DEEP ROOTS in NAPA VALLEY WINEMAKING
CConsidered one of the founding 25 vintners in Napa Valley, the Raymond family arrived in 1933 and through marital connections founder Roy Raymond worked as winemaker for Beringer Estates from 1933-1970. He and his two sons, Roy Jr. and Walter, decided to venture out on their own in 1970 and purchased 90-acres in Rutherford where the winery sits today. The first wine under their Raymond Vineyards label was released in 1974. When son Walter assumed the winemaking helm years later, the winery’s exceptional quality and pure varietal expression only grew in recognition. Walter’s keen understanding of the differing microclimates within Napa Valley determined each vineyard’s varietal selection when planting. In fact, many prestigious cult producers owe their success in part to vineyards planted decades ago under Walter’s tutelage which still thrive and yield exquisite fruit today.
As an advocate for organic and Biodynamic® farming, I believe Raymond Vineyards has a profound responsibility to pass along a clean environment and revitalized, healthy soil to future generations.

CRAFTING EXCEPTIONAL, AWARD-WINNING WINES
Raymond Vineyards is continuing its legacy as one of Napa Valley’s finest as part of the Boisset Collection. Proprietor Jean-Charles Boisset’s admiration and respect for the Raymond family and its generational winemaking history was key when bringing this special estate into the fold. Since acquiring Raymond, Boisset Collection brought on veteran winemaker Stephanie Putnam to oversee all winemaking as VP of Winemaking. Her intimate knowledge and expertise with Napa Valley’s top cabernet houses such as Far Niente and Hess Collection, and now Raymond Vineyards, has garnered accolades in Wine Spectator’s Top 100, Wine Enthusiast’s Top 100, and been named The Wine News Cabernet of the Year. Since Stephanie joined Raymond, their scores have consistently been on the rise, regularly receiving 91+ scores from Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
Another major achievement is the transition of the estate vineyards to CCOF and Demeter Biodynamic® status. Director of Winegrowing, Sophie Drucker, believes the concept of balance within a sustainable ecosystem boosts environmental quality in viticulture and dramatically enhances grape quality. Raymond is also certified by Napa Green, Fish Friendly Farming, and the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance.

WINEMAKER FOR A DAY
California Wine Community’s Commitment to Sustainability Embraces Earth Day Ethos
BY THE CALIFORNIA SUSTAINABLE WINEGROWING ALLIANCE
California is a global leader in sustainable winegrowing in both vineyards and wineries. As the fourth largest wine-producing region in the world, California has the most comprehensive and widely adopted sustainability certification programs. The California wine community celebrates its dedication to protecting the land, communities and wine industry for future generations during Down to Earth Month in April. Sustainable winegrowing can include Biodynamic®, organic and regenerative farming practices. No matter the name, the goal is to grow and craft quality winegrapes and wine while protecting the environment, being a good neighbor and employer and maintaining thriving family farms and businesses.
The 13th annual California Wines Down to Earth Month kicks off in April with sustainabilityfocused wine events and offers across the state, including Earth Day festivals, vineyard hikes, food and wine events, eco-tours and more.
Created by Wine Institute, the association of more than 1,000 California wineries, the month-long celebration highlights the winemaking community’s commitment to protecting the environment, being a

good neighbor and producing high-quality wines with sustainable farming and business practices.
For growers and vintners in the Golden State, adopting sustainable winegrowing methods began as far back as the late 1950s with educational initiatives. Since then, they have demonstrated a firm dedication to sustainability and transparency, as demonstrated by broad participation in numerous educational and certification programs that promote the adoption of sustainable vineyard and winery practices aimed at conserving water and energy, maintaining healthy soil, protecting air and water quality and enhancing relations with neighbors.
Today, wineries certified under the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance’s Certified California Sustainable Winegrowing program produce more than 80% of California’s total wine. California Winegrowers’ innovation and adoption of these practices has resulted in wide and meaningful impacts.
Outside of wineries, other supporters of Down to Earth month include restaurants, retail establishments, regional associations, distributors and hotel partners in California and throughout the U.S.

“Sustainable farming results in better, higher quality wine, and ensures the viability of our estate for generations to come.”
—JON PRIEST, SR. WINEMAKER & GENERAL MANAGER
Outdoor Plaza Grand Opening Event
Sunday, June 2, 2024
2pm - 4:30pm
Celebrate and toast the new outdoor plaza!
Come to the grand reveal of the new modern space where you’ll enjoy some of your favorite Etude wines. Be apart of this historic and exciting milestone at Etude. etudewines.com/en/winery-events.html
For many months, those coming to Los Carneros for Etude’s “The Study of Pinot” tasting experience of single-vineyard Pinot Noirs from the winery’s famed Grace Benoist Ranch, were forewarned that a renovation was underway. On arrival, signs indicating where to park and where to find the tasting room’s temporary entrance offered few clues about what that renovation entailed, with the exception that obviously something extensive was going on behind a large, screened, outdoor area.
All will be revealed June 2nd at a gala event with food vendors, live music and, of course, the opportunity to enjoy pourings of the Carneros winery’s award-winning Pinot Noirs, highly touted Cabernet Sauvignons, and new sparkling wines.
What’s Been Happening
With an aim to further enhance its efforts to become even more sustainable, including a goal of using one hundred percent renewable electricity by end of 2024 and eventually reaching net-zero emissions, Etude turned its eye to the visitor center’s outdoor plaza. For years, the entry plaza has featured an expansive grass lawn, requiring high water use. “We knew that we could not only make the space more welcoming for guests and flexible for a variety of experiences, but with a water wise landscape we could really impact our overall carbon footprint,” says Benjamin Mason, Hospitality Manager. The renovated outdoor plaza includes the installation of native plants requiring little to no irrigation, and lawn areas replaced with an innovative, organic, artificial turf, and paths constructed of water permeable materials. When completed, water usage on the property is expected to be reduced by at least 55 percent in the first year and by as much as 89 percent thereafter. In addition, new plantings will include those found helpful to vineyard management - such as Chinese pistache trees which are indicators of the dreaded glassy-winged sharpshooter, and a pollinator habitat to attract butterflies and beneficial
18 WINE COUNTRY THIS MONTH
insects. Garden windbreaks created of native hedge varieties are being strategically located to help mitigate the Carneros AVA’s afternoon prevailing winds.
The project also considers guest enhancements that include a new guest entrance with a concierge stand to provide easier check in and wayfinding, improved seating areas for increased tasting capacity, an expanded tasting plaza shaded with pergolas built with reclaimed timber. All pathways are designed to be ADA compliant; ramps are replacing stairs. Every element of the plan is designed to support Etude’s sustainability ethos while providing an enhanced visitor experience.
Etude’s long history of land stewardship began with the acquisition of the Grace Benoist Ranch land in 1982, a year before Napa’s cooler climate Carneros became a designated AVA. (Interesting to note, that in its 40-plus-year history Etude has had but two winemakers – Tony Soter, its founding winemaker, and for the past 19 years Sr. Winemaker & General Manager Jon Priest.) In the early planting of the Grace Benoist Ranch to vineyard, two thirds of the ranch was left undeveloped to preserve and aid native wildlife migration and protect riparian habitats. Today, the vineyard is shared with wild turkeys, pigs, falcons, owls and the occasional bear.
Recycled water from the Carneros Pipeline Project has long brought clean, treated, water for irrigation and to fill fire-suppression ponds, reducing reliance on groundwater. For over a decade, solar panels have reduced energy costs and, through the sale of renewable energy credits, have allowed Etude to help green the grid.
Employees manage a compost and recycling program to divert waste away from landfills. They also cultivate an on-site vegetable garden that not only provides them with vegetables to take home but since 2020 has contributed up to 3,000 pounds of fresh produce yearly to the Napa Valley Food Bank.
Etude looks forward to welcoming you and your guests to the June 2 celebration of the completion of another historic milestone in the estate’s dedication to sustainability. Mark your calendars and watch Etude’s website, etude wines.com/en/winery-events.html, for latest details.

Benziger Family Winery Where Every Day is Earth Day
BY LAURA NESS
From high atop the Benziger Biodynamic® vineyard in Glen Ellen, where the Sauvignon Blanc is planted, the resident sheep came rushing down the vinerows, a river of creamy white, the impact of their hooves creating a small local earthquake of excitement. Led by venerable Ewe Number 35, the boss lady, they were headed down the steep hill to their pen, which sits by the pond below the tasting room. On the side opposite the pond, a seasonal stream runs through the canyon, creating a most restful environment. No wonder these 70-plus woolly weed eaters were motivated: going home is a wonderful thing.
These particular sheep, says Jarold (Jerry) Mackling, Vineyard Manager at Benziger Family Winery, are spoiled. They’d just finished grazing on the cover crops between the rows of vines and were now looking forward to a drink and some dinner. Turns out they live a blessed life.
“Chris spoils them rotten,” says Mackling, referring to VP and Brand Ambassador, Chris Benziger, the youngest of the Benziger siblings. “He’s always feeding them treats.” They pretty much live the life of leisure, grazing maybe 2 or 3 hours at a stretch in a specific block on the estate vineyard before they are moved to a new one. And they only work half days. “Out at the de Coelo Vineyard on the coast, those sheep are intense,” says Mackling. “They will eat all day without complaining. They’re tough.” Those coastal sheep are managed by a local shepherd who grazes his flock at de Coelo and Bella Luna Vineyards, for the purpose of weed and cover crop control. Benziger uses sheep and also cattle, at all their Biodynamic properties.
Why is this important? Sheep add as much to the vineyard as they

take away, and here at Benziger, the 85-acre poster child for sustainable and Biodynamic practices, they not only add fertilizer to the land, but they aerate the soil with every step. They are an essential part of what makes this ecosystem thrive.
Healthy soil leads to heathy vineyards, and healthy vines are better able to fight disease and pests. Biodynamic practices, done in concert with the rhythm of the cosmos, include burying a cow horn filled with manure, and spraying specific compost teas of herbs and flowers like stinging nettle, chamomille, valerian and yarrow, designed to boost plant immunity and fight vine pests.
The organic garden and insectory are filled with Russian sage, blackeyed Susan and purple coneflower, plants that encourage beneficial insects that eat the bad bugs. All around, bees hum, and birds are plentiful, flying among the trees in the vineyards, eating insects. Raptors patrol for ground squirrels. This place, situated in the bowl of a caldera formed by the eruption of Sonoma Mountain, has a natural, organic feel, and the wines reflect every bit of the cosmic harmony that reverberates throughout. It’s as real an experience as you’ll ever have at a winery.
Inside the sheds built for making the Biodynamic preps and for storing the special compost, there’s a photo of Rudolf Steiner, proponent of Biodynamic practices, who formalized them for farmers in Europe to follow. So distraught were they by the mass farms that sprung up due to mechanization after WWI, that they sought to return to the old ways of integrated regenerative farming, a proven pesticide-free concept that is once more gaining traction today.
Benziger Family Winery was founded in 1980, when recent California transplant, Mike Benziger, along with his father Bruno, from White Plains, New York, bought the 85-acre Wegener estate, which was already

If you’re looking for the perfect place for an Earth Day hike, Benziger is the spot. On Sunday, April 21st, at 10am and again at 2pm, you’re invited to Celebrate Earth Day, the Benziger way. Take in the beauty of the Sonoma Mountain property and learn about Biodynamic farming during an hourlong hike and wine tasting. Chris Benziger will lead the way, sharing family stories, insights into Biodynamic philosophy, and an inside look at all the love and care that goes into this spectacular estate. After the hike, stay and enjoy a delicious boxed lunch from the Glen Ellen Market.
On select Sundays in the summer, if you’re looking for an off-the-beatenpath experience, head to Benziger for a Vineyard Stroll and Wine Tasting. A wine educator will lead the way, sharing insights into Biodynamic winegrowing practices followed by a seated tasting on the picturesque terrace. planted to vines. Driven by a strong environmental ethic, Mike Benziger decided to convert their entire estate to Biodynamic farming in 1995, and it was officially Demeter certified in 2000. In fact, the Benziger’s Sonoma Mountain estate was one of the first Biodynamic certified vineyards in Northern California. Today, all wines in the Benziger portfolio are recognized for their green farming practicing, and the labels specify Certified Sustainable, Organic or Biodynamic.
Founder and original winemaker, Mike Benziger, retired in 2015, turning over the reins to winemaker Lisa Amaroli, who joined the Benziger team in 1999. At first, she was in charge of the larger pool of wines that are sold in the broader market, but in 2015, was tasked with making all the single vineyard wines, as well as the flagship “Tribute,” which pays homage to the original stewards of the land. It was the first certified Biodynamic wine produced from the Sonoma Mountain Estate.
Now, Amaroli is in charge of 34 separate wines, each one carefully made in small lots to reflect the particular vineyard from whence they originate. Among the standouts in this righteous portfolio, and remember these are Biodynamic wines with nothing added or taken away, are the 2022 de Coelo Chardonnay, singing of its ocean lair, salty and fresh. Creamy, yet crisp, this pretty wine from a former sheep ranch is layered with wildflowers and citrus. The 2020 Sunny Slope Merlot, a symphony of cherry and chocolate ganache, is easy to love for its smooth texture, and the 2021 Obsidian Point Cabernet Sauvignon, dark and rich, is redolent of the same tobacco pipe and earthy sweetness as the compost in the shed. The 2021 Terra Neuma Pinot Noir from de Coelo Vineyard exhibits cranberry, mulberry, orange peel, warm earth and dark fig. It’s concentrated and comforting, with lots of coriander spice on the finish.

Somerston Estate Winery Lunches
Elevated food and wine pairing experience with an inside
look, from dirt to glass
As we settle into the new year, Somerston Estate Winery is excited to bring back its Winery Lunches for your enjoyment. Whether you were able to be a part of the first official season of Winemaker Lunches or not, season two is going to be packed with even more opportunities to soak in the majesty of Somerston Estate and experience everything that its hospitality, culinary, and production team have honed in on.
Learn about the fundamentals of winemaking from ground to glass.
Either Director of Viticulture & Winemaking, Craig Becker, Winemaker Cody Hurd, or Vineyard Manager, Jake Knobloch will be there to immerse you in what the team is currently in the midst of while you enjoy an elevated food and wine pairing and presentation.
Each month introduces a new challenge for the team in different ways, depending on the phase of winegrowing and winemaking. Early in the growing season, the team is working hands-on with the vines to give them the delicate balance of rigor and support to optimize the quality of fruit grown at Somerston Estate. May will introduce lush vines, with the vineyard crew working to keep the focus on growing the fruit versus the shoots. While August could give signs toward an early or possibly later harvest. No matter the month you visit, you are sure to learn and be aware of the steps taken to produce world-class wines.

(M)EAT CARNIVAL A Dining Experience Like No Other
BY TANYA SEIBOLD
Meat Carneval began in spring 2016 in Israel and its runaway success inspired local chef Itamar Abramovitch of Blossom Catering in Napa to bring this deliciously inventive food and interactive entertainment to the United States. This ultra-elevated, cult food experience extends beyond the confines of a traditional restaurant. It can only be described as part carnal feast, part showmanship, and part epicurean camaraderie. But ultimately, it’s an experience you will never forget, and will want to relive it again and again.
This clandestine pop-up is held in a secret location, revealed to ticketholders only a few days prior to the event date. There is no waitstaff, no cutlery, and no plates … you “eat” with all your senses. The food is consumed with your fingers, the smells of the grill and smoker fill the air. The staggering abundance of meats, fish, and vegetables artfully sprawled out on platters and boards subconsciously kicks in a primal urge and pleasure to graze and forage. The decadent and unexpected pairing of ingredients and flavors used in a different menu nightly means no two Carnivals are the same.
The chefs and their team now call the San Francisco Bay Area home. The subtle name shift to (M)EAT CARNIVAL reflects the bounty of produce and artisan products found here, making this hyper local and accessible feast for all eaters a truly over-the-top dining destination.
Head to their website to book your ticket then wait for the location to be announced. Upcoming dates: April 18-20, May 16-19, June 13-16, July 1820, August 15-18, September 12-14 and October 24-26.

La Brea Bakery, Pioneers in Artisan Breads
The breads used in each Carnival are made by the famed La Brea Bakery.
Spearheading the modern artisan bread movement over 30 years ago, La Brea Bakery’s handcrafted, hearth-baked breads are still baked fresh daily. We devoured their tangy and warm sourdough schmeared with an unbelievable vegan foie gras served with homemade apple paste. The flavor and texture of the pâté daring anyone to believe it wasn’t the real thing.

“ ”
We had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival, a wine glass and an oversized cloth napkin greeted us. That was it. The sole tools required. In between glorious carnivorous (and vegetarian) bites, eaters kept uttering the most overused word in the American language – our collective and drawn-out “wowwww” not even remotely capturing the culinary nirvana.

Tripadvisor® Recognizes Castello di Amorosa as a ‘Top Ten Castle in the World’
Dario Sattui’s authentically built Tuscan-style castle and winery in the Napa Valley was recently recognized as one of the top ten castles in the world by Tripadvisor,® the world’s largest travel platform.
Sattui, a medieval history enthusiast, fell in love with European medieval architecture during several trips to Italy after college. He then spent many years exploring and documenting its style before commencing a 15-year construction project of his labor of love, Castello di Amorosa, the Castle of Love.
“I built the Castle to honor my Italian heritage, to create a setting in which guests could make life-long memories and relationships and to make great Italian-style wine in a unique setting,” said Sattui. “It truly was my labor of love. I really put my heart and soul into it and, if the truth were to be known, I got a little carried away with this project and I am honored that we were recognized by TripAdvisor,” he adds.
What started out as a small Italian-style winery morphed into a 150,000-square-foot Castle which opened to the public in 2007. In the 17 years since opening, Castello di Amorosa has grown in popularity, both in customer visitation and online. With 5,848 reviews on Tripadvisor and a 4.5 out of 5 rating, Castello is one of the top destinations in California’s wine country.
A Uniquely Conceived One-of-a-Kind Building
A master visionary, Sattui created Castello di Amorosa using materials such as antique, handmade bricks and roof tiles, hand-hewn timbers, hand-forged iron gates, lamps and hardware and medieval construction techniques and over 8,000 tons of hand-chiseled local stone to create this architectural gem. Sattui designed most of the winery himself; it is not a replica of a medieval castle but rather a uniquely conceived one-of-a-kind building. The 150,000 square-foot castle/winery consists of four floors above ground and five floors below ground. It encompasses five defensive towers
with battlements, 1,000-pound hand-hewn doors from Italy, a Great Hall with a 22-foot coffered ceiling featuring handpainted frescoes inspired by medieval Italian frescoes. The castle’s 12,000-square-foot Grand Barrel Room features 40 Roman cross-vaults in its brick ceiling. All the ironwork was hand-forged by Italian artisans over open flames on site during the construction. Over 170 containers of handmade antique bricks, roof tiles and antique furniture were brought from Italy for the building. Additional authentic features include courtyards, a chapel, the drawbridge, a watch tower, a torture chamber and secret passageways.
Modern Winery
The winery itself is a modern contrast to the Castello as a whole. It contains advanced crushing and fermentation facilities, five underground levels and 24,000 square feet of caves all for barrel aging. Winemakers Brooks Painter and Peter Velleno have a wide range of equipment available to them, ranging from custom-designed triple-jacketed cooling fermentation tanks to concrete/ceramic eggs.
The winery owns 164 acres of estate vineyards throughout Napa Valley, Mendocino, and Sonoma County, ranging from its home estate in the Diamond Mountain District to Coombsville, Rutherford, Russian River Valley and Anderson Valley.
Castello di Amorosa sells its entire production of wine exclusively at the winery and on its website.
Castello di Amorosa is open seven days a week for winery tours and wine tasting from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by reservation, online at www.castellodiamorosa.com/Visit-Us or by calling 707-967-6272.

The historic Sonoma Plaza – once a Mexican military outpost, fleeting frontier republic, and Spanish Mission village – is now a gorgeous historic landmark and “slow” culture capitol. Sonoma Plaza radiates romance around every corner, cafe and cobblestone. Whether you’re here for a day trip or extended stay, Sonoma Plaza offers the picture-perfect start (and end) to your adventures. It’s a pedestrian paradise, so ditch the car keys and discover real wine country on foot or bicycle. The Plaza’s old adobe storefronts, meandering alleyways, sunlit courtyards and historic landmarks hum with an eclectic mix of restaurants, hotels, tasting rooms, cafes, artisan boutiques, galleries – even a vintage movie house. As for the nature lover, wildflower hikes and stunning hilltop vistas abound within just a short distance. Anchoring it all is the tranquil Plaza itself, whose vast green stretches of lawn and immense tree canopy create a lush setting for picnics, cultural activities and weekly farmers markets.
Historic Landmarks
Sonoma Plaza boasts a rich tapestry of historic landmarks that beckon visitors to immerse themselves in the region’s storied past. The Plaza’s crown jewel is undoubtedly the Sonoma Barracks, erected in the early 19th century under Mexican rule. These barracks witnessed pivotal moments in California’s history, including the Bear Flag Revolt of 1846, commemorated by the Bear Flag Statue, which stands across the street in the park. This stirring monument pays homage to the bold pioneers who sought California's independence. Nearby stands the Mission San Francisco Solano, the last of California’s 21 missions, founded in 1823. Its graceful adobe architecture and tranquil gardens offer a glimpse into California's Spanish colonial era. Strolling further, one encounters the Toscano Hotel, a testament to Sonoma’s early days as a bustling trade hub. Sonoma Plaza stands as a living testament to California’s diverse heritage and enduring spirit.

Discover the Unique Charm
of Lake County
Wine tasting in Lake County offers a captivating journey through some of California’s hidden gems in the world of winemaking. Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, this region boasts a diverse array of vineyards and wineries, each offering its own unique charm and character. Lava domes, cinder cones, and the world’s largest geothermal field define the area and the terroir. The grapes, and therefore the wine, are uniquely influenced by geology. There are over thirty wineries to explore, with wines to savor. Sip distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc in addition to numerous other varietals. The area is so well regarded for grape growing that several prominent names, such as the Jackson Family, Foley Family, Beckstoffer, and Constellation Brands own vineyards in Lake County. From family-owned boutique wineries to larger estates, there's something to suit every palate. The experience goes beyond just tasting wine; it’s an opportunity to immerse oneself in the local culture and hospitality while enjoying breathtaking views of Clear Lake and the surrounding mountains. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a casual enthusiast, wine tasting in Lake County promises an unforgettable adventure.

Shannon Family of Wines Introduces Inaugural Certified Organic Luxury Sparkling Wine; Cricket Farms
Shannon Family of Wines is delighted to announce the launch of our inaugural Certified Organic Luxury Sparkling wine program this March. These exceptional wines are crafted from grapes cultivated in our esteemed Lake County Certified Organic Estate Vineyards, nestled in the picturesque mountains of California's North Coast. Situated at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,300 feet, our vineyards offer the perfect conditions for producing exquisite sparkling wines.
Introducing the Cricket Farms Sparkling Brut and Rose, both boasting a 10.5% alcohol content and proudly certified organic by CCOF. These remarkable wines are 100% estate-grown, drawing inspiration from life on Shannon Ridge and our beloved Border Collie, Cricket. As devoted stewards of the land, our organic estate vineyards are meticulously tended without the use of herbicides or pesticides. We harvested the grapes for these wines early so sugars were low and acid high, resulting in a lower alcohol percentage, which we are seeing as a trend in today’s celebrations.
Our land thrives as nature harmoniously unfolds; sheep graze amidst the vineyards, bees diligently pollinate wildflowers, and free-range chickens provide natural fertilizer and fresh farm eggs. This symbiotic relationship with

the environment is not just a way of life for us, but a testament to our commitment to sustainable practices.
“We are thrilled to present our inaugural sparkling wine program”, said Angie Shannon, Proprietor, Shannon Family of Wines. “It encapsulates the essence of our organic gardens and egg business, bee hives as well as the heritage of Lake County farming. The pear blossom adorning the Cricket Farms labels is a tribute to the farming legacy of Lake County, where our ranch is home to 150-year-old pear trees."
These exceptional wines will be available for purchase at leading retailers nationwide, as well as at the Mercantile tasting room in Kelseyville. For more information about the Mercantile, visit shannonfamilyofwines.com/visit-and-events. Additionally, the wines can be conveniently ordered online at shannonfamilyofwines.com/our-wines.
Shannon Family of Wine is committed to creating the most environmentally responsible and highest quality wines in the industry. Our earth-first approach to farming by using our sheep herd, our dogs, and working with other local farmers’ byproducts are ways that we are helping to create healthier soils and better-quality wines while adapting to climate change.
As stewards of the land our commitment is to protect and preserve the land for future generations.
The Shannon Family of Wines portfolio includes Clay Shannon, Buck Shack, OVIS, 13 Rams, Shannon Ridge, Steele Wines, High Valley, Urgency, and Giannecchini and now Cricket Farms.
