENOUGH AS IT IS.

C

ouples in love have a penchant

for display of affection. T heir actions can draw stares, gaping mouths, and in some cases, police intervention. A married couple are well suited when both partners usually feel the need for a quarrel at the same time. Married couples resemble a pair of scissors, often moving in opposite directions, yet punishing anyone who gets in between them..Ideally, couples need three lives; one for for her, one for him and one for them together.

For most women, Valentine’s Day is a big deal, so whatever you have planned for February 14th this year, be sure to make it memorable. It doesn’t have to cost a fortune or be especially elaborate, but making her feel special is essential.

Here are some date ideas that are sure to please this Valentine’s Day. There’s a good chance that the beginning of your relationship was the time when you made the

most effor t to show her your romantic side, s o w hy n o t turn back the clock. Women love it when men remember details, think back to your first date, and take her to the same place, eat the same food and do the same things that first sparked your romance. Go for some physical fun...crosscountry skiing, or spend some time together in an intimate indoor swimming pool. Massage is a must-do activity for Valentine’s Day. Treat her to a full-body, sensual massage or give yourself a little pampering and book a couple’s massage at a spa. Anticipation is half the fun of a romantic surprise. Feel free to go all out with the heartshaped box of chocolates, red-and-white teddy bears and candy hearts. She’ll love the corny romance. Sometimes the best Valentine’s Day gift you can give is the gift of uninterrupted time together. You don’t need to leave the house to make Valentine’s Day special. Think of how great it could be to spend the entire day in bed together. Turn off your phones, don’t answer the door, watch movies, or even have a picnic in bed just enjoy each other.

In Love.. Broke.. short of ideas. Guys...You know she loves jewelry ... so find yourself a, “nut’.. now keep it clean, Iam talking about a nut and bolt. If she is the type of girl that likes to wear charms on her bracelet, earrings or necklace, you can turn a man tool into a love tool. Break out your Dremel engraver, pick up your nut and start engraving your love message into that trusty bolt, she will want to wear it everywhere she goes to show off her super romantic man. Girls.... the truth is men love to cook, so give them a secret ingredient that they know you love, and suggest they make you something irresistible that will leave you begging for more. .... note the operative word “SUGGEST” thats right, thats how it works, men work so much better when they know they are on the right track.....the rest will be amazing.

Guys & Girls.. To add a little spice and adventure that will leave you both talking about it for years to come....This will really be memorable for both of you. We are heading outside, in February !! Pack a picnic basket, his favourites, her favourites. A big thick blanket, enough things to light a fire that will burn just enough to glow for a long time. Tasty but simple food.... don’t forget the massage oil... and the sweets. Now the challenge is to wear the least amount of clothing you can and keep each other warm, rain, hail or snow....!!

The two main focuses of most reflexology treatments are usually the nerve- and endocrine (hormone) systems. By working the central and peripheral nerve systems and various glands your reflexologist soon puts you in a “parasympathetic” state—this is where the body can focus on restore and repair in stead of “fight or flight”.

Have you ever stabbed your toe in a hard object? Does it not seem to “handicap” you at least temporarily seemingly way out of proportion to the force applied? Get motivated….. Exercise regularly and don’t allow yourself to make excuses for not doing it. Pay attention to what you are eating……. The food we eat has a tremendous impact not only on our physical health but also on our emotional health and well-being. Disengage from mindless eating .

Paths to well-being Let go of …… Stop doing anything that is a waste of time, is not fulfilling or helpful. Smile…… Smiling changes your mood (and often the mood of the person sitting across from you!), relieves stress and boosts your immune system. Show kindness…. Kindness can bring a sense of richness and fulfillment to our lives, and as a bonus, promote good health . Surround yourself with kind, happy, and positive thinking people… Seek the company of those who do not drain you of your energy and passion.

Drink more water…….. Drinking plenty of purified water has tremendous benefits on your digestive health and heart health. Also keep in mind that if you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated! This can lead to fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness and other unpleasant symptoms. Meditate...... Meditation is a most powerful stress management and wellness tool! Studies of meditation have shown reduced stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, improved health, and vitality. Make it part of your daily routine. of the month Magician and Parrot A magician was working on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. The audience would be different each week, so the magician allowed himself to do the same tricks over and over again. There was only one problem: The captain’s parrot saw the shows each week and began to understand how the magician did every trick. Once he understood he started shouting in the middle of the show: “Look, it’s not the same hat” “Look, he is hiding the flowers under the table” “Hey, why are all the cards the Ace of Spades ?” The magician was furious but couldn’t do anything; it was, after all, the captain’s parrot. One day the ship had an accident and sank. The magician found himself on a piece of wood in the middle of the ocean with the parrot, of course. They stared at each other with hate, but did not utter a word. This went on for a day and another and another. After a week the parrot said: “OK, I give up. Where’s the boat?”
