LLP is an entity separate to its members, which can sign contracts, purchase properties or be sued independently of its stakeholders. This structure eliminates dividing shares which prevents diluting their value in the event of new shareholders involvement. Stakeholders of LLP are members of it and as Partners they are allowed to make administrative decisions amongst themselves which provides flexibility, also allowing all of the founders to be involved in decision-making on the same level of importance. Although investors must become members of LLP, they can have status of a silent member, who is not involved in daily operations. There is no tax charge for introducing new member or changing interest of existing stakeholders which allows for flexibility beneficial in a company that enters the market. In LLP partners are only responsible for their own contribution to the company, thus ensuring the legal safety of others in case of an legal issue.
MSA ATELIER INFLUENCE Atelier &rchitecture [&] influenced company's consideration of inclusion and equality in relation to mental health. Atelier CPU informed the methods of analysis and delivery of product. (Macfarlanes, 2014; Loond, 2019; Horton, 2019; Beattie, 2020; Gray, 2020)

Partners & Expertise
MindBeing Consultant Experience in analysis of human behaviour patterns and the spatial environment that hosts them.
MindBeing Consultant Extensive experience in researching architecture’s impact on human lifestyle and forensic research methodologies.
STRUCTURE
Employees work directly for the Partners responsible for each division, but respond to all Partners. Coordination of departments is managed by the Managing Partner.
AGILE MANAGEMENT
Using Scrum technique, Partners regularly create and update Project Backlog to assign employees of the same department to teams depending on projects and tasks, instead of having fixed teams that always work together.
Long-term employees Contribute to conducting research, occupancy interviews and forensic walkthroughs of the existing buildings. Mindbeing is new on market and still continues to build its brand and presence, thus limiting number of employees is a safe choice.
ETHICAL PRACTICE
By making the employment plan, Partners were able to determine that some employees will be needed in Phases 0-1 only. Thus they will be hired on a fixedterm 9 months contract, instead of being fired later. (Consultancy.eu, 2020; Lucidchart Content Team, 2021)
Long-term employees Contribute to conducting research, occupancy interviews and forensic walkthroughs the existing buildings. Mindbeing begins to gain customers, thus the need for staff increases.

Closed- Beta mental health simulation software
Stage 2: Concept Design In order to make architects realize how their projects can impact building user’s mental health, at MindBeing we provide them with a report that assesses their proposal’s mental health performance. This report is driven by the analysis carried out by our simulation Closed Beta software. According to the 2020 RIBA Plan of Work contents, our service can align with Stage 2: Concept Design. The client’s BIM-based model is subjected to a simulation in our assessment software. Using the database and criteria created by our research team, the software can assess the mental health performance in accordance with the spatial and environmental qualities that affect the building user’s mind. The experience and data we have accumulated during this phase will help us refine our evaluation system and software and support the Phase 2 Plug-in development.

The overall lighting conditions of the building are good, and the excellent Window-to-wall ratio allows more sunlight to enter the interior. Although the project is located in an area with less sunlight, the good Window-to-wall ratio enables the building to receive enough comfortable sky light even on cloudy days. The 2.8m height makes the space not oppressive but also brings good lighting. Cons: Some rooms get too much direct sunlight on sunny days due to window size and placement problems, and some rooms get too little light due to small Windows.

The average noise decibel is well controlled, which ensures a comfortable sound environment almost all day long. The materials and knots used in the interior walls provide good sound insulation. The exterior wall is very well designed and it is very rare to have such good sound insulation near the main road. The triple-glazed window design is the key to excellent noise control. Cons:

The 2.8 storey height makes the space not oppressive, and creates a more belonging environment for the users, which is very important for the psychological health of the users who live alone for a long time. The room size of each function is well controlled, which not only ensures sunshine, but also meets people's psychological health needs. Cons: The boundary between public space and residential space is relatively blurred. Users will pass through the public space as soon as they go out, which may bring invisible social pressure to users

Our mental health assessment work will be completed based on this software. After we get the client's model, we input the model into the software and assess a number of parameters to get the results we want. The software displays relatively detailed information to help us make judgments.

Client Briefing
Help owner make smaller decisions on mental health improvements within their property
Our target customers are mainly members of the Design Team and Contractor in the RIBA 0-2 stage who is in charge of implementing Client Brief. In stage 0 and 1, architects involved in the project with mentalhealth-relevant spatial requirement embedded in Client Brief can use the Plug-in to evaluate the spatial schemes of whether a precedent or a tentative design. In stage 2, the plug-in can help the architect to optimise the spatial design. Alternatively, our advisory report can provide a detail improvement plan for a building's design in stage 2, extremely suitable for contractors who signed a Building & Design contract with the client/ developer. Thus, utilise the advisory report to discuss the improvement of design with the design team they have appointed.

After we analysed the current market, we identify a gap in the existing market. First of all, in today's green building industry, architects in the design stage have massive ways to ensure that their designs are energy efficient and sustainable. They can even hire POE consultants to optimize the energy consumption of buildings directly. Also, there are many software and plugins for architects with different budgets and requirements to choose on. In contrast, our PESTLE analysis has shown that although mental health is widely concerned and valued in society, the construction industry does not have a complementary industry as sustainability for architects to choose. There is no specialised consultant to consult mental health only, while normally integrated as a well-being section. Architects cannot implement self-evaluation to assure the mental health level of their building during the design stages.

We further conduct a thorough investigation of today's most authoritative and popular accreditation and find that only a 'Mind' section is included in WELL to review the building's mental health aspect. However, criteria included are only about the inspection of the building facilities, not the architecture design itself. The accreditation is not giving any mental health awareness to the architect in the current built environment when compared with the notion of sustainability.

The UK government issues All Our Health to the public to pay attention on the public health, with mental health as one of the sections. It is applicable to professionals and helps them use skills/relationships to maximise their impact on avoidable illness, health protection and promotion of wellbeing and resilience. Simultaneously, massive regional reports on mental health were produced, especially after the commencement of pandemic. More mental health guidance for the public was uploaded online to reduce the medical burden of the NHS.
ECONOMIC MENTAL HEALTH ECONOMIC BURDEN
Together with substance misuse, mental illness accounts for 21.3% of the total burden of disease in England. Poor mental health is estimated to carry an economic and social cost of £105 billion a year in England. Official website attempts to reduce the medical burden of the NHS.
PUBLIC HEALTH ENGLAND (PHE) PHE is a founding member of Equally Well UK and is leading mental health campaigns and digital resources, including Rise Above and Every Mind Matters. They support the view that everyone, irrespective of where they live, should have the opportunity to achieve good mental health and wellbeing. PHE has a range of resources available to support national and local organisations to achieve that and work towards the commitments within the NHS report ‘Five Year Forward View for Mental Health’.

According to PESTLE analysis of the current mental health care, we found that the government has issued many policy guidelines to emphasize the importance of mental health to society and the economy, as an important part of public wellbeing. There are special regulations to safeguard personal mental health rights in place. Affected by the pandemic lockdown, people staying at home for a long time are dealing with an increase in the proportion of mental health issues, making housing requirements for mental health increasingly important. Through studying abroad, relevant professionals believe that the British mental health system's breakthrough point is that digital technology can collect and deliver medical services that are more personal.

TECHNOLOGICAL DELIVER BETTER CARE THROUGH DIGITAL
Digital technology presents us with new opportunities to deliver NHS services differently, enabling more people to access the treatment and support they need. This is also a global opportunity. Across the world, people experiencing mental health problems face challenges accessing care and support (Cotton, 2019:12). Professions in NHS identify the following themes that could be improved in the UK mental health system: • Seeking the opportunity provided by digital technology to rethink current service design and delivery, • Maximising the potential of technology to provide scalable options for prevention, selfhelp and peer support, • Considering the potential of digital phenotype to improve the quality of care, • Supporting innovation, • Utilising digital technology in relation to research and insight.
LEGAL INDEPENDENT MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATES (IMHAs)
IMHAs are specially trained advocates who can support certain patients under the Mental Health Act 1983. The law regarding IMHAs is different in England and Wales.
INDEPENDENT MENTAL CAPACITY ADVOCATES (IMCAs)
IMCAs are specially trained advocates who can support certain people under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
SOCIAL CARE ADVOCATES
Social Care Advocates can support certain people under the Care Act 2014 (in England) and the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act (in Wales). The Coronavirus Act 2020 proposes changes to the Mental Health Act 1983. It will only apply for a certain period of time if it is brought into force. The period is known as the 'emergency period'. To help deal with the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, the Act includes some changes to laws that affect the rights of people with mental health problems.

Meanwhile, Clients should have the ability to determine when they have exceeded their monthly usage for their subscription level. They should also have the ability to monitor the usage of their individual users on an hour-byhour and day-by-day basis (SaaS Billing and Pricing Models, n.d.).
The Hourly Rate Payment model will be applied as a charge for the mental health advice. The Fees will be calculated according to the time and workload involved in the process of report production.

SWOT ANALYSIS
S
W
MENTAL HEALTH DESIGN ADVISORY
INTERNAL DEPENDENCE
We provide architectural mental health design evaluation and advice based on the combination of extensive research and computational simulation.
The development of BIM plug-in and the report production is interdepartmental, the high dependence of plug-in production on site research may cause delays in progress.
MULTIPLE SERVICE FORMATS We provide both detailed analysis reports and real-time BIM plug-in for diverse demands in different project stages.
QUALITY At MindBeing, we utilise administrative and procedural activities implemented in a quality system so that the requirements of service/product can be fulfilled and errors can be prevented.
WELLBEING BENEFITS We promote and emphasise the importance of mental health in architectural design by providing services to improve wellbeing in a more comprehensive way, especially during the postpandemic time.
LIMITED IMPACT ON LATER STAGES Based on current research and services, we can only provide design advisory on mental health for RIBA Work Stages 1-3. The application of plug-in in the later BIM model for later stages still needs an improvement.
O POLITICAL CLIMATE AND NATIONAL TREND The UK government issued an All Our Health framework to the public mental health professionals. Simultaneously, massive regional reports on mental health were produced, especially after the commencement of the pandemic.
T EMERGING COMPETITORS As the government's emphasis on the importance of mental health increases, more companies that are competitive in building software development will add this feature to their existing mature software.
INTERDISCIPLINARY RESONANCE
INFORMATION & DATA SECURITY
Professions within NHS identify the significance of seeking reasonable digital technology to improve service in the UK mental health system.
Providing services based on the SaaS model will store the customer’s project information on the cloud server. Without proper privacy policies and regulatory measures, the security of client data and information will face uncertainty.
RAISING CONSCIOUSNESS People begin to realise their homes are not good enough for long-term staying. Public awareness of mental health issues is growing.
TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BIM With the popularity of BIM level 2 and its progress to level 3 in the UK, a plug-in developed based on BIM will be well-received in the industry.
17
FINANCIAL STRATEGY Dynamic Workflows. In order to maximise our department's financial efficiency and resilience, our dynamic team has the ability of responding to the market's needs and demands. In the construction industry, there are constant fluctuations which determine the amount of staff needed. Due to this, in MindBeing we provide flexibility between our production and research programmes. This not only allows us to continuously improve our product, but increases our tolerance to the industry changes and improves the contractual stability of our staff.
Fees Model. The different service and product supplied by our company, defines different fee's model respectively: As a service, we provide our customers with advice on the mental health performance of the environments designed, derived from our closed beta software. Initially, we would get paid by the hour, due to the amount of overhead costs, such as gathering clients and developing internal processes. When processes and systems have

been optimized, we would shift to a charge-by-project basis. This would we based on the project size, estimated by our previous hourly-rate basis, increasing our revenue. The product we provide, our BIM-based plug-in, is charged on a flat rate, either annual or monthly subscription contract, based on the SaaS business model.
